Been taking my dogs there for almost 20 years and always happy with the service how they treat my beloved pets and the Beautiful results after they've been cleaned up and quaffed

I took my newly adopted dog here for his first grooming. I was a little nervous as I saw that all the dogs were being kept together, but I figured he would be fine. I showed up at the agreed- upon pickup time, but had to wait like half an hour for them to finish him up. I was fine with this, but as I was examining his haircut when we got home, I noticed a very large wound around my dog’s neck that I had to take him to the vet for. The vet said it looked like another dog had been gnawing at his skin for a while while being unsupervised, I tried to call to get some answers, spoke to the owner’s daughter (I think), and the owner never got back to me. Horrible service, not responsive after multiple calls.

Allyson did a lion cut on my kitty yesterday and did a great job! Thank you Allyson!

Groomers there always take great care of my pets. I have a GSD/Malí mix who is very skittish and somehow at the end she ends up letting them pet her. They truly take the time to make them comfortable. My chihuahua loves it too!

Every time I walk in the door my dog can’t wait to get away from me and go play with the other dogs the relaxed environment inside is a dogs paradise we love going to Allysons sometimes we will go just to play and skip the bath it is awesome!

This is a good place where your Dog let's you know by getting excited when you pull up to let them out. All smiles and ever so friendly. Felt good from day one, not there to just get your money in their pocket. They ❤ care!

I've had my GSD, Mercy for almost 2yrs. I attempted to bathe her once and it was miserable. I went to a big box pet groomer twice and both times didn't feel the cost reflected my dog's attitude. After trying Allison's once I was hooked. This most recent interaction (second time) has made me a fan for life. Not only are all staff members attentive to detail, i noticed they really treat each dog like their own. I swear to God, when I picked up Mercy after her bath,nails, and brush; I thought they were sipping on mimosas all morning. Not only was my dog's attitude positive, but she seemed quite comfortable staying there. The pricing is very affordable. The care of the pets is top notch. And the homemade peanut butter snacks have my girl on point when she's training. I'm so happy to have discovered this gem and I'm pretty sure my girl is looking forward to her next brunch day with her groomers..

I honestly, don't know how to truly grade this groomer since, the phone number listed on website and Google each time a I call goes to a busy dial sound. It seems based on other reviews pleasant experience. Hopefully in the future the phone line works. Giving 2 star rating based off the location is great, just not able to reach.

Loved loved loved Allyson! It is stressful to bring your cat to get groomed they get so scare ???? she was so caring and loving with my cat a Ragdoll that needed bathing and shaving on the butt area, when I looked at my cat she looked so amazing and smelled unbelievable ???? sooo happy with her...mind you I drive 40 min to Allyson and would go back to her from now on!

Best place to take your pet

I am absolutely in love with this place! Super great prices so it makes it easy on me to keep up with my dogs grooming. She also always works very flexibly with my schedule and can get my Golden in for a groom in no time! I’ve recommended her to my mom and friends.

Call to schedule an appointment and was told I can drop off my dog before eight because they open at 7:30 on Monday. I drove all the way there and they were closed. Had to bring my dog all the way back home and I was extremely late to work. Decided to give them another chance and I have been calling and they no one answers their phone from eight in the morning all the way until 6 PM not one person has return my phone call or answer the phone when I need them. I guess they don’t want more business that’s perfectly fine I’ll go somewhere else.

I have a standard poodle. He's usually in pretty bad shape by the time I bring him to Allyson's. They take their time and they really care about the animals and their clients. My dog loves going to Allyson's. He loves to play with all the other dogs and all the attention he gets.

Absolutely unacceptable care of my dog. I dropped him off at 8am and I picked him up around 10pm on a Friday night. I was under the impression that they had been “extremely and overly busy” that day. Come to find out my 7lb mini poodle had a huge cut on his stomach. Lord knows what time they cut him at but now I’m convinced they kept him that long for the cut to stop bleeding. I called Monday and spoke to a “Doris” which left a message for Allyson to give me a call back regarding this horrible incident. I have yet to hear back. The least they could’ve done is told me there was an accident, they didn’t even have the decency to do that. Terrible terrible place, I should’ve gone against my better judgment when they didn’t care to look at his shot record. It smells like 100 ashtrays which transfers into my dogs fur and unshockingly “only accepts cash”. Please be careful if you’re looking around, the price is good but it’s not worth your dogs health.

Wow... I had my friend bring my Himalayan cat here to get groomed today. First thing that's awesome is she got us in last minute. Second thing, she did an excellent job. Third, she stayed late. Fourth, was friendly. Fifth, price was good. Lastly, she gave my friend a kennel to put the cat in for on the way home. This is my first experience bringing an animal to a groomer but wow I don't think it could have went any more perfect. I feel bad my friend didn't have more money to tip her. She deserves so much more. Next time when I get him groomed I'll be tipping big. Thank you so much! I normally never we're reviews but you deserve it! Excellent lions cut!
