They used to do a good job grooming my dog, but lately it seems like they are not putting an effort to make the cut look nice, i could of done what they did at home and save the money.

I'm never one to leave reviews, but this Place deserve it. They did an amazing job on my Goldendoodle! This was the 4th place we tried and finally we found a great place with outstanding services. They treat your pet as their own. Thanks ????

The place the incredible the excellent attention. I always carry my Doki here. And the truth returns happy. Customer service is second to none, I recommend this place. All the staff are great people. The Brazilian who works at her reception is always very friendly and my dog ​​is happy with her. The Venezuelan doctor is super friendly and affectionate with my dog, always attentive and concerned at each visit.

Very friendly and professional. I took my dog to get her nails cut and they did it very quick and painless, it was also pretty cheap compared to other places.

We used to bring our pet here. Last couple of times nails were not cut. The hair cut itself was un even and horrible (probably made in a rush) and lastly our puppy had machine scratches on his belly. They said it was allergies but allergies don’t come up in straight lines like hair cut machines does. I will not keep bringing him to this place.

Their groomer is top shelf you won't be disappointed

Phenomenal Pet Shop! Very small, but great selection! The employee was very friendly and knowledgeable. The focus seems mainly on dogs, but there was still a section for cats and other pets. Very cute design. Top-quality brands like Fromm and Stella & Chewie's. Would highly recommend.

Premier Costumer service, Professional and super kind staff... beautiful environment Mondo Pet has excellent groomers.... Marcelo is a great one and also he could train your pet!! And Gian Franco is one of them, that guy know what he is doing, has more the 20 yeas of experience and he also is a Medical Vet, your pet will love to be groom and care in this place I LOVE IT.

I love it here they always make my princess look beautiful and Fernanda is amazing this the best grooming spot in Orlando And I love the variety of food and snacks they have

They were very kind. They didn't overcharge like a lot of local places. They asked me how I wanted him cut and did as requested. They were quick and efficient.

Too expensive for my taste

I have been going to Mondo Pet for about 3 years. The staff is always lovely.

Very clean facility and very good grooming.

After going to 3 different pet stores in search of food for my puppy I thankfully came to Mondo Pet. Ashley answered ALL of our questions and was extremely helpful. The long drive is worth it because to me customer service is a priority to me! Ashley exceeded our expectations! Thank you, Ashley!

The staff and owner are amazing no pressure to all other places out there..very professional everyone everything you need in one place awesome cut to my do g..very happy they make sure your dog is happy and the person who takes the dog lol...just an awsawes place I would recommend to anybody near and far check them out.

They failed to listen to my instructions. I ended up with all my dogs under cut and a complete waste of money. Go elsewhere where they seem to know how to run a grooming business. Very disappointed. My time is very valuable to have to deal with this.

Love this place, the employees and the groomers are so professional, they are very sweet with my two seniors poodles, and they made a great job with them, and is around the corner of my house

ASHLEY was not only a big help to us about foods for our dog, her knowledge and enthusiasm convinced us the 20min drive was worth it going there for our dog care needs
