I have been taking my Snowflake and Zen to Preppy Pet for daycare and Boarding many years. They are always excited to go there, so much that Snowflake would bark at the door to get in the back with the other dogs. Yesterday was Snowflake's last day with our family... on Friday I brought her in for one last visit and the staff (Kay, Dan, April - and all the others behind the scenes) helped make sure she had a great few more hours. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all the love and care over the years. Zen will continue to visit of course!

Boarded my dogs for several nights and they came home happy, tired, and with a free exit bath!

This was my 1st time using this facility for my furry baby. I love it the staff is amazing ; this is the 1st time but not the last.

Wow! Definitely a 5 star experience! We were so nervous leaving our fur baby, but the staff made us feel so comfortable. I called a few times to check in and get a status update and April was so great answering our questions! We boarded there for 3 nights and our Max was so excited to see us, but definitely wanted to stay and play longer. So glad that we chose the group play as he loved his interaction with the other doggies his size. We will definitely use Preppy Pet again!

We just picked our dog Marley up from a four night stay. She seems like she had a great time and she smells wonderful. The bath was complimentary since it was her first time staying. We would book here again.

Left my dog here for 1 night, he came back smelling like urine. He is sad and won’t make eye contact, not himself at all. He’s hair keeps shedding. Said we would get a free bath but I think they just sprayed him off right before leaving to get rid of the smell. Deff would not recommend this place. Took him to Petco right after that for a bath and he dragged us to a drinking bowl. He drank 3 full bowls of water. This is crazy, I have never seen him like this. After posting this review, I got a very rude phone call from the company, pretty much yelling at me for posting a negative review. Said that they made accommodations for me because I brought him in late. That doesn’t mean you can neglect the dogs. Awful place, smells horrible and it’s animal abuse for anyone that leaves their pet there overnight or longer.

I highly recommend Preppy Pet. The Intake staff April was very attentive, friendly and professional. My Pups always enjoy their stay and love the staff. The facility is pleasant and always feel like My Pups are in great hands.

Amazing service, these people truly care about dogs. Took my dog and received a free bath for the first visit, my dog walked out looking happy and fresh. Will definitely be coming back to preppy pet

My pet dog love it there and i really like the care they give my dog.

My dog was left with these marks near his mouth after leaving just curious on what happened because he 100% did not enter with them.

My dog came back shedding 10x the hair then she does all the time,and with dried up tears after my mom had paid for a wash.

They were awesome with my puppy I give them a super recommendation to anyone wanting there dog loved and to be looked after.

I left my dogs here for a few days and they answered all the texts asking for them, so I knew how they were in my absence.

Charlie had a great stay this past weekend. When we are back in town we will be back for sure

My dog did have a smell to him after I picked him up and his eyes had a lot of dried mucus in the corners, even after paying for a bath. They should give a receipt detailing what you are charged for with amounts and not just a register receipt with total balance. Staff is very nice. Prices are reasonable. My little baby was exhausted after leaving, probably from playing so much.

They are awesome. I am very comfortable leaving my pet in their care while on a short weekend getaway. Very friendly and caring staff.

Great place. Clean, staff was nice, and my dog came out happy instead of acting like she was making a break for freedom!

Took my dog there for boarding(about 6 days) she came home with kennel cough, her eyes are discharging mucous and around her neck she has either bite marks or bumps. Definitely spending more money for a better place next time.

This place is just the best! My little dog looks forward to all of the staff and dog friends for daycare. I can’t say enough good things about this business. The location is also quite convenient.

This was my first time leaving my dog at preppy pet or any type of dog daycare & it was honestly the best. I’m so glad, I picked this one out all the ones I was looking at. I had to leave my dog for a few hours somewhere since I was on vacation with my boyfriend & we didn’t know where to leave him but I’m so glad we went here. Very nice staff . Will definitely be coming back when we stay in Orlando again.

We had left the dog 2 times in this place and so far we have had a very good experience. They had treated him very well.

They were wonderful for my Pooky Bear! She came back happy and health, this was her first ever stay in a doggy daycare or kennels so I was very worried.

The prices are very fair, the pups come back in one piece, they communicate very well, the staff is super friendly and they bathe the dogs when they say they will. No complaints here.

My tea cup Chihuahua, Snoop, is a frequent visitor at this location. By nature, he is shy and fearful of strangers but every time I drop him off he's welcomed and doesn't whimper or bark. Happy tail wagging when I pick him up at the end of the day. They do such a great job with all the pets!

Great place to leave your pet. Great staff Nicole Martinelli was amazing with my pet. Would definitely recommend

They watched my sister and her husband's dog while we were staying at a dog free area and it was cute they kept her fed and happy and even washed her before we took her back ???? if you need to drop your dog off for some reason, I have all faith your doggo will he in good hands

Very pleasant service. This was my first time leaving my dogs so I called to check on them frequently, no issues and they were happy to update me. Drop off was quick and so was pick up. Definitely will be using them again!
