Great place to wash ur pup????

First time coming here. We arrived at 5:40, planning to give our dogs a quick bath. We left work as early as we could, when we got there one lady said they close the self serve at 5. I checked their hours multiple times in Google and in their website to make sure I could use this place, they all state they close at 6. When we were leaving the place a loose dog went our direction running, my husband was at the door with one of our dogs so the dog used the little space to escape, the dog left the facility so fast and two ladies ran trying to catch it, a truck passed and almost got the dog, I told my husband to get both of our dogs and I was going to go and help them, one of the ladies got the doggie. I know accidents happen, but it really scared me to witness that.

Had a great experience! The groomers are really great. I didn't realize they were signing to each other until right as we were leaving, or would've signed my thank yous back. Thank you for taking such good care of our boys!

Great place for self service dog washing.

I take our dogs here to have their nails trimmed and dremmeled. The weekends can be very busy and one of our dogs gets a bit nervous hearing the other dogs barking. So I’ve started taking them after work on a weekday. Much quieter which helps. They do an excellent job for a reasonable price. They are very careful which is important to avoid hurting them. I’ve also used their do-it-yourself dog wash. It’s a great way to give your pup a bath without bending over in your shower or tub. And no cleanup! I recommend this place!

This was Ymmas first visit. Reception was very professional in explaining the process. End results...clean and satisfied!

-1 star .Why do places charge you more when you choose to use a payment form other then cash? This place passes their card fee onto the customer. I believe this is illegal. I understand it is minimal however it is also tax deductible for the company. I tried this place again Howe will never return. Between this and the wicked out receptionist, oh who I guess now is the manager I will be going elsewhere.

Such a fantastic staff. Went there to bathe my dog and the woman who works at the front desk was so helpful and showing me techniques to de shedding him.

They clipped my puppies nails and smoothed them. Tech was nice and professional. Affordable and considering their excellent rates when doggy daycare is needed as well.

Loved the experience. They took the time to help my dogs skin allergy by making a gentle hypoallergenic skin shampoo for my pooch. Yes I will definitely be returning!

I've brought my dog many times to this location and unfortunately I will not be in the future. This is the 3rd time I've gone during the pandemic and I've had to repeatedly ask the staff person assisting me to wear a mask. This isn't complicated.

Over charged for dog grooming, based on website pricing. Called manager and she agreed to refund credit card the difference. They did not follow through with promise.

Well their advertised hours are evidently wrong. They close at 5 because of COVID, even though when i arrive at 525pm, there was a gentleman picking up his dog, evidently after hours. So exceptions are made for some and not others. I basically needed to put a medicated lotion on my dog for 10 minutes, wash it off and be out the door. I was going to do it at the self serve area. I have visited this location many times at 530 and never had an issue. Not sure why there was this time. Well i will not be going back. I left work early and made arrangements to get there in enough time as i have other times before they closed. Please change your hours on your web site and make a notation that large dogs (mine weighs 50 lbs) cannot use self serve 45 minutes before closing. You were making an easy 14 bucks off of me for the past month several times. Well, no longer. I will figure something out.

Great place for a self wash dog wash and for full service grooming! Also, very compassionate people. I have my dog scheduled to be put to sleep tomorrow (mouth cancer has prevented him from drinking or eating :’( and I took him in today to wash him nice and clean so our kids can get to cuddle him one last time and when I went to leave the lady there role me it was on the house. Small gesture, but lord knows I needed it today. Thank you.

We love this place !!! I met Robin one morning while having breakfast and she noticed my puppy and invited us over to Soapy's I took my pup that same day. Kash is now a regular and enjoy the love and attention he get from the staff. Kash go in to be pampered almost every 2 weeks and he also goes in with out hesitation. They alway exceed my expectations!! I recommend Soapy’s.

I came to have my dogs nails trimmed and dremeled, on a Saturday. Looked like they were busy and the manager Robin offered to perform the service where my nervous dog would be more comfortable. Completed the service quickly. I would go there again for more grooming services.

I really love this place for my dogs. I just did boarding for the first time with them and they didn't have any issues. $30 a night.

My baby was looking raggedy. I gave them details of what I wanted. This listened and executed to a T. Love this place.
