They're super nice and seem to know what they're doing. They're fairly priced, but when I called to make the appointment and asked for an estimated cost for yearly checkup/vaccines, she said visit including the cost of vaccines and tests was less than $100. When I got there it ended up being almost $300.

We just brought our dog there today. Travelled from Clermont because of the availability and were completely brushed off by the vet that was supposed to see my dog. We were told to come in for a follow up weeks …

The staff and vet were so kind! I can’t say enough great things about my experience. They took great care with my 10 year old dog. We’re flying out of state for Christmas and the vet printed out everything we’re going to need as far as shots are concerned. He made sure our dog was ready to go. Very thoughtful and caring!

Great in assisting my dog Mini. Staff was helpful and the Vet Doc was very easy to understand when it came to maintaining my frenchies health.

I have went to other thrive locations and never had any issues whatsoever, however I has a couple problems here. For starters every time I go in they tell me one price and then upcharge the appointment. Every time I go they try to sell me something and then make me feel bad if I decline(I do vaccinate and make sure my babies are taken care of). However the biggest issue I had was October 26, I not only had them upselling me and telling me I had to bring my dog in once a month to be weighed(and would be charged, even though I can weigh my dog at home), but thw vet assistant brought my dog in, clearly wheezing and being choked by her with the collar. I was beyond furious with the service I was provided.

Literally took my dog there for a free consultation. With out the vet looking at my dog or even trying to see what was wrong, they "suggested" $286 worth of treatment by a technician based on two sentences about my dog having dry skin and eye irritation. I requested to speak to the vet who again did not even physically put a single hand on my dog or even look at what I was trying to show them but instead matter-of-factly told me that the recommendations she was making where the best evaluation when she did not even come a foot near my dog. I then asked if we could clip his nails, which they then brought in to an experienced technicians who were trying to wrsetle my dog to the ground to clip his nails and ended up only cutting 3 to 4 Nails Max, and was told it would cost between $15 to $35. When I get to the front desk the lady tells me it will be $35 and when I asked her about why not all the nails were cut and that they really did not seem to know what they were doing then told me that she needed to speak to management. I do not recommend this thanks for anyone that has a thing for anyone that has a pet they consider family

We love our experience every time we go into Thrive! The monthly membership is SO SO worth it. The vets and techs at this location always take lots of time with us and show us things we can do at home with our dog to save us time and trips to them. They have also saved us lots of money by telling us solutions to problems like allergies to try at home, and told us when they thought we didn't need (dental) procedures yet. They're patient with out anxious pet and I appreciate that they never push him past his comfort level and want him to have good memories associated with them, not bad.

Do not take your pet here. Nothing affordable about this place spent $304.05 for my cats uti then they wanted to charge me another $487.00 for more exams once they gave me that invoice I knew this place was going to kill my cat and I would never get an answer from them . The next morning I called animal hospital in baldwin park they gave him an emergency appointment gave him 3 medication $189.45 in 3 days my cat was back to normal. Now I'm stuck with a 6 month $10.00 membership that I will never us .

Thrive made things really easy and definitely affordable. I checked in online, arrived, went to my room with my dog. We spoke with the receptionist, vet tech and the vet, who were all very friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't have to wait around in a line to check out either. I received an invoice via text while still in the room. They also sent the visit summary and additional information via text as well. Very happy I went there!

Horrible communication. One staff member tells me I can make an appointment for my kitten within a few days, the other tells me I need to wait over two weeks.

I relocated to Orlando and needed a vet for my dog. I happened to learn about Thrive from the internet. I decided to try them out. I brought my dog in for annual check up. I learned quickly that the people at Thrive are very caring and understanding. They seem to actually love animals. They are careful and loving towards my dog. My dog just had major surgery at Thrive and now he's back home. They took great care of him. They explained everything to me clearly. They are such wonderful people. I am glad that my dog's vet is Thrive!!!!

They showed great care for our dog's health and safety. They are also very informative when explaining everything that was going to happen for our dog's mammory tumor removal operation and her recovery. We can't thank then enough for taking such great care of our little Lacy.

Had an appointment for my dog for their LOW COST Vaccines, leaving as they are NOT low cost as they advertise.! Their catch is lower cost vaccines if you become a Thrive member which is not what you believe when making an appointment. The LOW COST vaccines can be done at same price with my regular vet ... So much for saving money in these times or any ..... BEWARE. PS check out all neg reviews get canned reply even their positive reviews don't look individual guess not enough time or empathy for you & your pet ????

Clean and affordable, especially with THRIVE Plus. My cat gets very nervous when it's time to go to the vet, but she has always been well cared for here.

Was a little pricey. I gave all the details over the phone a week before the appointment & it seemed like she took notes down on whatever they use. When I got there, I had to repeat EVERYTHING all over again. I was expecting everything to be ready by the appointment.

Dr. Jenny Schefski was quick, professional and informative. She was able to trim my cats nails with no problems. Her and the rest of the vet team are amazing and they definitely took great care of her. I highly recommend thrive and the entire team!

Disappointing that we are not able to contact the Vet office directly. We have to go through a call center and get a message sent to the office with a 24 hour turnaround. We just need an updated prescription for our Chewy.com online order. Simple but now we have to wait. Plus they don't have these details in my Cat's chart at the call center. This is not the first time we have had this call center problem.

I contacted Thrive to schedule an appointment for my male dog who had an infection on his genitals and was scratching a lot and the area was turning yellowish. Unfortunately, they are not able to handle emergency situation in a timely matter. They reported that they do not have any appointments until 4 days later. I requested to talk to the manager and they informed me that there were no one available until Monday (I called on Friday). It's difficult to understand that their Logan is that they care for the pets when in reality, they don't give a damn.
