Nice, clean, big pet store with a lot of goods for pets and different pets right in the store. But as usually not cats or dogs for sale. It is strange... a lot of goods for dogs and cats but not in one store is salinv this creatures. What is in America? Where you can buy this pets if it is not in the store?

We always go here to get what we need for our fur babies ???? the customer service and help is always great, Chris is amazing and Elizabeth gave the greatest advice when we needed help choosing what dry food to switch to!!! The only Petco that we faithfully go to!!!

Do NOT shop here for fish. Every time I have bought a fish from here they have ich and end up killing ALL my salt water fish. I had a eel for the last 2 years and I Boight a fish $70, since it’s salt water and the fish came home with a white dot, the white dot ended up spreading- the fish died & ended up killing the rest of my fish. This isn’t the first time. This is now the third!! I figured I would give them a chance again and bought clown fish, the clown fish ended up killing my little blue I’ve had FOREVER, all 4 clownfish died as well. This place needs. NEW filtration system that even their employee told me but petco refuses to pay for it because it’s $150,000. I do not recommend buying salt water fish from here, they are always sick and will spread their sickness to your other fish leaving you with a empty tank! Several times now. I will not shop here again, lots of money wasted!

Love shopping at Petco! They are conveniently located to the greater downtown Orlando area, and are open later than other stores in the area. They carry the dog food brand "Taste of the Wild" which is extremely hard to find in other stores and the only food my pup will eat! Clean, well lit facility.

The store was clean and well stocked. They have a really good selection of high quality food available to purchase (like Tiki Cat). Their own in-house brand of food also looks to be pretty high quality. Employees were friendly and helpful.

My store is #01752 on East Colonial Drive, Orlando Florida. I came to buy filter pads for my aquarium . I always buy the Imagitarium brand. They had the carbon and bio, (and I saw they had only 2 of those in stock ), but they did not have the ammonia reducing pad. So. I ordered that online .It was your PetCo brand , but I orderd it via Amazon because ordering other items from Amazon I had free S&H. However the store is nice, the aquariums well-cared fore and the cashiers friendly, so I will still go to that store.

I’ve gone to this Petco before to get my dogs nails cut and never had an issue till today. Kay in the grooming department cut my dogs nails way too short and made 2 of his nails bleed and cut one on his back paw super close as well. She only acknowledged one nail that was bleeding when 2 of them bled and his nails were all cut way too short. You aren’t supposed to cut nails past the red and she did. My dog is now panting in discomfort. Won’t be returning and definitely won’t let her touch my dog again.

Too Expensive to even buy cheap cat food for feral cats I feed

It was hard to find an associate when we first got there. When we did, they were friendly. But some of their prices are kind of high. I went to purchase a Guinea pig friend for another guinea pig I have and the price is now double than it was say a yr ago. They just have a fancy new name. Some of their other items are also over priced.

Friendly staff, very helpful and great selection on all things pretty related.
