They are great. My dog is actually excited to see them.

Lady did not greet me when I walked in. I started looking for the food I needed. Her main concern was me putting a mask on even though I was 20 feet from her and no one in the waiting room. She wasn’t concerned if I had a medical excuse to not wear one. Would have considered moving my vets office from where I used to live but based on the staffs attitude I will be more than happy to make the extra drive for professionalism, courtesy and respect Will not return here even if they were the only vet office in Orlando.

I have only been here a couple of times, but each time has been great and I have zero complaints. I am impressed that they offer free check-ups for pets adopted from the Orange Country Animal Shelter.

I recently moved to Orlando and needed a vet to take my sick dog to on a very short notice. They took him in immediately within 1-2 hours of calling. Not only did they squeeze us into the schedule, all the staff and Vets were very kind, friendly, and loving towards my dog. I’ve had subsequent visits since this initial encounter and service has always been exceptional. I’m glad I found this place. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Great experience at this Animal Hospital, we loved our vet, Dr. Gillespie, she took her time with Sami and answered all our questions and provided suggestions and ideas regarding our puppy, and the staff was awesome as well. She was recommended by a dog trainer and behavioral specialist, and we were very pleased. Highly recommend Dr. Gillespie.

This Vet is awesome. My cat was so sick a few years ago, and Dr. Gillespie figured out his problem and he has been thriving ever since. The office help is so nice and respectful. I definitely recommend the vet. This is the best vet ever!!!

As someone who hasn’t had great experiences with previous vets, this office has been amazing. Not only is the staff great and very friendly, I can completely trust them with my babies, and that is what is most important to me. I’m so happy to have found them!

I love the staff here, their helpfulness, and the level of care they give. I'm always pleased to bring my pup for her annual vaccinations and medications. It's always clean and the staff is friendly and professional.

I took my chiweenie in to get some medicine to help her with the thunderstorms. Dr k happened to be there that day and took very good care of her. The staff is courteous and friendly.

Took my dog in for his yearly check up. Made appointment online, was seen in timely manner. Everything was explained detailed and in black and white. No hidden fees. Was in and out in an hour. Did not feel rushed. Questions and concerns were answered. Very pleased with service here.

I had my baby neutered , up to date on shots and boarded all at the same time. They told me I could call them to check on him as much as I wanted, I told them they would regret saying that cause I was a nervous Nelly leaving him for the first time. Everytime I called they were always super kind to let me know exactly how he was doing.. would highly recommend this place 5 ???? service. Thankyou again to you all.

We started taking our dog here when our regular vet would not make arrangements to see him during quarantine even though it was an emergency. We started taking the other dogs there too because of the great service we recieved.

I have never in my life received such stellar service for my pet. Their personal touch is top notch! From the moment I arrived I was catered to and I felt like my pet was their only patient. Dr Howse is very knowledgeable and her staff is amazing.
