Best grooming we had on our pomeranian in 9 years, friendly people and fast service

I took my puppy here because of the google review rating and I have to say I was disappointed. First of all they kept her for 5 hours. I dropped her at 1 pm and called to check in at 3:45 as I was told 3-4 hours when I dropped her. We were told 4:30pm but at that time we could see from the window she was now being trimmed and shaved. Her coat isn’t even, she was covered in hair ends when we got her and had a bit of a fresh smell. This is probably because she was rushed. We had to pay before we got to see her. I feel the groomer is overworked and overbooked. I suspect my puppy was forgotten in a kennel and when I called they rushed to begin her groom. It wasn’t what I hoped for.

I have been going to top knots for years. Kristie is amazing and does a fabulous deshed and groom on my aussie/border collie mix. I moved 6 hours away but whenever I come to town she is always able to squeeze me in.

The staff here are very friendly and patient with pets and you can tell they love animals. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I moved 35 minutes away 3 years ago and I STILL take my dog to Kristy at Top Knots. He won't let anyone else touch him. The best.

When I found this place I was looking for a place that would actually listen to what I wanted and do exactly that. I took a chance and even brought my dog back a second time (she's due for a 3rd visit). The staff are always nice and they seem positive especially their attitude. After every trip my dog looks so clean cut and smells AMAZING! Her hair is always soft and stays soft for days after. I've scheduled appointments within a week time and thankfully they were able to accommodate it. I think their prices are far better than most. Will definitely be a FURever customer!

I've been taking my silly fuzzy Lhasapoo here for about 2 years, and I always have a pleasant experience. He always comes back looking WAY better than when I dropped him off, and he's clean & happy! Christy and Erica are awesome, always have a friendly attitude, and are very professional. Christy is usually pretty accommodating with scheduling/squeez-ins, and even offered me helpful tips on keeping fleas at bay at home in-between visits. I always recommend Top Knots to my other pet parents, and will continue to bring my pup here for pampering. Thanks Ladies! I appreciate you!

Top Knot dog grooming goes far and beyond our expectations to make our puppy look stunning. We are always positively stunned by the results. Our puppy “Buddy” is always ecstatic when having his grooming.

I get my grandmas dog groomed here, I like this one better because of the price difference from Petsmart.

After we have moved to Orlando, need to find a trustable and caring groomer for my baby, I searched through internet and found Topknots, then gave them a try. We have been going back since then for half year already. I even brought my client's dog there. I am always busy and sometimes need a last minute change, they always understand and be patient with that. Kristy is friendly, patient and courteous. they take time to clean my baby from head to tail, I trust them with all my heart. They are clean and you can see them grooming through outside the store, I like it. Price is a bit above average but worths it, try to call in the morning for schedule, they are pretty busy throughout the day, close on Monday!

My poodle passed year ago but we had the opportunity to go to this grooming salon and I felt the girls absolutely dedicated to their work, they are nice to our loved puppies,they have experience and the price is fair.

They said 3 hours. ... 4 hours later my dog wasn't even started and no one bothered to even call. Very unprofessional and facilities are dirty. SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Bailey and I both love our visits to Topknots. Every time I call for an appointment, they always have room for her the same day. When I pick her up, she has her happy face, waggy tail, and she smells fantastic. And let's not forget her very fashionable neck wear! They seem to truly be dog lovers which I felt was lacking at other groomers.

Jax, my male 7lb all chocolate Morkie, just got done at Top Knot and OMGoodness! Kristy was AMAZING w/ him!!! He full groom looks perfect, he wasn't stressed out when I got back to pick him up and she said he was so well behaved which I'm usually told he's not at past groomers as they rush through his groom. She took time to make him calm and feel secure, she cuddled him as she trimmed his nails and he was so calm and happy when I came to get him! Thanks so much Top Knot! ❤ I love seeing him so handsome and happy!

I have been coming here since 2011 with my girl Pomeranians and Erica and Kristy are really Topnotch groomers and very reasonable. My girls always come home looking fabulous and smelling great! You need to bring your babies here!!
