Dr Klein and staff are incredible! When I first moved to the area, I was nervous about finding a vet that both myself and my pets liked, but I could not be more grateful that I ended up here! They are helpful, kind, and their love of animals really shines through in every interaction. Dr Klein really cares about the health and comfort of my pets, and goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of. He is patient and informative, and my dogs love him! He is always a pleasure to work with, and his level of care and attention to detail have made me a better pet parent! Highly recommended!! Thank you for all you do, Dr Klein and staff!!

I took my yellow lab and pit bull mix to Dr. Klein and his staff this past Saturday. Both of my dogs needed an annual checkup, shots, blood work and nails clipped. My lab is a sweetie, and with the exception of being really playful and hyper, she's pretty easy to handle. My bit mix is a whole other story. He screams just getting his nails done and will bite during most procedures. Dr. Klein and his staff handled both of my fur babies with the care and professionalism that one should expect from their vet. Not only were they amazing and thorough, but they are so funny! It's obvious that they enjoy their job and each other. Could not recommend this facility enough. Coming from a clinic where the front office staff was simply rude and uncaring, this was such a breath of fresh air. Edited to add - This past Saturday, 12/04/21, we had to rush our elderly kitty to the vet. The staff knew how serious his issue was and did not make us wait. They took our sweet Thomas back right away and also took us to a separate room, as we were very upset. Everyone, and I mean everyone at the vet was very caring and genuinely sad for us. We had to put our sweet buddy to sleep. The level of care from EVERYONE was outstanding. Thank you all for making the best of a gut wrenching morning. Still the most caring staff around. Dr. Whaley and Dr. Klein, thank you for everything.

I brought my puppy there for his first exam and shots. Everyone there was so nice. Prices were reasonable also.

They take excellent care of their furry patients. We had our cat treated there for surgery, and also had him boarded there, and they took great care of him.

My dog was dying and in great pain and everyone was so wonderful. They gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. Words can't express how I feel. I'll always take my babies there. They are not just a vet...they are family.

The staff here is so friendly and caring! I brought in a sick stray kitty that showed up at my house. Dr. Klein right away knew she was very sick and was extremely thorough with his exam. He told me the reality of the situation and that he was going to try his best to save her. 4 days in care of this wonderful staff she is a completely different cat(in a good way) and back to thriving and living her best life! You can tell Dr. Klein is very compassionate and genuinely cares about helping your furbabies. Thank you so much to every one who helped care for Ellie in her time of need! You guys are amazing, thank you for doing what you do!

This is the most caring, nicest and helpful that I have ever been to in my entire life, no kidding!! Dr. Klein, is a very very good animal doctor and he honestly cares and take his time and he cured my kitty when I went there the first time for an ear infection where I have been going back to my old vet a couple of times and it still wasn't taken care of. He is very good at his field and I highly recommend anyone to take your pet there if you want good care and people that care. The assistant I don't know his name is very good and caring also and takes his time and explain everything to you. The office Personnel are also very nice, and they are reasonably priced and will work with you where nobody else seems to care except about the money. So all I can say is the best that in Orlando and probably Florida!

Can’t say anything bad about Pice Castle Animal Care Center. They’ve been our vet and boarder of choice for a year now. Best service I’ve seen in quite a long time.

This is the ONLY place that I trust when it comes to my 115 pound German Shepherd, Riley, getting quality care. I have depended on Pinecastle Animal Clinic for my pet's needs (shots, medical concerns, day boarding) for over a year now and have had zero regrets or issues. Very professional and always ready to assist in anyway that they can. I am so grateful to have this establishment within the community.

Dr. Klein and his staff are amazing. They are friendly and very welcoming. Their prices are resonable. They explain everything in detail and have no problem taking the time to answer all of your questions completely. I highly recommend Pine Castle Animal Care.

If i could give this place 20 stars i would. They were so good with my cat and were all super nice and friendly not only to my cat but to me as well. I had to drive to see them but so worth it to help my cat feel better and have such a great caring vet.

Both our dogs came back with parasites. I would not recommend this place for your pets

Dr.Kline has always been above & beyond professional. Years ago he performed emergency surgery on my cockapoo and added years to her life. I am very thankful for his services.
