People are great, the facility is clean and conveniently located. The only thing limiting them from a 5 star are their limited availability (days open). If the hours fit your schedule it's a great place!

This has to be without a doubt the”BEST” experience at a veterinary office. The Doctor was so personable and patient as was the office staff. The environment was calm and comforting and it showed with my chihuahua. He remained calm and stress free. Wish there were more STARS ⭐️ to give. Thank you to all we met.

If I could leave zero stars I would, I absolutely do NOT recommend this vet what so ever. I say this because I took my puppy there to get her 12 week evaluation. And get her shots. Upon examination the vet called me to give me the GRAVE news of our puppy. The vet stated she had a life threatening hernia and signs of negligent breeding along with a “parasitic” skin infection! I asked her what we need to do to correct this and she said she needed a surgery. Keep in mind this is a 12 week old yorkie puppy. We did not want to do a surgery but if it was necessary to save her life we would!! After hearing this grave news I was so stressed and feeling like I got ripped off and now have to deal with our new addition to the family possibly leaving us after we already fell in love with her. After telling my wife we decided to not make a haste decision to have a surgery on a 2lbs puppy and get a second opinion. We took her to TWO other vets where they examined her thoroughly. Both of which stated they did not feel any hernia, and if there was one it was not significant enough to cause any life threatening issues. The “parasitic” infection was just a rash that is common in new born puppies. And has healed on its own without the treatment she was prescribed. Nothing out of the ordinary, nothing life threatening. All in all the experience was absolutely terrible, on top of that we spent $450+ on treatment SHE DID NOT NEED!!! Save your self the trouble and do yourself some solid research before you take your beloved pets ANYWHERE!!

We love the team at Nona’s Ark! They are always so responsive and thoughtful with their care. Our puppy feels comfortable while at their practice and it is clear they truly care about their patients.

I went there for an emergency appointment because my regular vet office didn't have any opening. They were nice and very professional. However I have 1 less star because they were supposed to give me a follow up appointment which they failed to do so. I even contacted them and was told that they'll call me to schedule it and I never heard back.

Five stars, six stars, I would give Nona’s Ark all of the stars! They were so so kind with my two cats, one of which is knowingly difficult to work with. We needed to establish care, and I am so thankful this was the facility I scheduled with. They were able to see my two new patients in less than a week, and did a great job explaining medical history from my previous vet that was never full explained to me. I cannot recommend this staff enough. Everything was as close to perfect as it could have been.

My dog Melo has been coming here since a pup and even with moving this is his spot. They take amazing care of the animals and the staff are all extremely friendly and willing to help in all ways they can. Melo loves them and will recommend them to my friends and family. Honest and overall great practice

We adopted 2 kittens, one of our babies was really ill and we had to see the vet on a weekly basis. They were very compassionate and understanding and did everything they could to help her. All of the staff are fantastic with the fur babies. We were very happy there. We have since moved out of the area so we have to find a new vet.

The Nona's Ark staff and doctor were so professional, caring and compassionate in helping us navigate the end-of-life plans for our beloved Bella. We are very grateful for their veterinary care for us and our pup over the last 3 years. We highly recommend them.

Definitely recommend Nona’s Ark! My baby boy, Optimus, was attacked by another dog last week and Nona’s Ark and their staff came to the rescue. As soon as I showed up, they saw him right away and kept him stable. They took great care of him and communicated with me every step of the way. Needless to say, I was a hysterical mess, so a special thanks to Dan, who with the most calming voice, helped me through my hysteria and tears. Dr. Norton explained all of my options and communicated best case to worst case scenarios and treatment options in a way that I can understand. Optimus is doing much better now thanks to everyone at Nona’s Ark! You are life savers!

Good service. Answered questions without problem. Has a text service for fast communication and can send pictures ahead of time when you have issues.

They have taken good care of our Husky princess Luna! Since the very first day everyone has been knowledgeable and caring and that’s one of the most important things that we look for. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you guys for taking care of our princess!

I have been bringing my 7 year old 75lb dog here since they opened, about 2 years ago. Dr. Norton is detailed, thorough and great to work with. My dog gets very nervous going to the vet, as most dogs do, but is always excited to see the staff at Nona's Ark. Dr. Norton and Dan are very personable and great with communication. Dr. Norton tends be on the cautious side of things which I appreciate since it is so hard to know how animals are truly feeling. The practice is very new and well kept. The lobby/front desk and rooms are always immaculate. I also appreciate the way they schedule their appointments because my dog is not super friendly with other animals and they make it so I never have to worry about any stressful interactions. Cost-wise, this practice's fees are comparable to the vets we came from in South Florida. We are happy to have found Nona's Ark for our furchild!

Not amazing, but not terrible either. While we never felt that our dog wasn't in good hands, we often felt like their bottom line was a higher priority than our satisfaction. Redundant or possibly unnecessary treatments were recommended on occasion. When requesting a copy of his shot records, it required 3 phone calls asking and walking into the vet in person to get them. During our last appointment for an annual checkup, he was kept from 10am-1pm. At pickup we asked to speak with the vet but were told she was unavailable; looking at the notes the following day we saw claims that the vet did speak with us. Generally the vet was unhelpful in anything that didn't involve us directly working with them for a fee.

Highly recommend! I moved to the area about 3 months ago and chose this vet after feeling like just another number to another one in the area. Nona’s Ark is a place where they know you by name. In a big place like Orlando, it’s great to have that friendly, down to earth atmosphere. They’ve been handling the COVID situation so well. I always feel so safe leaving Reese with them. She is never upset when she gets there, and LOVES the assistants. They truly care about your pet. If you want great communication, personable staff, and just to feel like your pet is in good hands, this is the place! Picked up miss Reese from getting fixed today, and the staff put me at so much ease. Love this team!! ????

Best experience I've had at a vet's office. Went in for a regular exam and vaccine. turned out that my furry ???? grandchild had an ear infection. Sandra, took her time to gather missing information from prior vet and Dan kept me updated with the progress. Caring team, you'll be glad you came to them. Thank you, see you soon.

Just a great place. Staff is nice and take really good care of your pets. Brought mine here because they were the closer than our usual vet. There is a price difference between here and my other vet, not much but every penny saved helps a lot in these times.

Beautiful clinic and excellent staff. Dr. Norton offered us options for our rescue dog that allowed us to get him the help he needed. They really took the time to answer our questions, too.

I've been taking my little Max here for a short time and I've had nothing but amazing treatment here! Dr. Norton truly cares for my Pom as if he is her own! He is up there in age so he has a lot of health issues, the way they care for him and act immediately to his health concerns are the way vets should. Yes the treatments and procedures are pricey BUT it's the best quality of healthcare for my furr baby and you cant put a price tag on that. They've referred me to amazing specialists for him, prescribed the best medications and I am so thankful for that. I will continue to be a customer of Nona's Ark even though I no longer live in Lake Nona because it's worth the drive for the best care for my Max!

We love Nona's Ark! We drive from Clermont and have been a patient of Dr. Norton's for about 10 years. She has been with us through some tough times and many happy times. She's down to earth and wants nothing but the best for you and your fur baby! I highly recommend Dr. Norton and her staff and am beyond proud to be a patient of hers!
