Dr. Brown was pleasant but the other Dr. doesn't seem to speak to her employees with respect. Regardless of what is happening, respect should be given to all employees. It's normal to raise your voice a bit if the situation is stressful but talking down to an employee is unacceptable. I have decided to take my fur baby to a different vet.

Not sure what the negative reviews were talking about but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The tech Cha-chi(sorry for any mispelling) was amazing. They made my 40min drive well worth it.

I’ve visited here on a few occasions where two of the three times I have been pretty disappointed by the lack of control in the work environment. I took my dog in and he needed vaccines and a male doctor whom I had never met until today administered the vaccinations however he seamed like he was distressed bc he was being asked to multitask and the assistant helping him wasn’t strong enough to keep my dog still long enough for him to properly give the vaccine to him in my opinion. I’ve never seen my pet squirm and be as vocal as he was this visit as Dr. Randolph is far more seamless in making my dog comfortable. I’m not even sure he received the dose of medicine he was suppose to honestly. I’m pretty much over the chaos and will be going elsewhere from now on.

Excellent vet! The staff and the doctors are excellent! Very knowledgeable and love animals a lot. Highly recommend. I take my corgi puppy there and she just loves it! My dog is not the least bit afraid to go.

This place is awful. I called in at 7am to get pricing I was told it would be 81.40$ I asked for everything are you sure they said yes. So I made an appointment for 9:55am when I arrived I sat down waited the vet came out and was completely rude screaming around the office and at me because he didn't understand the price I was given. Then they quoted me at nearly 200$.

Best VET EVER, kind and caring staff, we take all three of my pets here and would highly recommend! Even helped my dog with a cut paw when my husband and I had covid. Went above and beyond for us and more! We drive from Sanford to take them to Orlando bc we love the service and vet so much, that in itself says a lot!

Rude on the phone when I called to see what time I was able to pick up my dog. Then when I arrived there they couldn't find my dog in their system because no one had input his information when he was dropped off 10 days ago. They acted like I was at the wrong place. Finally they found his folder and then put in his information.

Let me start by saying I mistakenly purchased dogs from pet Land. The bad one, the one that's getting sued and having charges pressed by the Attorney General. They recommended this animal hospital and this vet waves the exam fee for an entire year since they have a deal with that pet land. I've taken my dogs to this vet several times for the same issues. They are having diarrhea and slight eye and teeth problems. Each time they do a fecal exam and they prescribed some antibiotics and a probiotic. Each time when I call back and request the results to the fecal exam, they don't know what I'm talking about. While I don't pay the visit fee, I do pay for the fecal exam and the antibiotics and the probiotic only for the diarrhea to return after their antibiotics have completed. I've seen 3 different doctors at this location, and each of them have different ideas as to what's going on, but there's no follow up with tests. I believe that this is because the pet Land that I purchased these puppies from are notorious for selling dogs that are months away from dying and riddled with other hereditary and potentially terminal illnesses if not treated. I believe that they are in cahoots with that pet land and should possibly be included in the Attorney General's lawsuit. In addition to the inadequate treatment that I've received, there I've heard numerous loud complaints from staff members ranging from not getting a lunch break to being frustrated by the owner controlling how the other vets in the office practice medicine. I've heard the owner gets short with the staff on multiple occasions. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the front desk staff and vet techs are very kind and attentive. If you bought your pet from pet Land, take them to a non pet Land authorized veterinarian. If you didn't buy your pet from Pat Land, just go to a different vet. I feel terrible leaving this review because the staff obviously works there because they have to, not because they want to and I would hate this to negatively affect those individuals and their paychecks.

Was on the phone with them and asked about ferret care and was told to go see a doctor it sounds bad???? Like why do you think I’m calling? Are you guys not vets or?

My parents and now my family take our pets here. With an elderly dog and now a puppy (in addition to our cat) we really rely on the info we're given here, & Dr Randall leaves nothing out and is very attentive to detail & always helpful. They always answer our calls & questions and the whole staff are very compassionate. Highly recommend!

Female vet had wrong chart and still thought my puppy was 7. Didn't listen to our concerns, talked over us and rushed out. Male vet opposite, slow and wasn't sure about a lot of things.

Dr. Randolph really cares for her patients and parents! She takes time to talk with you and always wants to do the best thing for your pet. We have been going to her for almost 15 years and we wouldn't take our corgi and cat anywhere else in Central FL.

Not only is this place dirty and outdated, it seems like the personnel as well. I was referred to this place by a puppy store and decided to give it a try. The “vets” don’t know much about your pet and they’re knowledge is not all that up there. They’re rude and it’s probably because the place is so dragged down that it’s the only vibe you can have in a place like this. Please try to avoid this place at all costs. There are soooo many other places that are better.

If you get your pup at Petland and need to bring them here, MAKE SURE YOU GET A SECOND OPINON ELSEWHERE!!! They said our pup was perfectly healthy. The next day, a different vet gave us two different diagnoses that could have gotten really dangerous if left untreated!! SO thankful we listened to our gut and didn't listen to these people! Their negligence could have seriously hurt our pup. Not to mention, the head vet SCREAMS at her staff. We could hear it from our room. It was awful. Vet tech says it happens all the time. Really makes me never want to bring my dog anywhere near this place ever again.

I honestly only took my puppy here because I had too since I purchased it through Petland. My dog has had “kennel cough” for months now. The vet keeps saying it’ll go away and that it’s normal. They don’t seem care about the animals that they are treating. Now that my puppy is fully vaccinated I will be taking him to another vet in the local area. If you care about your pet’s well-being don’t allow this location to attempt to treat your pet.

Good Afternoon. I was very disappointed with my first visit to Union Park Animal Hospital. This is a hospital where you think you'll find professionals to take care of your pets. But guess what my and husband got surprised to find ourselves mainly with an unappreciated little professional attention. First I was told to get rid of my first dog because she's not getting at all with the new puppy we just got. That was the Veterinarian told us. Second they got my puppy breed wrong is NOT A GOLDEN RETRIEVER it's LABRADOR!
