I would not recommend them to groom your pets especially if you love your pets not professional what so ever and never on time and upon reviewing other reviews from them they harm peoples pets

Rainbow has always given our puppy, ‘Wheaten’, a soft coated Wheaten, a first class grooming. Rainbow called and explained their non contact & the reason they missed our appointment. Every business has certain situations that occur and Rainbow is no exception. All is fine and a new grooming has been scheduled for this Saturday. They do, do an excellent job.

They cut but don't file the nails... Come out worse than they went in. I said something to the groomer at the time of service. Sent a text with pictures and called an left a message. No response or resolution... Except now to this bad review!!!

I had two dogs groomed today, I was hesitant at first when the groomer arrived should of went with my intuition however I Understand there was an emergency and the groomer was stressed etc. My first dog was severely matted and they did a WONDERFUL job on her!! She looked great so I had them do my three pound yorkie/shihtzu horrible mistake. Her fur is butchered hair is four different lengths ears are uneven. Just looks horrible I specially asked the groomer to cut all of her fur short snd all of it to be even, and half of her fur wasn’t cut at all and when I asked about it being uneven, I was told it wasn’t cut because it would look odd! Her ears aren’t even cut evenly. There should of been some type of communication there, as I didn’t get what I asked for. For a $75 groom I would expect better then what was received.

I would have given the full 5 stars but I did have some trouble on my second grooming appointment. I found this medium to large size pup left on the street covered in matts months ago. I took her in and looked for groomers, Rainbow Grooming offered such a competitive price and since they were mobile, I chose to go with them. My pup was nervous and struggled the whole time but the young woman worked with her so well. She even allowed me to stay outside the door just to talk to my pup and comfort her. Now, I scheduled them this month and asked for an over all trim to even out her coat, was quoted the same competitive price. However, the man showed up and told me their prices have gone up. Some internal pricing issues that weren't disclosed to me on the schedule call. I was extremely disappointed, $50 more and I'm being told the day of to my face. He worked with me and apologized that I wasn't made aware. He wouldn't allow me to stay due to COVID and as a worried dog mom, this made me a bit concerned. However, i picked up my gorgeous pup who had a perfectly even cut done and was decked out in the cutest pink attire. He absolutely made up for the trouble and my dog looked much more calm than I could have anticipated. I would come back for the overall quality of work, but the office staff need some work.

They hurt my dog. He got flees. Never again. NEVER

My dog had not been groomed in 3 months because my past groomer was not practicing safe Corona virus practices. Ricardo let me know exactly what time he would be there and was prompt. He wore a mask and stayed socially distant. I showed him a picture of how I wanted my dog groomed and when he was done my dog looked pretty much like it.it was definitely worth the extra 10.00 and I will be using him again.

When they groomed my dog for the second time. They brush her hair so hard that they pulled out some of the hair from her skin. Now she has sores on her skin. my dog was traumatized after that. My first experience was not like that at all. Be careful! Your response is an admission and an excuse for justification to your malpractice. Btw it was a she not a he, who torture my dog.

Ive had such great experiences with them. Over the years they’ve only gotten better. Recently they’ve added some new groomers and they’ve done such quality work as well. They’re flexible and prices are super reasonable.

Just moved to Orlando and they didn’t a beautiful job with Gizzy! Very nice people too.

We have used them 6 times now and EVERY time they were late and didn't even bother calling to keep you in the loop. It's too bad because they do a great job grooming my dog. Can't count on this groomer and they are not interested in keeping their customers happy either.

Ricardo came earlier than expected, which was fantastic! I was pleased 110% with his manners n his service. I didn't have to wait or schedule an appointment like other groomers. I called him today and he fit me in quickly today. To bad I could not give 6 stars. I will definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much and my dog Cara thanks you too.

They are awesome my Pomeranian Love's going in to see him and he always comes out so cute the prices are so reasonable and I only use them

Our dog Pepper will be 16 in May and recently had a stroke. We were concerned about getting her groomed again (no more trauma for her) and called Rainbow instead of taking her to the usual groomer. My wife Jenny was very happy with the service. She said that Ricardo did a great job in a record time. Pepper was not nervous or stressed in any way. We will definitely use them again!
