Highly recommend called when I got there, my pet was pick up curbside, I paid and later got the call from vet letting me know how the surgery went and the time I should pick up my pet.. Excellent Service, Friendly Staff and Price was resonable.

I started going to Pershing Oaks in 1990. I have always had no less than 6 kitties at a time and up to 9 at one time. Always happy and satisfied. I then got a mobile vet since it was easier on me and my babies. Just recently I went back to Pershing Oaks. The doctors there are wonderful. They are thorough and have been there for a long time. My Dusty, a 14 year old Persian had several issues the last four months. Kidneys for awhile, losing his sight in the last four months losing weight etc...He went to sleep 3 weeks ago this coming Monday. Just today I found out he has been laying in the back deceased for the last 3 weeks. According to the clinic staff, it was a misunderstanding. I call it incompetence. I am even more heartbroken and livid to say the least. I spoke to Kaylin who apologized for the entire clinic on "missing" this. Into our conversation I felt she was blowing me off and I asked her not to. Alex who has been there a long time is the one I blame. She wanted my husband to pick out an urn and when she left the exam room another assistant came in and my husband showed her the one we wanted with just the name Dusty. Apparently she did not communicate with Alex and for 3 weeks they were waiting to hear from us on what urn we wanted. I told Kaylin you would think seeing Dusty laying there for so long someone would have called to follow up. But no. Not a word. We had to call today to hear this devastating news. I will not forgive them or Alex and the other girl for this. I don't want either of them to ever touch another one of my animals. This might give a bad mark on the clinic but they should be called out. I love the doctors there. It will take awhile for me to deal with my anger and hurt, and I will not be returning Pershing Oaks.

I do not have enough kind words for this place. We’ve taken my puppy, Cooper in twice, and both times have been seen promptly. Dr. Rowley and Dr. Wagner are exceptional - they truly care about the animals and are very professional. I had a question for Dr. Rowley this morning about my dog that passed prior to taking my puppy to Pershing Oaks, and he spent ten minutes explaining to me what I needed to know and answering every question I had. I’m in Orlando for the summer and live in Tallahassee for the year - I will be taking trips to Orlando just to take my dog to this vet. Yes, they are THAT amazing!

Good costumer service But it’s a little expensive

Pretty happy with them so far. They are nice, explain what is going on and the Dr even came out to my car and walked me through some tricks to help save some money

We have been taking our fur babies to Pershing Oaks Animal Hospital fir 18 years. They are very kind and take their time explaining to you what is going on with your pet.

Absolutely lovvvveeeeee this place. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. When I dropped my cat off the doctor called me and gave me the diagnosis and also gave me some recommendations on certain tests and medication. The attention and care they have is unmatched!!! This place is a little far from me but it’s 100% worth it. This is my go to for all my pets needs!!!!

After calling so many places and find out this animal hospital to take my dog with a no emergency issue. I made the right decision, the staff is so professional especially Dr Rowley took his time over the phone to explained and also after X-rays he also came outside to my car to show me the results. Also I got a phone call the next days as I was promise too with the lab results. Overall I’m very pleased with the service. I will definitely come back in the future if u need to.

The staff at this Clinic are amazing! They are professional yet their care and love of all pets is so very apparent. The assistants are working under unusual conditions at this time - having to constantly go from inside to outside - meeting the "pet parents" at their cars and coordinating the exam as well as all of the paperwork - it's amazing how they have adapted. The doctors are so responsive and contact you immediately to discuss the pet's condition/care. I so appreciate the quality of care that my dog received!! ALSO looking forward to the time when I can be with the staff "face-to-face"!!

I've been taking my 12 old Chihuahuas to Pershing Oaks Animal Hospital since they were young. I love how friendly and caring the whole staff is. Every vet there is professional, knowledgeable and you can tell they love animals. My dogs feel at ease when being handled by anyone at Pershing Oaks ❤️

Dr.Rowley is the best! He was very compassionate and helpful. He stayed on the phone for 20 min explaining my dogs condition and the options We have. I'm so happy he is there.

I have an 11 year old dachshund named Pepper who was very sick with pyometria. (An infection of the uterus). I took her in and they saw her immediately. Explained everything to me and set her up for surgery. Not only did they fix her pyometria, but while she was under, at no extra expense to me, they pulled some abscess teeth. They took great care of my baby and I would highly reccomend them to anyone. I will be bringing in my chihuahua for a healthy visit soon. Our new vet home for all our fur babies!!!
