It was such an awesome experience. The techs were so nice and attentive. The doctor was the most friendly person and did a thorough exam. Price was so much cheaper than an emergency vet. I highly recommend this place! Oh and they had snacks!!

UrgentVet was a lifesaver since we just moved here and have no established vet office. They were kind, quicker than expected, and the office was clean and easy to find. The nurse and doctor were both kind and attentive, and I feel like my dog was given the care he needed to feel better! We’ll be back- only if we need to of course.

Today I had to euthanize my cat of 14 years. ALL of the office staff (reception, techs, the Doc) treated my cat and I with the utmost respect and kindness. Thank you - a million times over from the bottom of my heart- for helping me carry out this extremely difficult process.

I took our dog Riley because he was Limping on his back Paws. Assistance was very friendly and doctor was very accommodating and very caring. My older cats nails actually grew into her foot pads! I didn’t realize she had Stopped scratching them down herself. After calling multiple places and being told I would have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to be seen or that they could not do the simple procedure, I was finally referred to urgent vet. They were absolutely amazing! My cat is very very difficult at times but they had her taken care of in a matter of a few minutes. Not only that but they made me feel so much better about the whole thing. I had no wait time at all once I arrived. They were extremely kind and understanding, and they even said she was a very sweet cat for them! I couldn’t be more grateful for the way they handled her. I was terrified to take her to the vet but they made the entire ordeal very simple and stress free. Highly recommend!! Also, the cost was very reasonable for what they had to do.

It was time for us to put our beloved fur baby to sleep and the people at this place could not have been better. They were caring, patient and wonderful. Definitely recommend this location.

I HIGHLY recommend!!!! The Vet & Vet Assistant’s were extremely polite & professional, it was truly an amazing experience. And most importantly they were so kind and caring to my fur baby. My regular Vet did not have any appointments until next week so I was very grateful for this staff to immediately take my dog in and to give her the medicine that she needs to feel better. I will absolutely be coming here again & highly recommend to others :)

My sweet German Shepherd hurt his foot. We couldn’t get him into our regular vet for several weeks, so we were recommended UrgentVet. My husband and I were so pleased with how quickly we were seen and how quickly we went home. Everyone was so kind and treated our boy with such care! We didn’t feel pressured into unnecessary services/treatments and felt like the care of our boy was truly their priority.

The best urgent Vet I've ever been to! The staff is friendly and the facility is top notch! Complimentary Sodas, water, coffee, and hot chocolate... As well as chips. The waiting area is nicely laid out with a contactless iPad check-in system. You can schedule ahead from their site and check in with just 2 taps once you arrive. We took our kitten in for an injured tail, and they patched her up and noticed a dislocated vertebrae that our regular vet totally missed on her X-rays. We went back to get her compression wrap redone and they did it free of charge. The evaluation rooms are pleasant with nice artwork, comfortable seating, and your choice of music on the Amazon echo in each room. Did I mention complimentary treats in both the waiting area and rooms for your fur babies as well? Because they've got those too!

What an amazing service!! They were great. When our senior basset needed immediate medical care, our vet referred us here. The Urgent vet saw her the same day. Not only did she diagnose and treat the initial problem, she addressed our concerns with 2 other issues, providing treatment for those as well. It was such a relief to see the dog feeling better after her visit.

I used UrgentVet today at the recommendation of another vet office. My dog had an issue that required immediate attention and we couldn’t wait for her regular vet to have availability. I was able to reserve a time within the next two hours. They were pretty busy because they take walk ins as well so it did take an hour to be seen once I got there but that’s still reasonable when you compare it with waiting days or weeks for a traditional vet to have availability. The staff was super friendly and the prices were fairly cheap compared to some traditional vets but definitely compared to emergency vets/hospitals. The only thing I would complain about ( I use that term very loosely) is that the initial visit itself is $85. At the end of the day they really helped me out in a tough position and I would go back again but it would be nice to see that lowered.

We recently visited Urgent Care for our sick Kitty. I was impressed with the ease of check in, friendliness of Staff and cleanliness of the facility. The kindness and knowledge of the staff exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them. They were also very affordable.

They took care of my cat Sheba and worked with me in the cost. Very nice and friendly. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because of the long check in time. Checked in at around 4:30 and was seen at 8:00. Other than that everything else was exceptional.

My young cat was injured on a holiday weekend when our regular vet was closed. UrgentVet was able to see us quickly, diagnose the issue and treat effectively. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional and really listened to my concerns. The cost was higher than our vet charges, but I am confident it was much less than an ER vet. Our experience was excellent. While no one wants to have an urgent medical need with their pet, in the event it is necessary, UrgentVet is highly recommended.

I'm giving UrgentVet 4 stars, it was not a perfect visit but they helped my dog, the staff other than the vet was very nice and the price though high could have been worse and was to be expected for an after hours vet. I checked in online, I don't think this was necessary and next time might skip that and just walk in. I arrived, followed the instructions and was greeted by a nice gentleman and asked to take a seat. There was one person in the waiting room and it was over an hour or so until we got a room. Overall our visit took 3 hours, waiting was the longest part but once we were seen it was an average appointment time and wait. The staff was nice, checking in a couple of times to apologize for the wait. Side note- it is freezing in there so dress accordingly, the freezing temps made the wait uncomfortable. The vet was in the room for no more than a minute and her bedside manner was not the worst but also not the warmest. However, the rest of the staff made up for it and most importantly took great care of my dog who is on the mend. I would go here again if my dog needed care outside of my vets hours.
