I absolutely love this location! They always recognize me the moment I walk through the door. I always seem to get the best advice and assistance from the employees here

Just buy a medium Aulonocara cichlid today but after 5 hours it gone, when I take it back to a store with a water test, after a few second testing a guy name Jared say a PH a little low so he can’t exchange with any reason of a water bad. I feel so sad what he saying and I never ever come back again even though I had bought a lot of fish there without any problems before.

Great store! Fun, engaged employees who really seem to care about animals (and their owners). One of the employees even helped a family chase down their new family pet who had taken off out the front door and into the parking lot one day. Sadly, I don't live close enough to shop here on a regular basis, but if I did, this would be my go-to store.

I have been going here , for years. The customer service is excellant, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The manager, Jonathan, is always professional and very helpful. I enjoy my visits very much and prefer to shop here, over the other local stores.

I used to be a regular customer at this store but after witnessing the store manager, I'd like to say his name is Jonathon, disrespecting his employees, I stopped coming. Not to mention they seem to always be low on the dog food I get. I don't recommend doing your business here, there are far better options around The Loop and other Pet Supermarket's located elsewhere in the area.

They were really nice when I had to do a bulb change. They also have great crickets. 50 were 7.88 for the small. They were all really plump and great eaters. They got nice and gut loaded before going to my bearded dragon. He’s 2 months old and could eat these guys.

Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Store was clean but out of stock on what I needed although I was able to get what I needed by making additional purchase at greater cost.

Clean store, their prices are more reasonable than like Petco or PetSmart. The staff are friendly as well

This is by far the worst pet store I have ever been to, the associates there look at you like you are some type of reptilian and mine the fact that they literally count every single cricket they give you like if it's theirs. They are so quick to get you out of the store and charge you extra for things you did not even purchase
