Everytime I come to the groomers they are nothing short of excellent. Cassandra truly cares about her work and my goldendoodle Melo loves her for that . She always goes beyond the regular expectations and I just want to give her special recognition for being such an amazing groomer. Thank you for the experience you provide. I will always recommend this grooming team to anyone who asks.

Brought my dog for a grooming he got a skin infection right away. They should clean their grooming utensils more often

I go there I describe as much as I possibly can!!! Until I’m blue and the face and they continue to mess up!! My dog comes out looking stupid and I have to wait for it to grow back. I thought I’d give them a second chance. And they jist continue to disappoint!!! I don’t pay for my dog to get a cut for it to grow back to look good!!! I pay for it to be done right. I won’t be going back!

Patricia (assistant manager) made the shopping experience extremely unpleasant. I was interested in some fish. She was very rude. I won't be going there again because of her.

Horrible experience with my puppy. Took him in for a bath and trim and got a call explaining how they could not bathe my dog because he had a small open wound in his paw. When I get to the place I ask them to show me the wound as I did not notice any prior to leaving him there, and it looked a bit fresh. I assumed he might have got anxious and cut himself a bit while scratching something. Once I get home I noticed there were some paws that were horribly cut (not trimmed) to the point where I have always been told not to. Upon inspecting a bit more, it looks like the "wound" was their fault during the "trimming" process, and they did not even care to explain what happened to me. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this store nor would I trust my puppy to them again. There should be an option for 0 star reviews.

More variety than other Pet stores. Like that everything is easy to find with cute items for cats.

I took my 3 Siberia huskies that I have n spoke to a girl name diana lol I hope I spelled it rite ???? .. she had came on her day off n took care of my 2 dogs n her other coworkers took care of 1 .. so she's Definitely my favorite!! but she really did a nice work n she was a very nice sweet girl all the girls in that place are very nice .. I didn't have no issue on how they came out .. so thank you girls ???? for taking care of my ????????????

Need someone at the reception desk! Pet groomers do great job. There is a bit of a wait to get attended for check in. I was 2nd person there & it took 8 mins to start check in. It's just worse when worried about dog peeing or dog not staying still. Checkout again was 2nd person there & took 5 mins to get the receipt to pay at store cashier. They need a receptionist!

I was so nervous getting my goldendoodles first full cut but I put her in good hands with Kamie and she did a awesome job and I made my next appt already Thank you Kamie and Trixie thanks you

On my way out of the store almost get run over by Orlando Police trying to pull up on sidewalk wiltes on his cell phone with all parking spaces why not just in front of store so i told him and he laughed car #10456 4/07/21 this is Y i question the police they feel like their above the law"UNAPOLOGINIC"
