They were professional and polite. They seem to really take care of the dogs. My dog looked the same as when I dropped her off.

I boarded my dog here 3days.when I pick up my dog,he looked like the stray dog.

Absolute disaster, no words can describe the frustration. The place is so messed up that they don't even maintain proper cleaning process.No happy dogs, they are always left alone. Never board here.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!! I was going to work here until I saw fully that this facility is absolutely disgusting! I didn't even make it through the first shift because.....They do not clean with the proper chemicals and there is caked on grime and hair on ALL kennels. The fans are COATED in dust and very minimal cleaning is done. THERE IS DRYWALL THAT HAS BEEN CHEWED AND IS HANGING OFF THE WALLS!!!!! Light switch covers that have been chewed on (with power running to them!!) because DOGS ARE LEFT UNSUPERVISED!! They make mop buckets in their bathing areas and their small dog tub is RUSTED! Your dogs things are being kept in a bathroom! And there are NO PROPER PROCEDURES IN PLACE TO KEEP YOUR DOG SAFE! Dogs have been attacked and killed during playtimes! DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!

Boarded our two cats and one dog many times. Everyone is professional and your family member gets personal time each day with an employee. On the expensive side, but worth it to me.

So I used to love this place. Only place I would take my dogs to get groomed or have some fun. But Since Julia and Jess are gone the place is horrible. - Dogs left outside all day without anyone checking on them, left in a room they shouldn't be in. If you love your pet, don't take them.

Your staff was negligent in every aspect of taking care of Tuffy who was our family member. How in the world can you call your self professionals? Your whole staff should be ashamed and learn from this incident. At this point, we are going to do whatever we can do to make sure that Tuffy’s story is known, and to make sure that this doesn't happen again, No one should every board their loved ones with your business. RIP Tuffy…

I wish to give them a negative 5. I dropped off my happy sweet dog to be looked after. While I was on vacation, I got a call that my dog had been attacked by another dog who got out of its crate. I asked the information about other dog and they said he currently doesn’t have an account with them and was under isolation.They said they have been leaving messages for the dog owner and yet to hear back from them. They refused to provide any other info.After reading on here several complaints about how negligent they were, I wish I had seen these reviews first. My dog was attacked and passed away while under their supervision. Wouldn’t not recommend this place to anyone. It should never ever happen to anyone.

I could not be happier with this boarding facility!! My dog is a bit difficult because of her past. She has special needs to keep her safe like really tall fences she can’t climb, for instance. Though I’ve found one or two great boarding facilities for her in other cities we’ve lived in, this one far exceeds those!! I was blown away by how happy and relaxed my girl was when I picked her up after a four night stay! She’s never come away from a boarding facility smiling and so chill... NEVER! This made my heart SO happy! The women who helped me were simply the best (kind, easy-going, helpful) and they make the whole process so darned easy! They really know what they’re doing AND how to handle dogs! I’m beyond grateful and now have a place for my girl when I travel. The facility is also clean and has a very pleasant vibe. Just the best!

I'm giving this place 2 ⭐'s because I don't know how it operates during normal business hrs but I work night time construction and was working next the building tonight may 6th @1209am and all I hear is a dog barking for the last few hrs because of noise that is being heard by the dogs as a pet groomer and boarding I think you should have someone here fulltime to tend to these family members that are being left at your hands maybe it's just me but I don't agree leaving the dogs in the building alone for hours an hours until someone decides to come in, in the morning Sorry but at least I know where not to bring my dog if I have to board them some place

Very quick drop off and pick up. Staff is so friendly, answered all my questions and I could tell my dog had a great time. They are also pretty cheap for boarding! I'll definitely be coming back with Bailey :)

Absolutely love this place. Its the perfect balance of personal, kind and friendly service with a wonderful organization that my dog literally leaps over the counter to go in and play with her friends every day. The team here is amazing and super accommodating. The value is competitive, location is convenient, and there is an absolute sense of security and safety when I drop my girl off every morning. Whether your fur baby has excess energy you are having trouble burning at home, or if you want some quality socializing to keep your dog friendly and mindful, this is wonderful 2nd home for your pup!

Pamper paws is truly like family . My dog starts getting excited on the drive there . The people really care about your dog and your dog will love it . It is nothing like all these other places where your dog spends at least half of his day in a dog run but instead spends his day outside and your getting what you want to pay for . I notice it’s not just my dog but every dog that comes in is happy to be there . You take your dog one day to try it out and you won’t ever go anywhere else . This goes for day camp and boarding . 5 stars all the way !!!!!!!!!????????????

Absolutely love this place. Its always difficult being able to trust strangers with your dog so when we found this place we were blown away. They have a live feed with several cameras where you can check on the dogs at any time and the staff is great. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants their dog to be treated right when you can't leave them home alone

I was nervous about leaving my 9-month old Shetland sheepdog at daycare, but I'm happy to say the fine folks at Pampered Paws are proud puppy professionals! The facility features two separate air-conditioned rooms for large and small dogs with their own outdoor runs (complete with shade patios!) Love the price (less than $20 for a single day, with package deals available for long-term daycare) love the video integration with HomeSafe View, and most importantly my puppy LOVES going to daycare at Pampered Paws!

We used to live around the corner from here and used them for 2 years. Amazing staff and very reasonable pricing. We moved to the Gulf Coast and could not find a place to board our pups that we trust like Pampered Paws so we still make all of our flights out of Orlando just so we can feel comfortable and confident that our pups are in the BEST hands for care and love while we are on vacation. Thank you to all of the staff at Pampered Paws you have truly been a blessing to us and we will continue to be loyal clients.

Saw a girl with 2 dogs, one dog ran into the road and was run over. The dog was scrambling around in pain when another girl ran out to get him\her out of the road. It was horrific to witness and I pray that dog survived. The fact they were out in front on the main road with the animals is concerning. Also the fact that one dogs was not on a leash and ran into the road.

The staff is friendly and caring. Prices are very reasonable. My dog stayed a weekend and they offer doggie cams 24/7 so you can watch what your furbaby is up to

The short version: great staff, great location, great value. No complaints at all. The long version: My dog has been coming to daycare just about every day for the past 7 months. She's skittish around most people, but she likes the staff and is always excited to go there in the morning. My dog has a TON of energy, but most days she comes home tired out from playing all day. The staff is always friendly. Really, there isn't a single negative thing that I can say about Pampered Paws. Highly recommended.
