The customer services was very good The place was very clean, but the only thing that I did not like was that I paid for a private cremation service in which in a certain way it was private because they cremated my dog alone, but when they take me to the place of where they had my dog , they had it lying in a nice position but too freeze that was the first thing that I noticed, in other places my other dogs were cremated they were thawed, the second was that from experience in other places they place the dog in a room where you are privately with your dog and your family, where you want to spend some time to be able to relax quietly not in a hot place because the oven and without chairs, that where my dog was. Well, there they had it located next to the oven and there they took us to be and say goodbye to our dog, with a heat, a terrible noise that the oven omitted, there was no where you could sit, without air conditioning. Another thing is that the Paws take them with ink and print it on a piece of paper. The certificate they give you is made on letter paper. my experiences in other places were so different 1. in a room with your dog privately with air conditioning, chairs and you could be comfortably spending your last moments with your pet. 2. The prints in plaster , not in a piece of paper 3 certificate printing as if it were a certificate. But the mad thing I didn't like was where my dog was located. Beside the oven . This comment is not meant to criticize, it is for them to take action and expand the services and for the owner of the pet it is very important our dogs is part of us , part of the family and is very important our feeling

On 2 separate occasions we've used this caring facility for both of our pups Honey Bear And Raven Moon. We did the private viewing. And we were very pleased with the compassion And the loving manner in which they treated our Beloved pets. Would highly recommend this establishment to any and all.

Hung up on me about my bearded dragon, he must have thought it was a joke. I love my lizard as much as I love my pets with fur.

Preston is about the nicest and most compassionate person I've ever met. He made my experience at the Orlando Pet Crematory the best it could be under the (sad) circumstances. Thank you so much Preston for everything you do, you're very appreciated!

My beloved dog and I were on vacation when I had to let her go. During the most painful event of my life, Janine and the other members, were so incredibly helpful, compassionate and professional. They helped relieve so much stress from me while trying to coordinate my return home. Amazing people. Truly grateful for going above and beyond in my time in need. Words can not be expressed on how much I appreciate all they have done. Thank you again for your outstanding compassion.

Most hardest thing to go through is losing your very best friend of 13 years.. Orlando Pet Crematory made it very beautiful and easy to go through something so devastating, and heart wrenching. I want to give extra kudos to Perry, who picked her up and made such a beautiful urn for her and especially giving us a huge lock of her hair! Made sure to get both white, and her brown on her spots..and of course her paw prints.. they seriously couldn’t of done a more BEAUTIFUL thing for her and us. My heart was at such peace thanks to them! Thank you Orlando Pet Crematory for everything! Love, Sarah Reis Josh & Most of all juju.

They are extremely nice, caring, and communicative. We have had the unfortunate need to use them twice, and both times showed the upmost respect for our loss. Thank you.

I most recently had the unfortunate cancer diagnoses for my Zola. Last Saturday after her vet suggested stronger pain meds I decided to humanely help her cross that rainbow. I was so thankful at how caring Mr. Perry was. He was extremely detailed and thorough. He told me he would call me on Monday and he did. Although this has been a very difficult time for me, I felt it important to share what a great experience this has been with the Orlando Pet Crematory. My Zola was truly well taken care of until the very end.

Never again. No sympathy, uncaring. Called my dog by the wrong name, question arises if I picked up right dog.

While it is under less than ideal circumstances that brings us to a place like this, Janene and Kevin were kind and compassionate. Cancer was taking its toll on my 18 year old cat, Pumba, so I called several weeks in advance to understand …

Orlando Pet Crematory provides compassionate private crematory services. They are helpful, kind and provide options, but do not pressure for any upgrades or options. Highly recommend for devastated pet owners who wish to honor their pet's remains.

I called this place to pick up my dog for cremation. They came at 10:00 pm. It took 2-3 days to get her cremated. We had a terrible time finding the place. When we finally did, we felt they were not as friendly and caring as they should …

I wish I didn't have to review this place but I'm glad I can at least review it well. Their prices are reasonable. They're fast. And they're kind/respectful. The first two times I had Jeannie (I really hope I'm remembering correctly, it was 2 years ago) and she was sweet and talked to me about my rabbits. When I came in two months after having to euthanize my first one, she somehow remembered me and my rabbit and sat with me while I was in shock over having to euthanize the second that morning very unexpectedly. Recently I dealt with two gentleman. The one when I was picking up was very kind. I did miss Jeannie though, she's definitely in a good field for her since she's so caring and has a wonderful personality. As lovely as you all are, I better not have to see you for a long time!

Our dog got sick and passed away. She passed away on a holiday and needed a pick-up. Even though they were closed they came by and picked her up for FREE. They cremation of her wasn't expensive at all. When I arrived to pick her up the container was a little cracked and with NO problems they replaced it. Thank you for doing such a great job!!! We miss our Esther so much

We lost our dog lily early in the morning. We called and they said we could bring her in by 9am. They opened up before their posted time to accommodate us. Thought that was very nice. They were very polite and caring. They took very good care of our girl. I would recommend them highly

Very happy that I found Orlando crematory, they were extremely friendly and understanding to the needs of our family. I cannot thank them enough for their sensitivity in a time of sorrow in which we lost our family pet of 15 years.

They took such great care of my 14.5 year old Chocolate Labrador Chloe when she past away. She was picked up from home and shown much respect and was wrapped up, placed on a gurney and was allowed to say my last goodbyes. At such a hard time in my life I was shown compassion and so was my fur baby.
