My 2 1/2yo Shepherd Blue Heeler mix was adopted from a shelter. He needed some behavior training and socialization before bringing him home to our pack. K-9 Specialist were glad to help. Libor and Peter worked with my dog daily and a gradual change began to happen. This program is positive reinforcement which my dog responded well to. Our dog has been home for 3 months now and he is an absolte joy. I highly recommend K-9 Specialists for all dog training needs!!!

I have only been training with these trainers for a short time. The quality is unremarkable. The pictures are of my female imported from Serbia. She was totally unruly most of the time. Doing the training cues from Peter and Libor gave Kiara and I a whole new connection. I would recommend their training skills to anyone looking for a reliable trainer or quality puppy/dog. The training for protection work with these dogs enlightened me to a whole new world that I want to be a part of. Kiara and I are taking a different journey in her showing career. We purchased a puppy from Libor and couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. Leading up to receiving our puppy Libor sent us some very helpful preparation information and walked us through some do's and don'ts. Following his advice, this puppy has been the easiest puppy we have had so far. We can't wait until she gets a little bigger so we can start training her with K-9 Specialists.

I can't say enough good things about Libor and Peter. They have been very patient with me to make sure I found the right dog. They have walked me through every step of their training program including coming to my home to work with me and Jango in his environment. They really care about the dogs wellbeing first. My son in law just purchased a puppy from their breeding program and we are looking forward to working with them again.

We are extremely happy with K-9 Specialists! We spent a year researching and talking to different breeders/trainers to find the perfect GSD. We determined that it would be better for us to find a trained dog, as opposed to a puppy or rescue. We are dog lovers, not dog trainers. After months of phone and email communication with Libor (and a visit to his Ocala property), we knew we were at the right place. We opted to pay a bit more to have Libor deliver Hokky to us in NC. He spent 2 nights with us to get us all on the right track. Libor showed us how to introduce Hokky to all of the neighbor's dogs. He even spent 20 minutes with the neighbor and her dog to help with some bad habits. And for the record, every single little dog on the street barked at Hokky, and she was amazing. She is the sweetest dog. Having Libor spend some time with us was great because questions came up that he quickly provided solutions for. After Libor left, I had a few training questions come up and he was extremely responsive to my texts. After 6 weeks, we are proud to have Hokky in our family. The neighbors love her, the UPS man loves her, the deer who visit our property love her (well they have an understanding), and we love her! Great job K9 Specialists!

I have nothing but great things to say about K-9 Specialists. They are extremely passionate about dogs and are great people. I have had numerous phone calls and interactions with them where they will go out of their way to ensure my dog was getting the best program and taught me how to better care for my dog. They were genuine and honest with me the through the whole process and were willing to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend their services to anyone who wants to to train or understand their dog better. I would without a doubt use them again in the future.

I recently purchased a black GSD titled IPO1 named Loki. He is an excellent representative and checks all the boxes of this breed. Petr did an outstanding job of training him. Libor, the owner of K-9 Specialists, is as good a man to do business with as you could ask for. He is fair, honest, and filled with exceptional knowledge before, during, and after the purchase of a dog. He has access to the best of the working GSD's from the Czech Republic. Ok this is going to be descriptive so buckle up. My dog Nyx (2 year old American Bully Female) was boarded with Libor at his facility for 7 weeks while I was traveling for training. The last week she was there I was there visiting 2x a day being trained myself. She was there to work on her leash issues, her house manors, her trust in strangers (she gets a bit jumpy when people just run up to her) and to sharpen her obedience. First I want to talk about the owner and trainer Libor. When I called him he sat on the phone with me for over an hour. He inquired about her past, her issues, her experiences and listened to anything/everything I had to say. I have NEVER had an owner of a training or boarding facility give so much time and care into making the owners feel comfortable. During her entire stay he consulted me with any decision for her training process before doing it as well as sent videos almost daily. I would get a FULL descriptive report on her week to week via phone call or text. Now for the training effectiveness. Her leash pulling is almost non-existent. I have been taught tools that work with her personality that assist in any potentially stressful situation. I have been taught how to properly introduce new people to her so she feels safe and also knows they are safe. I have learned she is very capable of off leash training! WOW I never EVER would have thought so. Her obedience has increased x10! She is 100% of the time looking for me to give her permission or responds quickly when told to stop doing something. All in all 10/10 I would recommend his services. Nyx has been out of his facilities for roughly 3 weeks and with the guidance I was given she is an all around better dog. Best choice I ever made!

Libor and Pet and the whole family are phenomenal with the training and knowledge base of K9s. After having Axel through his puppy camp, Libor taught me a lot about K9s and the way they learn and communicate. I look at the whole process of owning a companion differently and I want thank you guys so much for everything! We will be back for the defense courses. I will say to anyone looking to invest in a animal check out thwart the have already bred and trained prior to going somewhere else.

I am honored to write a review of K-9 specialists, the two beautiful German Shepherds I purchased from them, and Libor, who I met personally. Last year we purchased Elliss, a BEAUTIFUL bi-color female, and a few weeks later, Jack, a black male. I wish I could say enough about their beautiful personalities. What surprised me the most was how absolutely friendly and affectionate both dogs were, something I haven’t experienced in other shepherds I have met or owned. My vet calls them “Lab Shepherds” because of their happy wagging tails. Another vet that Elliss visited said, “I see a lot of Shepherds and she is just what you want every Shepherd to be, in looks, structure, and personality.” Jack and Elliss are wonderful around the house, with kids, and with people we have over to the house. At the same time, however, they are very serious dogs, ready to work with eagerness and devotion at any given moment. They are both simply adaptable and ready to go in any situation. I’m so grateful Libor helped me through the process of purchasing Elliss, and, when I asked him for a fitting male dog to pair her with, suggested our inimitable Jack. I could easily have found a stud when the time came for Elliss to be bred, but when Libor described Jack’s temeperament, I knew he would be a wonderful dog to actually own, and that predication has more than proved to be correct. Can’t recommend this company highly enough, if you are looking for a trained and socialized German Shepherd.

I went to Libor and Shelbie to assist me in gaining control of my "very energetic" Belgian Malinois mix. When I first arrived I even had a tough time putting him on his leash and forget about getting him to walk with the leash on. But after their Obedience Training camp, my dog has come a very long way!!! He is a more confident dog, a far more obedient dog, and I was definitely given the tools to manage him now. I am extremely pleased with the the results of the training. The team at k-9 Specialists is great! I worked with Shelbie a lot over the few weeks my dog was in obedience training and she was extremely responsive, kept me informed as to his progress, and very flexible in arranging sessions for me to come and train with my dog! I would definitely recommend training with them!!

I got a German Shepherd in late January and had a list of questions so I looked up K-9 training online and K-9 Specialist was the first to pop up so I gave them a call. I spoke with Libor and he stayed on the phone for more than half an hour answering my questions. He not only gave me tips and tricks but taught me how to approach my pup in a number of situations. He has a wealth of knowledge and explained step by step how to reduce problem behaviors and encourage positive behaviors. Since COVID-19 has many places in a quarantine state, I am unable to take my dog to his puppy training classes and have accumulated more questions. Again, I called Libor and asked him. He stayed on the phone with me for another half an hour or more coaching me how to be a better dog owner and what I can do to help my pup. He knew exactly who I was when I called and remembered the information I had discussed from the last time I had called. He is simply an amazing trainer and I am grateful he is willing to share his knowledge with me. If I were to be located near his facility, I would take my pup to him in a heartbeat!

I would highly recommend getting your future dog here! I purchased my female this January. She turned two in February. This is the most wonderful dog . She’s so friendly , loyal and has been easy to have and be around. They crate train their dogs which is new to me and it has been a great asset. I travel and live alone . She has been the most wonderful addition to my life and I can’t thank k-9 specialists enough for her , and answering any questions even months after buying her!!

I would like to warn you about purchasing a dog from Libor !! At first he seems like a nice guy but he is a rip off I payed $5,000 for a dog that I was bit by so we agreed to find me another dog or get a refund to this day he has only refunded me $1,000 I would recommend you to look else where for your future dog!!

I wanted to write a review of the dog we recently purchased from Libor of k9 specialists. We spoke to Libor And expressed our needs and desires in a dog and Ares came to us and he is more than we could have dreamed for. He is balanced, happy, healthy, well behaved and will protect us if needed. He is everything Libor said and more. We are thrilled with our Ares.

Full disclosure, we purposely waited a couple of months before writing our review. People frequently leave positive reviews in "the excitement of the moment", I am guilty of that myself. This review is from our experience over a few months, not a few days. We had a German Shepherd, to say she was loved is an understatement. Two years ago, at the age of 14, she passed away. We went back and forth about getting another dog, I was hesitant. Truth be told, we missed the companionship and security of a dog. Our requirements were, a trained Sable Shepherd 1-3 years old, family oriented and loving. In addition, it was important that the dog was trained to protect should that situation ever arise. The online search spanned country wide. We interviewed and dug deep into, many breeders. We learned a lot, including red flags. They ALL left us with a "gut feeling" that something wasn't quite right. We then found Libor/K-9 Specialists. We knew immediately our search was over. In communicating with many breeders, NONE were more genuine, passionate and knowledgeable than Libor. What struck us, along with responding to an email via email, he also called us. Libor spent so much time talking with us and learning our needs. He didn't owe us anything, we were looking, nothing more. He suggested 15 month old Ryker, told us about him then sent pictures. At the risk of sounding silly, we fell in love with Ryker immediately. He then sent videos of Ryker during different training and family life situations. We have a small dog, the concern was them getting along. A few days later Libor had a video of Ryker hanging out with a small dog. I cannot stress enough how communicative Libor was during our search. That alone was a rarity. We decided to move forward with purchasing Ryker. Big decision, we were in different states, sending money to someone we didn't know, yet not a flinch of hesitation. A flawless experience. Ryker being 15 months old, we wanted the transition to be just as seamless for him. Libor provided a list and links to things Ryker was accustomed, balls, food, collar etc. Now to the day Ryker came home to present. For a smooth transition we asked Libor to accompany Ryker. So now we've not only met Ryker, we've also met Libor. You will feel that you've known Libor for years! Kind, professional, wealth of knowledge and a passion that is contagious. We genuinely enjoyed his company! Finally, let's talk about Ryker! Words cannot express how wonderful Ryker has been since day one. Clearly he was VERY well bred and trained. I wish I could have met Petr and his son, we see their talent every day in Ryker's behavior. One thing Libor taught us, it's the most important part of having a great experience. Listen to and follow through, daily, with how YOU are taught to handle your dog. Keep in mind, this review is from a few months experience, not just the first few days of excitement over a new dog. Ryker thoroughly exceeded our expectations. He is loving, alert at all times, makes his presence known when there is someone unfamiliar, when it is time for his kennel he walks right in, quietly, without struggle. Ryker is stunning, everyone who meets him are taken back, he has a physical presence that almost demands your attention, he is simply a beautiful animal. Next step was having our Vet look him over. The vet we've used for years happens to be a life long German Shepherd owner, even placing some of his Shepherds in shows. He was very impressed and commented on Ryker's wonderful disposition. You will see one of the pictures posted, labeled "Handsome", a nickname directly from our Vet. He concluded with a perfect bill of health and many compliments. In closing, we could not be happier, Ryker is perfect, the entire experience was perfect. We HIGHLY and GENUINELY RECOMMEND K-9 Specialists. Libor and his team (Shelbie, she’s awesome) trained my German Shepard pup, Max. He went to them at 8 months and extremely aggressive toward other dogs. After 8 weeks, he is calm around 8/10 dogs - a big improvement from lunging and barking at every dog that walked down the street before training. K-9 specialists gave us the tools to communicate and handle Max. He will have a happier life due to his training and I’m grateful for the results. I plan on using Libor to board and train in the future.

I have purchased now 2 Shepard’s from this business, over a year apart. The reason I went back is because how much I trust the people that run this business. They make this process a lot more family like then just purchasing a shepard, it shows that they truly care where their dogs go to. I purchased Enzo from Petr in July of 2018. He is a Czech import that Petr imported for me at 6 most of age. Petr then guided me through the bonding process and I now have a fantastic dog. Petr has responded to every communication in a timely fashion and I would definitely purchase another dog from him.

I purchased Fantom from Petr, excellent Czech puppy. He is worth every single penny plus more than we spent on him. Petr was very professional.
