I take my dog here every few months for her nail trim. I can’t do it bc she fights me, but they’re patient with her and get it done every time :)

They messed up my appointment date and when I got there, they wanted to schedule me for a different day instead of honoring the original appointment.

Wonderful job I’m a over the road trucker and my road buddy needed a trim. Called Just 4 Dogs and they got me right in. Emily did a great job giving Harley the cut I asked for. Thanks again to Emily and the staff when I’m back I’ll definitely use you again.

My Goldendoodle Charlie gets the best haircuts here. He always comes home with the cutest bandannas and so happy.

Everyone was super nice, got me in right away. Treated my pup very nicely. Did exactly what I asked for. Will come back again.

I asked for a short schnauzer cut groom and it was nothing CLOSE TO WHAT I ASKED FOR! They charged me $70 adding special handling fee, but they couldn’t finish his ears and left him full of hair! My husband had to go home and finish the job! Their staff is always changing and every time we go, new people who don’t know anything! We are never going back!

My dog was groomed beautifully however it took half the day.

Daisy and Daniela did an great job with my little guy. I was very pleased and I strongly recommend Just 4 dogs to anyone that is looking to pamper there furr babys.

Took both my standard size golden doodles to get groomed here today for the first time and I am super happy with the results!!! Both have different types of hair and their groomer Pia did an AMAZING job!!!! Both my fur babies came back looking like amazing!!!! Pia will always be my fur babies groomer from this point forward. Pia is definitely the golden doodle queen, I have taken my dogs to other groomers and they never took their time to make my babies look perfect!! Pia is definitely the best groomer I have been to in years!!!

We have been using the Waterford Lakes services for over 5 years- through the change of ownership and managers. The groom of the dog looks good however the last two times in the shop, my dog begins to shake and tremble at the door. I have witnessed several times during the last several months that dogs are LEFT RESTRAINED and unattended at the groom tables and also alone in the bathtub in the back! Last visit there were two dogs ”pulled” (no sweet talking- just “come on!”) into the back bath area, one placed in the tub, restrained, the other placed out of my sight. The dog in the tub was then wetted down, and then left there while the worker came out front. The dog in the tub was attempting to get out of the tub, standing up on the side of the tub looking forward, while pulling on the restraint device. Other dogs were restrained on the grooming table with the collar around the neck while the groomer walks away. I realize I am overly sensitive about leaving restrained dogs unattended- a friend’s dog hung itself this way and could not be resuscitated! There are safety procedures to follow and they are not practicing safety for our fur babies! We are now searching for another groomer that puts safety first!

They were amazing. They respected the way I wanted to haircut my Golden Lab. I went to other grooming and payed 85$ without tip for them to do the cut they wanted to do and not the one I wanted. But this grooming followed all my directions, for a way better price and my dog look AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL!! I'm so happy and I would definitely come back ????

I had a "fair" experience with taking my dog this place. First things first: price. Not exactly expensive, nor "cheap". I ended up paying about a reasonable 50 dollars, so that's up to you to decide if that's your price to pay for a dog cut. Secondly, the results - my dog looked great after the cut. It was done nicely and he smelled good, etc. so I'd say that's a positive. There was one setback I had, which was after the visit my dog had an ear infection which resulted in a visit to the vet. I can't say it's entirely the groomer's fault, but it might have been due to the shampoo/conditioner used, handling of the dog, or not so clean items being used. Overall, mediocre. But I am willing to give this place another chance!

They do a good job at an affordable rate, if you find a groomer you like just keep requesting them.

Took both my toy poodle and my Giant Schnauzer they did an excellent job and called me as soon as they were finished.

Wrong hair cut for my dog... bad customer services attotude problem at this location shouldn't be tolerate....

The staff is awesome and I'm very happy with the service.

You will not find a better groomer that treats your pets like their own!

Great place for dog grooming as they work hard and patient in dealing with my challenged dog. My babies always come out looking perfect and smelling great. Highly recommend!

1st time customer and not a very happy one. I don’t know who groomed out babies but it wasn’t want I asked for. It looks like the groomer(s)needs more training on a Scottie and Schnauzer cut. They trimmed/clipped too much on the face and not enough on the body. I also was confused as to why the front desk person was able to charge me out quickly but had to clue which pets were mine or where their things were at????????‍♀️. Then I notice that something was missing from their items. She did help find it and I understand that things happen but when it’s your 1st time????. It left me wanting to keep looking for a new groomer.

Always take very good care of my dog! My dog can be anxious and the staff are always very gentle with him, doing their best to make him comfortable while also keeping him looking fresh and clean.

They did a really good job on my fur baby .. I love his cut . Very neat and clean .

I took my 4 month old goldendoodle 1/27/20 for a mini groom.... So pleased and happy with how she was handled and loved by the staff. Face was trimmed, nails, pads, etc. plus a bath and blow dry and a cute bandana. Her groomer was Great and that is who I will have working with Izzy in the future. Josh bathed and played with her and the pup thought he was great too. Too busy talking and forgot to get my groomers name so I owe her an apology...When I stop again, I will put her name on this site for others to see. Thanks again to Just 4 Dogs.

Online the full grooming is $45.00 and they charge me $50.00 and plus charge me $15.00 because my dog was difficult and is the first time in 2 years going there that they tell that. Too expensive $65.00 only grooming for a small dog. I would not take my dog again to that place.

I am a returning customer and a $45 mini groom went to $135... They also took my dog overnight!! and she said she was leaving at 7 and I arrived at the location at 7:07 because they had the wrong number on file that of which I told them to change and they claim that they looked at the camera footage and didn’t hear me giving them my number when it’s literally so loud in there and I most definitely did considering neither of my parents on file could even pick him up. The lady was yelling at me and brought me to tears saying that she will call animal services if I don’t pay the $135. Horrible experience and my dog didn’t come out well groomed and the boss did nothing to help but just stood there and let the lady yell at me. Horrible experience..
