I'm a first time pet owner and I recently adopted a 10 year old dog. The staff were informative and helpful throughout his first appointment. We went back for a preventative surgery and they were fairly priced and recovery has been pretty smooth! Thank you again for taking care of my fur baby! ????

Underhill AH is always great. From grooming to emergency surgery (saved my Border Collie’s life) I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Wolfe is the best.

Just wanted to get our cat some fluids where she is a thinner cat n has been a little under the weather not drinking enough and they wanted to charge us $500 for a full work up visit when all I had was $80 till pay day. They refused to just give her fluids when we wasn’t wanting anything else but to keep her fully hydrated! Thanks for truly caring for our pets now understand it is only about the money and not about caring for our pets!!

Love the actual doctors here and the care they provide. The biggest nightmare is scheduling and even worse how drop offs are treated. Why would you tell me to drop my dog off in the AM, when you don’t see them until after 1pm? Good service provider would have explained that when I tried to set an appointment. Now my animal is CAGED AND CONFINED FOR 6hrs... that’s no way to treat a regular customer . I am empathetic to emergencies, but that is the excuse ever time. If it’s a legitimately constant , then increase your staff. Obviously you need a separate group assigned ONLY to emergencies and ANOTHER for scheduled patients. FIX IT!

My dog has had panic attacks in the past, and they have ALWAYS, taken great care to ease her anxiety, and working with me to keep her as calm as possible. I truly appreciate their care, and kindness, and trust in their expert care with my girl, Katie.

Love this place. They always treat my dog very good. Customer service is good. Love the fact that they have groomers next door...

We love our vet! Dr Hill is amazing, Sarah is an amazing tech and they both are so great!

My furbabies love the environment and have no issues with coming to Underhill. We get to be in the exam room and do not have to drop off only, like we had to at Banfield. My other dog is petrified of going to Banfield but not here.

Second appt at Underhill. First appt started 45 min late and already 25 min late for the second. Will be finding another vet that can manage their scheduling better.

My 9 week old kitten, Asta, had suddenly stopped eating so I called and the same day they were able to squeeze us in. They provided quick and reliable treatment and were very thorough. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for us and I am so happy that Asta is happy and healthy!

50 buck isn't worth it to hurt your gliders!!!! Please don't bring your sugar gliders here to get neutered PLEASE just spend 30 more bucks in spring hill to get it done right with laser!!!! We have been well my poor gliders have absolutely been through hell ever since this hack job and glue glob job we have had to take them to another vet to try to fix what this place hacked!!!! It's NOT about the money, I CAN'T STAND seeing my babies in pain so please if you are thinking of bringing ur suggies here please do your research and please ask questions, n for love of God get a laser job so that ur suggie can be all better same day!!!! I should have known when the neuter sugar gliders and don't see them for anything else!!!! If you don't know about them then you shouldn't mess with them in my opinion!!!! Anyway I pray NO more suggies have to go through what mine have gone through!!!!

My puppy is having some leg, hip and back issues and they diagnosed it and sent me home with a much happier puppy than I dropped off this morning! Hoping for a speedy and full recovery!

They would do better with Faster service and/or better coordination between the staff. The staff was very polite but my appointment was for 10:30 and we weren’t seen, had to wait in a small waiting room w others rather large dogs, for over 30 mins.

My pets get excellent treatments, and owners are treated with kindness, compassion, and reassurance that their pet gets the BEST care at Underhill Animal Hospital.

Thee Absolutely best place to take your pets. The staff are knowledgeable and super nice. I have had 2 emergencies and they did not hesitate to treat them with such short notice. It is so hard to find a vet. I am lucky to have found them.

Your furry soul mate is too important to risk inflicting the kind of trauma those close to me endured at Underhill Animal Hospital. Disconnected staff can never make right what has now been done and lost forever. Trust your gut, shop around. There are truly empathetic best-in-class experts out there. Happy to recommend ones I know of. I pray your loved one never knows unnecessary pain and suffering ????
