Faithful Friend Mobile Pet Grooming Kissimmee, Florida

Called to get a quote and appointment set for my pup. We rescued him from the shelter a few months ago. He is heartworms positive but is being treated for it. As a result, major companies won't do his grooming so we set out to look for mobile, heartworms or not pets need a bath and his nail are like Freddy Kruger at this point lol. A woman asked me to send a picture of the dog and my address for pricing only to never respond to my text after. Idk about anyone else but your address is a private thing and with little kids and a gf, i don't take kindly to giving someone my address and they just disappear afterwards. Now I feel like i have go be very cautious with my home.

Great service and good attention, they left my dog smelling good and cute.

They will not knock on your door to let you know that they are outside. Very unprofessional phone rep.

Waited home for them to show for my appt never did. By reading other reviews they have a habit of this . Go to another pet groomer if you don’t want your time wasted.

This groomer is horrible!!!!!! They had my appointment for 2:30 came at 2:23 and left at 2:28 to another appointment!!! Never texted me that they were coming early!!! I had my teenager stay home from school to open the door and retrieve the dogs for the groomers and they left claiming that they waited 15 min which is a lie!!!!! I have cameras and can see the time arrived and left! Her excuse was she needs money and can’t wait???? They gave my appointment to another person that was scheduled for Thursday. Did not even attempt to wait till my scheduled appointment to leave. This woman is so UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! And only cares about money not the animals. This was so unprofessional and a waste of my time!!!!! She didn’t take any accountability and just argued on the phone. I’m sorry maybe her grooming is good but for me it’s the customer service!!!!!! I will be leaving many reviews on all platforms. The unprofessional is something I will not respect!

This pet groomer used to be excellent, but as the business kept growing I think they forgot about “customer service “. My pet had an appointment today and the groomer never showed up. This is not the first time. Multiple attempts were made to get a hold of the groomer and one of his “assistants” answered the phone. When I called I was explaining that my pet had an appointment and that the groomer had not come yet so I just wanted to know if he was on his way and around what time was the groomer going to come (mind you, this is 1.5 hours after the scheduled appointment). Well, she pretended that she didn’t know what I was referring too and simply hang up. Very unprofessional! I used to love the service from This groomer and I sincerely can say he has a lot of talent and care for the pets, BUT I will NOT use the services from this company again and will take my business/money somewhere else where the company believes in customer services and genuinely cares about the pets (not just the business).

Contact them and gave me a 2 weeks further appointment I accept their date and time availability only to have a no show with an excuse the same day of the appointment. They haven't contacted me to reschedule whatsoever. Very unprofessional totally unreliable.

I visited Faithful Friends website and I decided to try their services and boy was I right! The owner is very sweet, responsible and their price is affordable. They are a mobile pet groomer that offer their top notch spa grooming services to your pet. I am looking forward to having them groom my doggie again. I love the bows they put on my dog! Worse ever!!! Don’t waste your time! I have called texted them for over two weeks about a appointment, they told me via text there working hours where from 9-5 and that is not what google has, then they said via text they would get back time with a day and time they had available, never heard back it’s been two weeks. Wasted my time now I need to look for in other company that has real customer service and accurate information.

I make an appointment for my dog for 1 pm and they called me at 10 am to cancel it. Idk if they dont know what means be a professional . Everyone have to work no only them and I had to loose my afternoon at work just because they decided cancell my appointment the same day 3 hours early. My sister had a same problem in a weekend and they didnt ask for apology, they just didnt show it at her house the day of the appointment.

SCAMMERS! Their site prices and quotes are NOT honored! They will quote you a price for your dog then overcharge you when they're done and tell you "too bad, you have to pay this". I'm pretty sure the bait and switch scheme is illegal. I do not recommend these unprofessional lying groomers and will NEVER use them again. Please don't support these scammers!

We get Toby (maltipoo) groomed every 3 weeks but this was our first time using faithful friend. There was a little confusion but over all Toby loved it! Great service!! He looks and smells like a stud! ???? Thank you!

Appointment was made rather quickly which was great. But today after waiting 25 mins I called, no answer. Then I texted to ask if the groomer was still coming, as I hadn't received any messages. I was told the groomer was late and would not be coming. If I didn't text I may have been waiting with my new pet longer because no one contacted me. I wish that were not the case, but now I have to set up another appointment with another company.

Awesome service. It was my first time. My dog was supper happy. Very professional and will definitely keep using them.

Marcy did a great job on my goldendoodle Charlie and previously my Shih Tzu Panchito. I love that they smell so great after and last for days.

First I would like to say that the service was great. But and its a huge but... I was quoted $30 less when I made the appointment which is a big big difference... second I was told I could pay with Zelle quick pay the groomer then repeatedly said no in broken English. Then gave me a number after saying I couldn't pay with Zelle. While I called the office to try to work out why there was such a big difference in price i received a phone call saying I didn't pay and they wanted a screen shot to show i payed! This to me is totally unacceptable!!!!!

Extremely unprofessional. My parents dog has been going to a groomer for years until they retired. Looking for a new groomer they contacted Faithful Friends and arranged an appointment. A little late but they were friendly, the dog (old, sweet 13 year old short hair shih tzu with back issues) came out happy and with great hair. A few months later they contacted them for a second hair cut. The day of they cancelled without reason. That's fine, stuff happens but I saw their truck in the same neighborhood later in the day. They never reached out to reschedule and never responded to my parents text or calls. Today my parents asked me to text instead. Faithful Friends responded promptly to my text but I guess they recognized the dog or my last name and stopped responding as well. I have no idea why they are acting so unprofessionally. If the dog was causing any problems they never mentioned a thing. Nor did the previous groomer. Again, if they brought up any issues or concerns I would understand. I was visiting my parents the first visit and everything was courteous, paid, etc. I'm not sure what the cause of the problems is and won't because of refusal to communicate. I cannot stress enough how no concerns were ever brought up, and there is nothing I can think of that may have been one. I would not recommend them due to their unprofessional behavior despite the nice haircut.

Since we just moved to the Orlando area, we decided to try this service for our 3 Shih Tzus. I asked for a short face, teddy bear ears, and long hair on the body. I got lopsided face, uneven ears, and a super short body. He charged me $80 per dog! He didn't give me a discount for the terrible job he did. I could have done better blindfolded with my own scissors! This is the worse service I have ever received. I'm LIVID!!!!!

the most unorganized grooming company central Florida. I never know what I'm going to get up charged, I've tried twice. Both separate prices. tried two times, cancelled on both times.

Was my first time using their services today and they were great. They fit me in for an appointment despite my last minute request. My dog looked amazing afterwards. Had my mind at peace knowing he was just outside the house being taken care of. The groomer was great and quick. Will definitely be using them again and recommending to other.

Cut nails too short, my dog was bleeding all over the place! This was the first and last time I use their services.
