Amazing vet! Everyone was so incredibly kind and thoughtful with my two cats. We came in because the cats have worms and I couldn’t believe how much time the doctor gave me, nothing felt rushed at all. Some vets in the world unfortunately don’t have much bedside manner but everyone here was so warm, comforting, and really knew their stuff. Will definitely be coming here every 6 months for our checkups and anything else!!

STEER CLEAR OF ANGELA AVOK. She misdiagnosed my cat and he suffered a painful death due to her negligence. She insisted he needed to have all his teeth removed. There was no after care after anesthesia, he was severely dehydrated, unconscious and bleeding, he died a few months later of kidney failure which gum inflammation is a huge side effect no other good vet would have missed and an invasive surgery like that with a cat in kidney failure is absolutely detrimental and should be avoided at all costs. Angela Avok is extremely rude, unprofessional with terrible bedside manner and should have her license revoked!

My cat has a lot of anxiety around going to the vet so I could not be more appreciative of this team’s patience and compassion. Anytime we’ve called with a concern or emergency, they were very thoughtful, knowledgeable and accommodating (their hours of operation are awesome too!) If their rates appear on the high end, it reflects the higher quality of care you receive. I pass about six other highly reviewed vet clinics on our way to this place, but would not consider taking my cat elsewhere.

First time visit. Clean. Friendly staff. The staff was very playful and attentive to my kitten. I a big plus that it's cat only. A great first visit.

Nice people but thats all I can say, professional side is definitely not there. They weren't even able to install a recovery collar for cat with anesthesia procedure. Still cannot believe they gave me my cat without collar installed and wanted to charge me for new one and told me to install it myself (he had one for 2 weeks without any problems) They should be ashamed. Horrible. Do not recommend at all. This pace is only good for cats that need a nail job:)

I went to bayhill cat hospital because it was only for cats the vets were very caring. Today when I really needed them they suggested I take my sick cat somewhere else as they were booked and could not fit me in.

Been taking my cat here for 6 years now and I absolutely love them. Don’t usually write reviews but they are super knowledgeable and very nice. They also aren’t too expensive and like other vets they have never tried to nickel and dime me. Also a huge plus they only cater to cats ???? If you’re looking for a good vet, this is a very solid choice.

I want to thank Dr.Avok and her staff for helping my Daisy feel better. She came in with bladder stones and I knew nothing about the prognosis. Within a couple of days and yet the right medication and diet change she was better than ever. Thank you!!

I am beyond grateful for the Bay Hill Cat Hospital. Their service is amazing and everyone is so friendly and makes you feel so welcomed. My cat happened to get really sick the day that I was flying home for the holidays. Not wanting to leave my little guy sick, I called Bay Hill and explained to them the short amount of time I had before I had to go to the airport. They accommodated me and were able to get my cat in to see the vet. They were extremely efficient the entire visit. And when my cat needed to get some shots, they quickly whisked him away and had someone else quickly check me out and explain his treatment plan. My little guy is doing much better now, and I couldn’t be happier with the wonderful service Bay Hill provided. Thank you.

Best cat vet ever! They ease Jack’s anxiety and are quick to get your fur baby in and out with the best care every time for them. As a cat person, I can’t praise their work enough!

Dr. Angela took so much great care of my little baby Prince Pita. He broke his toe and we were so sad about it. We took him to the hospital and she gave him an X-ray and told us exactly what to do and what he should take. She is VERY patient. It’s obvious that she loves her career and care for animals. Thankfully he will recover in 4-6 weeks. It’s only the second day and he’s happy again. Definitely recommend!

One star for having no compassion to the situation. I found a 4 month kitten running by our garage. And we do not have stray cats here. So I brought her in to get basic things done, so she would be clean and healthy. Even though they are not obligated to help kitten in need, not even a little effort to help has been done. They were ready to charge me almost 300$ to get her vaccinated. I left crying mentioning that kitten can end up in a shelter, all they said to kitten "Good luck getting adopted". If you bring animal you found anywhere on Dr.Phillips, do not hope to get any help, unless you pay Pet Owner price.

I'm so glad to have this clinic in my area. Dr. Avok, Dr. Watson, Jacqueline, and all of the technicians are kind, compassionate, and understanding human beings with a passion for what they do. Being in an atmosphere that understands how stressful it can be for certain cats (like one of mine) is incredibly helpful for anxious kitties. I can't recommend them enough. One thing I'm particularly impressed by is their follow up care. Usually the day after an appointment, Dr. Avok or one of the techs will call me to see how my kitty is doing or if I have any questions. I almost always forget to ask something in the office, so it's great to have that quick phone call to clear up anything I missed.

Amazing staff and customer service! We'd had just adopted 2 kittens from the shelter, after a few days at home and learning they had fleas, we made a same day appointment. We were running slightly behind on time due to the short time frame we had, and the staff had no issue with us. We arrived and checking in was easy, the woman at the desk was very friendly and thorough with details and got a room ready for us immediately. After being in the room for about 5 minutes, Dr. Brown and a technician came in, checked for fleas (which they found). After they checked all vitals and asked any questions we had. Dr. Brown and the technician were extremely gentle and patient with our new kittens, you can tell they love what they do. We were told about the kitten program which allows us to get a lot of procedures done (vaccines and other typical kitten needs) for a low monthly price. Everything was laid out very clear. The next day I had called up for a follow-up question and the person on the phone was able to immediately identify our appointment notes and answer our question. We feel extremely confident that Bay Hill Cat Hospital is a reputable place and that cat owners can assure that they're pets will be cared for and respected here.

I was grateful to find a cats-only vet clinic in my area. The staff took excellent care of my older kitty, which I really appreciate. And the welcome sign at the front desk was a nice touch. Thank you!

I paid money, my cat paid with his life because they needed to punch out by 6. He passed away 10 minutes after leaving here “fine”. He didn’t even last long enough to drive to the nearest emergency clinic..

They always treat my baby boy with such love and compassion. They go all out trying to make him feel safe and warm. Both the vet techs and the doctors are super sweet.

I’ve been going here for 7 years. The vets and staff are the best I’ve ever encountered - and I’ve been to a lot in my life. Very caring and knowledgeable. I love that they also help place cats in need of a forever home. I’d recommend them to anyone.
