Phinneus has never been boarded and always stayed with friends or relatives in the past. He loves his time at the Country Club! Of course, he never goes into any great detail about the fun he has there, with a fenced yard to meander around, a swimming pool to frolic and splash with other friends, or the way the staff makes him feel like the Extra Special Chesapeake Bay Retriever he is. I know. They send emails, have doggy cams, and even provide a progress report at the end of the visit.

Staff is awesome and very observant. Wish they were closer to the city and still had airport parking option, but our pup loves this place and people.

This place has very unfriendly client - policies. They sell pre-paid day care, though they refuse to honor your balance and will just keep your money if you don’t use your balance within a year. What’s the point of not honoring your balance unless of course your only motivation is greed? Very disappointing! Having said that, most of the dogs seem to be very happy there however.

My 10 year old beagle was boarded here for 3 nights. She came home happy, more energetic than normal and no skin problems. It seems that they have a good routine at this facility and they break the dogs out that need it into smaller groups. Team went above and beyond to email me back quickly when I was out of town and checked in. I was shocked with the quick response and it was the talk of the evening. Everyone I’ve spoken to here has been extremely kind and attentive.

My dog loves going here for daycare. Staff is really engaged with the dogs. I have seen them on the camera's playing with them. It's not just a drop and get ignored facility. The pool is great for the pups to get cooled off.

The staff were very friendly, but first I did not like that I asked for a room with a camera from the ones above that are more comfortable for my pets and they were not allowed to have it because it was the first time there and they wanted to know if they were not destructive, but not only the first night, if not the entire stay of 3 nights, so I could not observe them through the cameras for greater peace of mind. But that was not the really bad thing, with only 3 days of stay my dogs returned with fleas, laganas in their eyes and sick with their tummies, I had to take them to the vet, obviously lack of cleanliness and although they could present me all their documentation of vaccinations and medical history, I do not know if they all ask the same, because apparently they do not have cleanliness and control of the place. I would never recommend it or return.

A nice and safety place for your pet, the omly reason I am not giving 5 stars for now is that this is my first time so consistency will play a key role to make sure it is a 5 stars place as with 1 experience is not enough to judge a 1 or 5 stars service, so far it seems to be an excellent place!. Already booked Luna's stay for Thanksgiving and looking forward to get her happy while we are out.

We have two dogs that we need to board for 7 days, and were interested in one of their caddy shacks. We were told that we need to pay for an additional day of daycare for each dog in addition to a 2-night stay for each dog (because they are refusing to allow 1-night stays even for the purposes of testing temperament). So that's an additional $220+ dollars of stays that we don't need just for the "privilege" of being allowed to be a customer and give them another $700 for the stay we actually need. It's a huge disappointment. I've been familiar with OCCC for a long time due to having a professional relationship in the past. They were always going to be my first choice should the need arise. But it goes without saying that this policy is absurd and feels almost hostile towards new customers. Particularly when none of the other boarding places we looked at had policies anything like this. Some even offered free daycare stays for booking an extended stay. I just want to make this known before you waste too much of your time. We took the long trip down there to tour the facility in person, and were told about requiring a single day and single night stay. Although excessive, we were prepared to eat that cost. It wasn't until a subsequent phone call that we were told a 2-night stay would be required instead, so we decided to drawn the line and take our business elsewhere.

If anything ever happens to me where I need to board my dog then I will be content knowing she is in the best hands possible! I love the freedom this place gives dogs...,but with structure! and routine, that you do not get anywhere else! ... it’s like kindergarten for dogs with the fantastic way they do things. I work with dogs for a living so I know what I’m talking about ????

They took great care of our boy Goliath. We were a bit worried as he is a senior dog and has some separation anxiety, but when we came to pick him up after a 10 day stay he was happy and healthy. Plus, the employees are super nice and at the end of the visit they fill you in on what your dog was up to during the stay (how they behaved, how they ate, how they played, any friends they made). Highly recommend!

I trust OCCC with my two precious pups for boarding and for day care. It is very clear that they really care about the dogs. I love that they post pictures of the dogs at play, along with more formal portraits, dressed for the holidays. …

Great canine boarding facility. Long drive for us, but worth it.

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, they literally will just stick your dog in a cage, or 5x5 plexiglass chamber, maybe if you're scammed into paying top dollar they'll put it in a "meh" room with an actual bed.

I love Orlando Canine Country Club. I’ve tried two other well-known kennels in the area, and my dogs didn’t get enough play time or attention. At OCCC, they gets tons of play time. I love that I can check the webcams and see my dogs playing and having a great time throughout the day. The staff is so kind and attentive. I can go on vacation with peace of mind because I know they’re in good hands. My big dog Anya is a big barker, but she’s always spoiled rotten at OCCC. Thanks for taking such good care of my Anya and Henry!

Absolutely wonderful! We have three furbabies, and we never feel guilty leaving them there when we go out of town as we know they'll have a fabulous time! All we need to do is say "OCCC" or "Orlando Canine Country Club" and their ears perk …

We took our two dogs there for a weekend when we were out of town and will definitely be bringing them both back! We could watch them on the webcams and see that they were having a great time. OCCC is incredible organized, clean, and the staff is very friendly. Prices are on point with what you get compared to other places. No other boarding in Orlando has this much space outside and a pool for the dogs to cool off in!

They muzzle dogs that bark too much...what's wrong with these people? Their photo gallery shows dogs wearing their collars with tags during playtime, and some wearing harnesses. Reputable dog boarding and daycare know it's dangerous to …
