we cannot say enough good things about miss emily’s bed & biscuit! we were new to the area this fall and needed a daycare/overnight boarding that gave dogs socialization but downtime to recharge and rest. the staff are kind, caring, respectful, and truly care about the animals. our french bulldog, jon snow, was sick and they did everything they could to accommodate his medical/nutritional needs while he needed to be at daycare. they made sure his feeding & rest schedule was the same as at home which eased all of our worries. if your dog stays more than several nights in a row, they upload pictures & report cards to show you how they’re doing or who they’re playing with. we follow their social media where they will sometimes post him, too! jon snow LOVES miss emily’s so much that we can’t even say the words otherwise he runs to the door, begging to go to the car! highly recommend for anyone looking for a good daycare/boarding place.

Our boys love coming here. They are all so sweet, accommodating, and organized. Way better than traditional boarding!

This company provides excellent services. It is so difficult finding good people that will actually take care of your pets while you’re on vacation. This place is definitely a life saver. Everything is very seamless and they are very thorough from beginning to end. Highly recommended, 5 start business for sure.

Nothing but hassles on a daily basis with these people. Constant source of emails, none of which have links our contact info. Really frustrating to deal with.

I don't know where to start other than my family and I absolutely love Miss Emily's to the point where my dog Tessa already gets excited the second we say "Miss Emily's". I have been coming back for the last 4 years and will keep coming back in the future. Normally I shy away from reviews but I need people to know just how caring and loving this place is to my dog. Normally, we get her bathed here as well as nails trimmed and daycare. Occasionally we'll use their boarding services. We just picked her up yesterday and the staff here was so accommodating. My dog had an allergic reaction couple weeks prior and they made sure to give her medicine in a timely manner, cone her at night and not during the day so she could play comfortably and even bathed her with the prescription shampoo she was given by the vet. The staff here always does a fantastic job with trimming her nails and buffing them perfectly and are very attentive if your dog has any special needs. We usually get a report card when boarding (we didn't this last stay but that's okay because we assumed they were busy the week before Memorial Day) that we love seeing and sharing. Highly highly recommend this place. Everyone is so nice and attentive. They're usually out monitoring and playing with the dogs so we don't mind waiting on the phone a little bit! I read a previous review that gave you all one star and I just don't understand why with the 4 years of experience I've had here. Thank you all for taking care of our fur baby from puppy to adulthood and longer!

Miss Emily's is AMAZING. My pup knows when she's there and literally pulls me inside and off she goes. Staff is so sweet and attentive to the pups and the grooming is always great for me as well. She gets her nails clipped and some baths every now and again here and we've never had a problem. I've boarded her as well and she has the best time. The cost also can't be beat for what you get: genuinely caring staff, indoor & outdoor play areas, play by size & temperament, and the best part, which I don't see replicated at other doggy daycares too often, is that the pups can sort of just come and go from their private suite to and from the doggy daycare places if they need a break. If your pup stays for more than a few days, you get a report card as well w/photos and a note on how they're doing. I just moved out of Orlando and am trying to find a doggy daycare in North Florida and I'm realizing how good we had it at Miss Emily's since nothing compares!

Well, where do I start... I brought my dog in here this past weekend, after speaking with them several times on the phone to ensure they were familiar with cutting a Newfoundland AND knew it was going to be quite the job and take some time, they assured me that they were familiar and could get it done. So I scheduled an appointment for 02/05/2021. I brought my girl in at 9:15am for her 9:30am appointment to meet with the groomer to discuss special requests and how I want her hair cut. I requested a de-shedding treatment to be added to the top tier package that I was purchasing. I asked when my girl would be ready for pickup and the receptionist informed me it would be sometimes around 1, but she would call me letting me know she was ready. 3pm rolls by... no call, so I start calling. Called 3 times, no answer. Finally the 4th time, they answer and they inform me she's been ready... oh ok well guess nobody was going to call me like they stated. When I go to pick up my girl and I paid the amount of $142.00, expecting my girl to look amazing! ... a man walks her out.... and.... her hair is cut, UNEVENLY, ears were never trimmed which I stated I wanted shaved down and the groomer even notated... and then I can hear her nails dragging, they were never even cut. I then notice the next thing that was the breaking point to all of this. I paid for the top tear... and my dog wasn't even bathed. She literally looked like they saved her for last and realized they didn't even have time to do her and instead of calling me to say that they rushed through hoping I wouldn't notice. I brought it up to the receptionist and she was apologetic and she assured me a manager would get in contact with me as late as monday. When I got home, I looked over her even more... I noticed the list of things below that were NOT done! -ears not trimmed -nails not cut -sanitary underbelly trimming -uneven body trim with long sections remaining -ears not cleaned -deshedding not done, she had clumps of hair just falling off her still -not even bathed After I noticed this, I called the shop back and demanded to speak with the owner... she stated she already informed her and she would call me as soon as she could. Saturday (02/06/2021) I receive a call, but I missed it. I promptly called back, it went to voicemail and I left a message. The remaining weekend goes by, Monday passes and then Tuesday. Nobody has reached out to me. Not a single thing since that one attempt Saturday morning. I did not pay $142.00 for a botched haircut where 1/2 services from the package I purchased were not even completed. This is poor customer service at its best. I had to take her to get re groomed and of course spend even more money. I WILL NOT recommend this business to anyone.

I absolutely love the staff at Miss Emily's; they love my dog, Dottie, and it definitely shows. For all the years I have taken her to Miss Emily's, it has never been anything but an exceptional experience. As someone in the veterinary industry, I recommend them to all my clients.

I went in for a tour of the cat area. The lady who showed me around was super nice and very knowledgeable.

Miss Emily's takes such good care of my dog, Tonic. Everyone is so sweet and they all treat Tonic like he's their own. We take him for daycare at least 3 times a week and we always use them for boarding. I highly recommend Miss Emily's!

I'm so glad I have a place like Miss Emily's to board my dog Cooper when we travel. They are all dog lovers there so I feel really good with trusting him to their care. Cooper has territorial aggression issues and they know how to handle him. I knew I found the right place when Cooper would drag me into miss Emily's excitedly each time and he would be so excited to see the staff. It makes my vacations even better knowing that my dog is having an amazing staycation of his own. Also I look forward to their report cards each time with an update on how his stay is going complete with cute pics! Highly recommend them!

My son brought his dog to this Dougie day care his dog has never been happier loves going there this is an amazing business these people are so caring for animals I’ve never seen anything like it the pictures that they post of everybody’s pets and the nice things that they say and do to make these animals happy honestly it’s amazing they threw my son‘s dog a going away party it was the cutest thing I’ve ever seen the effort they put into making these animals happy really means so much my son is moving And unfortunately He will have to find a different dog care So sad because I know his dog loves going there I just wanted people to know anybody who has an animal if you’re looking for amazing place to have your pets that this is the place I only have great things to say about them thank you so much for taking such great care of my grand puppy????

I love the staff and the consideration the owners puts into her relationships with her clients. My toy poodle has so much fun and gets very excited when she gets a day of play and lovings. Worth every penny!

Best dog hotel and daycare in Orlando. They treat my Nikki like a prince and spoil him with a lot of playtime. They also send a biweekly report card with info and photos. Hands down the best pet boarding to send your pups too

My fiance and I have been taking our dog here for the past 3 years or so! Great, great staff!! Erica is wonderful. I love that the staff know who we are before we say anything they already have our dog ready. This place really cares about your pet!! I am sad that they had to increase thier prices, but my dog definitely looks forward to going everyday!! Thank you for the great service guys!

I love Miss Emily’s! My pup always has such a great time there for daycare and boarding. I feel confident that she’ll be happy and well taken care of, whether it be for a day or a week. The staff and other pups at Miss Emily’s have been so helpful in socializing our very anxious rescue dog, and for that I am thankful! The pricing is also super reasonable!

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with how our dog was treated here. If anyone is needing a place to keep their pup overnight, this place should be at the top of the list. They understand shiba personalities, gave him a lot of play time, and they send you photos and a report card to update you on their stay. We’re so happy to have found a place that we can trust to watch our boy when we go out of town.

Very friendly staff, highly recommend.

My dog did not stay here, but when looking around at places to potentially board my pet I was most impressed with this place. The focus there is on hiring competent and friendly staff and that is a very smart business move. We spoke to the owner and she is very knowledgeable and reminded me of how things were run at the boarding/training kennel I used to work at in DC and things are run incredibly well there.

Top notch to take care of your dog.

The staff is wonderful and my dog has a blast. The only this that is missing is a bit of an updated look. One of the staff members told us that they opened 20 years ago and it looks like the haven't remodelled and bought new equipment for the dogs in 20 years but the most important this is that they are selective on the dogs they admit to make sure that all the dogs are safe and play well with each other.

Love the staff here. They are always so nice and helpful. Duke seems to like going there as well. He definitely comes home tired in the evenings.

Our dog Lucy loves it here! She is ready to run inside as soon as we pull into the parking lot. The staff members greet her by name as soon as we walk in the door. You can tell they truly care about the animals.
