Beware: I arrived this morning for my pups' assessment and tour. I'm in need of reliable, consistent dog boarding for multiple pups. I was met with an odorous lobby; disinterested staff and no dogs in the play area of the facility. After reading reviews last night, preparing for our visit today; I was shocked at the number of negative ones. When I inquired about the horrible reviews; the staff member's response was, "I don't read the reviews." I had no intention of leaving my dogs there without doing more research. But I was looking forward to the facility tour; it looks so bright and fun online. Don't be fooled. Thank you guys for all of your honest reviews; saved me from making a very expensive mistake.

My two shiba inus loved their stay here, and so did I. Can check on them on camera any time I want, they get tons of attention and their food and treats from home. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Boom in advance, they are very popular!

Cali enjoys his time here. The staff seems to love how entertaining and athletic he is during play/pool time. He always comes back home and sleeps for 2 days because he is so exhausted ! They take good care of him here. I must say they have done a much better job with this staff than previous years. Their Improvement is appreciated.

They don't care what you want they do what they feel like and charge anyways. I asked to have my dog groomed and they wrote over our notes and switched it to a bath, which is not the same thing as a Grooming( I can wash my own dog). Then proceeded to charge me for it even too it wasn't what i asked for. They refused to refund my money. Be cautious when going here.

The worst experience I’ve had at a boarding place so far. I made a reservation a few days before I left on a trip. On the day of my trip, 3 hours before my flight departed, I get to this place and they tell me “oh we sent you an email telling you that one of the vaccines of your pet was expired, without it they can’t stay. You can go to the pet store across the street and see if they can help”, no apologies, no “I am sorry for the inconvenience”, nothing just a plain “It told you, now there’s nothing I can do”. I literally NEVER got an email, and I always check both my regular and spam inbox. I spent the next hour calling places around and nobody could do a same day visit, until we found a veterinary/boarding place in the area that was SO much helpful than these people. We filled all the paperwork over the phone on our way to the place and when we got there everything was ready. I understand that you cannot offer boarding to a pet if they do not have all of the required vaccinations, my thing is WHY NOBODY CALLED? Don’t you think “Well the customer never replied to my email and I want their business, let me give them a call to make sure they took care of that and don’t have any issues upon arrival”. Even if it was 24 hours before the arrival I would’ve appreciated the call. It is worth adding that upon my arrival there were over 5 people at the front desk, only one person in the lobby and they were as disorganized as they could be. Nobody helped us for a few minutes even though staff was not an issue. Also, when we went to tour the facility, it smelled okay, no issues there, that day it smelled like what I can only describe as a run down animal care facility. I almost lost my flight because of this. Horrible service, you lost a customer and potentially many others.

First time visit for Get Acquainted/Day Camp. We were greeted as we were family. The check in process was extremely easy, all the team members were very professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. I did my research & cannot complain at all for chosing Pet Paradise. From now on my pets will be coming here for Day Camp and or boarding. Just looking at my dog through the window being so happy made my heart melt & I know she'll be treated like one of their own pets. Thanks Pet Paradise team!

I really love this place, I like the fact that they will care for any breed. In my case I have a two-year-old pitbull he is adorable and extremely active. They take him out twice a day to play, and I can even watch play times through the webcam. He has been there twice this year. The process to reserve is super easy...online. I just don't like the fact that you need to reserve 3 days prior to your trip. I mean things happen...

I had reservations made and after several emails were given to me to share my dogs shot records, they were not receiving them. The chat agent promised a call from a supervisor and nothing was received. Ultimately I opted to not trust them with the most important member of my family based on the unprofessional actions of 3 staff members of not more.

Our pups came home vomiting and had blood in their stools. One of them threw up for 2 days after returning home. We did not get all the updates that we paid for. It’s clear that they were not let out to use the bathroom often enough and relieving themselves in their kennels because my potty trained little one has pooped in her bedroom every night since she got home. I cannot speak for the other locations but I do not recommend leaving your pets at the airport location no matter how convenient.

First and last time. Payed for extra playtime for my dog received a report card that says he got 0 play time. Left a message for them to call so I can see how he was acting but no one ever called back. Also gave instructions on what to feed hi. Each day but that didn't happen due to the fact when I picked him up the items I asked them to give him were returned to us. When I called they couldn't explain why this happened and when I said he doesn't even want to come near us the girl said that is a good thing. I will never trust my pet to this place again

At the last minute I had a family emergency and no pet boarding was available except for Pet Paradise. One of the best pet boarding places I can bring my dog too. They are very nice, they communicate & they even love your fur baby just like their own. Also, my dog had so much fun. It’s also affordable!

We love Pet Paradise with the web cam in the vip pet room. So we can check on our sweet fur baby Ariel. The Cast of Pet Paradise take good care of the beautiful fur babies..We give 100% also they play with our baby ❤????????

I brought my dogs here because of the good experience we had had in the Charlotte, NC Pet Paradise. In Charlotte, we got pictures of our dogs eating the ice cream we paid for, a progress report of their day, and the attendants were knowledgeable of our dog's day. Forward to the Orlando airport location. We travel often and are wanting a place to board. The facility was not clean. I used the restroom and that was gross (before 8 AM). I had a little tour and I was definitely not impressed (although I had been very impressed at the NC location). The VIP suites were a joke also. I was excited to see my dogs playing nicely in the yard. But when they were playing in the pool, I could only see one of my dogs and the other one was not there. When I picked them up, I asked about their day, about the ice cream, about the progress report, and no one knew anything. The lady in the front (who was very nice by the way), went to the back to "inquire" and came back telling me they had done wonderfully and especially in the pool. I told her my other dog had not been at the pool and I wanted to know why (had there been an issue, was she just tired, or whatever). She had no idea. So I left with no idea of how the dogs had done, no idea if they even got the ice cream I paid for, no idea why my other dog had not been allowed in the pool. Sadly, we will definitely not be boarding here again. It just left me with a super icky feeling.

This company has so many more misses than hits. Aside from the ever changing process of getting your dog there the staff is always frazzled and never seem to know what is going on. The process to reserve a booking changes consistently or they are don't actually have a groomer on staff like they say. And finally when I called to book my dog in they failed to mention that her immunization records are lapsed and they failed to let me know and then rejected me at the door. Nothing said that there was a laps in her records and on her online portal (which they insist that you use) or over the phone(because you will be on hold for god knows how long) to make the reservation because the system was not working NO ONE SAID ANYTHING! I took time out of my day to have some snarky girl give me attitude for not having updated immunization since no one told me during the booking process. This company fails in so many other ways that its atrocious. I will not be using them again.

Was trying to get a job there but no one was openly friendly to invite or made me feel welcome so never return went to another job where they acknowledged me at all steps instead of certain employees making someone new feel very unwelcome cause of some jealousy when they don't even know the person smh office politics are Never Good off first Impressions

I hate doing reviews not only for this company but for any company. Good or bad reviews. But I really have to put a review on this company for my experience on just the first impression of the location and service that was provided from PET PARADISE OF ORLANDO AIRPORT AREA. The first time I stepped in the location was almost at closing time due to me trying to get info on how the place is and the works etc since I lived near by. The lady that helped me out that night was SOOO nice, I forgot her name but she was very nice. She sold me from the get. Such great conversations and her customer service was OUTSTANDING!. But she was the only highlight of why I put 2 stars for this review. Other then that, the rest was not a great first impression whatsoever. I only asked for a one day tryout full days worth of a day care so that I can go to work in peace and watch her on cam wile I work till late and pick her up afterwards. THIS would have given me a tryout so that I can bring her back for boarding,. Even though it was a free tryout, the experience was not great at all as promised from the agent the night before. I asked if she can be fed after I brought her in because she needed to eat and I was rushing go home and shower get & get ready for work so that they can do that favor for me wile she is in the location. Dropped her off at 11am. I was watching throughout the whole time on their cam from Home wile I got ready for work, NONE Of the food that I provided to them was given to her at all. Other dogs her size were playing the whole time and my dog (MINPIN) left alone for so long in the cage, I went really quick on my break three hours after of her being in a cage/kennel and went to the facility to ask if she was fed. The agent with an attitude said why do I have to asked that and said she was not told to do so & was going to ask someone else to feed my dog. I waited there until they did something about it and still nothing. In the meantime, she was let go right after got there and was moving around and playing with other dogs (WHAT SHE NEEDED TOO) but still was not fed when asked. I had to go back to work but still was watching from my phone still was not fed in the cage. I don't know what happened behind the scenes because they have no cams in the back rooms, so their would be no way of knowing if she was fed or not now. Meanwhile I had plans in flying out for 4 days worth and I wanted to cancel the reservation because I just did not have a good vibe from this location due to how I saw some of the employees were treating the other dogs from my own eyes at the location. NO LOVE, YELLING, at the dogs to move to another side and just not very nice to customers at all with such attitudes when asking a question. Also I try calling the location to cancel and no one ever seems to pick up their phone calls. But then they try emailing you, texting to remind you of the reservation for the upcoming day. I mean I'm sure they will say sorry after me posting this and look for ways for me to come back but honestly this was just not for my dog nor worth any frustrations and money. They charge a lot that's for sure. . NOT TO MENTION THAT WHEN I PICKED UP MY DOG. THE PERSON IN THE OVERNIGHT HOURS, COULD NOT FIND MY DOG!!!!. IT TOOK 20 MINS TO TRY TO LOCATE WHERE THEY PUT MY DOG. UNBELIEVABLE! AND ONE MORE THING THEY TOK THE FOOD THAT I PROVIDED TO MY DOG AND JUST KEPT IT FOR THEMSELVES INSTEAD OF GIVING IT BACK TO ME. ALL THE GAVE ME BACK WAS THE CUP THAT WAS INDSIDE THE BAG WHERE I PUT THE FOOD IN. GREAT!! Thanks but NO thanks. LOOKS CAN BE deceiving of the location. FOLKS BE ALERT WHEN BRINGING YOUR DOG TO THIS LOCATION. (AGAIN I HATE PUTTING REVIEWS LIKE THIS) BUT I HAD TO PUT ONE and felt the need to reach out to others. It gets me upset that a place like this would have been great. I would have not mind spending the money for it. I just was not happy for what I wanted and what I asked for. Sorry P/P, but you lost customer. I rather just use ROVER APP And find a nice person to take care of MY DOG

THE Facility is fantastic and the Staff are AWESOME. MY ???? Dog REALLY ENJOYED himself, came home and went to sleep he was SO exhausted. Lol ????

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ...I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I left my cat at this facility for a few days with the plan to travel to California and Nevada. The following day, I received a picture of my cat (as part of the Furrever Connected service) in evident distress, while I was 2700 miles away. I was forced to cancel my flight and hotel accommodations in Nevada (approximately $800 and non-refundable...ouch) and fly back to Orlando. When I picked up my cat from this facility, his body appeared weak and completely covered with dander (never seen him in a worse condition). I found out that my cat hadn’t eaten in 4 days and barely left his tiny confined space. Why didn’t anyone from this facility call me? Suppose he needed medical attention? His confined space was small (triggered my claustrophobia) with no bedding and no 24/7 access to water. My cat was going through a nightmare, while I received daily report cards (with pictures of him looking absolutely mortified) from this facility telling me that my fur baby had the “best day ever”. I failed my cat, don’t repeat my mistake.

From out of state. This was my first time boarding a pet. The first appointment I made on the phone was canceled even though they took my deposit. When they canceled it was 2 weeks before my trip. Even though I made my reservation earlier. They found me another location. I called to make sure I had all the requirements to board her. I asked what shots my dog needed. I got them for her. When I arrived they didn't want to take her because she was missing a shot. So I had to take time out of my trip to find a vet to get her a shot. I'm not from the area and it was late notice so finding a vet was hard. I felt like the manager could have suggested places and helped. When I talked to an employee they were more helpful and understanding than the manager. Apparently the call center messes up a lot and doesn't communicate with the locations well.

Boarded my puppy for 2 days, we picked him up he was covered in feces, urine, tailed tucked, and could not bark! He was very sad and scared! Called Customer Service and asked for a supervisor, no one was available! I asked for a chain email to be started and still NO REPLY/ CALL FROM ANYONE! I took him to the vet, he had a fever, caught worms, fatigue, and 1 result I will not speak on because, it will be soon pending actions from a lawyer! Let’s just Say, find you all another place when boarding your fur babies, THIS OS NOT THE PLACE ????
