I can’t thank Helping Hands enough for taking care of my girl Lizzy! I drove from Broward County (3.5 hours) to get my pups surgery done. Before going I had about 4 or 5 consultations for a leg amputation and they were all charging anywhere between $3,500-$5,500. That was an estimate!!! I’ve heard once everything was over with and to pick up it would be at least $7,500. I brought Lizzy up to Helping Hands they were in contact with the Veterinary Hospital down south so I could take Lizzy to do post op care. I was very thankful I didn’t have to stress about that. I had other issues with the clinic that was supposed to do post op care but had nothing to do with Helping Hands. So she ended up staying home with me after and recovered amazing! On top of everything a few days post surgery they called to check in on how Lizzy was doing and even reached out by email. The whole staff was amazing! The doctor was even going to try to save the leg but we couldn’t. I’m so happy they came up on Google when I was searching for other clinics. If it wasn’t for Helping Hands I was going to have to make the decision of putting her down.

My babydog has a torn Acl( it's similar to that in humans). I have been looking around for options to treat her and they were super friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. I wish they were located closer to home!

I can not THANK this place ENOUGH for saving my dog’s life (my dog was really on the brink of death)! After some time of my dog [of what I though] having IBS and appetite issues found out she was diagnosed with PYOMETRA - after having symptoms for 6 weeks [though it had to do her diet - so I changed it a few times]. I was devastated trying to find a vet to do surgery on my dog and I do not have plenty of money (but my biggest problem was finding a vet to do surgery on her ASAP) ….. So I called everywhere and I had options but most of them started with the estimate of $2800 plus any other underlying fees that will incur (this is outrageous what these vet clinics do to pet owners) for my dogs chronic condition and she was suffering !!!! I almost thought about the possibility of having to put my dog down because she couldn’t eat and walk at this point! I came across Helping Hands online and gave them a call: I spoke to a vet tech who informed me about every detail of the process to get my dog into surgery (paperwork with her diagnosis) - once I sent them the info they immediately said I can bring my dog in the very next morning with the very fixed price ($500ish) and not a penny more. They did warn my dog might not make it through surgery because of her extreme conditions and age (10 year old, 5lbs Chihuahua) but at this point I had no choice but to go through for the sake of saving her life. Got there I gave my dog to the tech thinking is was the last time I was going to see her alive [heartbreaking ]! Fortunately she came out of surgery well and I have waited weeks to make sure she is okay …My dog is better than she was before ! She’s doing amazing! THANK YOU SO MUCH HELPING HANDS Orlando for your service and caring nature you have with pets and their families! I am so GRATEFUL!

The staff were sweetest people to not only me but also to my sweet kitty Wesley. They took very good care of him and the whole process was very smooth, professional, and organized. Everything was explained to me very well, they provided me with a lot of information and any questions I had they gave me the answers. Very happy with Helping Hands and especially very happy my kitty is recovering very well. Also I just like to say the surgery site looks amazing! I can tell the surgeons are great at what they do. Also, I loved that they gave me a note from the surgeon explaining what they did during the entire surgery. It also showed the times when medication was giving, fluids and when they started and stopped the procedure. Over all, would recommend this clinic to anyone!

Took our dog for cancer treatment. They took a biopsy and informed us to go to University of Florida small animal hospital.. the honesty is appreciated. What I did appreciate was their very fair pricing that was a fixed amount. Most folks cannot afford these treatment's,, they have compassion.
