My dog loves this place and she would say it's fun too...the spa and over night kenneling are great...staff friendly helpful

They take good care of our dog and cat.

Took excellent care of our 8 month old golden, Bucky and our cat Smoky. Answered all of our questions and were very friendly when we called to check on them as we had never boarded our pets before. Took extra time to spend with Bucky since he is intact and was unable to play in daycare with other dogs. Gave us photos of Bucky and Smoky from their vacation when they were picked up. Will definitely recommend and use again.

I would highly recommend Happy Paws Pet Resort. I boarded my cat Zeus while out of town. My flight home got canceled and the they had no problem keeping him another night till I got back. The staff is friendly and professional and the facility is very nice and clean. Amazing value for the quality of service that you get. I will definitely be using Happy Paws Pet Resort in the future.

Pawfect place to bring our dog who needed her energy to escape. A temperament eval and all shots up to date are required prior to any doggie daycare. Our pups 1st day she ran, swam and played with the big dogs like her. She put herself to bed when we got home....ahhhhh...people time now. On another note the doggy resort is secure and clean and reasonably priced. Thank you Happy Paws she you again soon.

My family’s sick Golden was treated terribly here and we ended up never using them again. We tried them one more time with my girlfriend and I’s American staffordshire terrier and he was discriminated and treated terribly due to his breed. He is one of the sweetest and most friendly dogs you will ever meet but because he is perceived as a pit bull, they did not want him there.

Best Doggy Day care!!! My boy LOVES going to "SCHOOL" he gets to play, swim, wrestle, interact gets cuddles ALL the staff is sweet and caring. I highly recommend.

The late great Zeus used to love this place, R.I.P. My current dog Daisy is obsessed with Happy Paws. She loves swimming in their pool and the prices are reasonable. Worth the money!

My dog is not easy, he has what is called kennel agression and they were able to deal with him. I went away for the weekend and I didn't get a compliant until I came back. I thought that was nice of them not to disturb me to complain. I was so happy with their services and he looked so well taken care of.

This is where I board my kitty ????, SweetPea. I was sold as soon as I saw how great and caring the staff is. They give daily treats, attention and interaction with the boarders. Also, the cat's boarding room is off the lobby area when you walk in. They have vertical condos and a large open area where each cat gets some time out of their condo and some interaction with a staff member. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommended*****

If there was a star less than 1 that would be the value that I would credit to this pet resort. I took my dog for a four day stay. When I picked her up she was running to the front door as if her life depended on it. After taking her home, her nose started running , she start throwing up white phlegm. She was not eating or drinking, she start coughing with a very heavy coarse choking sound. I immediately made an appointment to take my dog to the vet the next day. It is my belief that she caught kennel cough while she was staying at this pet resort. I was NEVER contacted by anyone that she was not feeling well over the four days while she was boarding at the resort. I even called only to be told she was doing fine. I requested photos which I never received.

My dog Jake loves being here. He has been since he was a puppy and now is full grown. Great staff and very responsive and loving.

I've been visiting here sporadically for the last three years and I'm never disappointed with the love and care my puppy receives.

Happy Paws is a wonderful place! Our dog absolutely loves it there, and the staff all know her by name and ask after her whenever we call. They are all so friendly, and they genuinely care for animals.

My pups absolute favorite place to go! They treat Conner like family and we never worry about him when he is here!

Loved this place! I was traveling with my ESA dog Chloe while working in the Orlando Area. The customer service is amazing. They worked with me to handle all the paperwork. As soon as I arrived in Orlando I took Chloe for her temperament test and she did great. I bet she had lots of fun everyday she did daycare because she slept like a baby every night I stayed in Florida. The best thing is that I was able to watch during the day to see that she was ok. They give you a report card everyday and the staff is amazing.... Thank you so much for taking care of Chloe!

I love Happy Paws Pet Resort!! I drive all the way from Miami to board my dogs there if I have to travel. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the last time I boarded my dogs there, they told me that one of my dogs was too timid so he didn’t get to play in the groups. I was a little disappointed to hear that because I feel like they should have given him more time to warm up because I know my dog loves to play! He’s only 2 yrs old & he hasn’t been there in awhile so I’m sure if he was given more time to get comfortable he would have joined the play groups. That’s one of the main reasons that I love this pet resort because they get to play all day and not just 20m like other places. I did have another bad experience in the past in which the groomer butchered one of my dogs nails & I realized he was bleeding on my way home. But they were very attentive, apologetic & concerned when I called to complain. Everyone there is really nice & I love the photos that they give upon checkout :) The prices are very reasonable, the resort is clean & organized and when my dogs get to play all day that makes me happy :)

Our sweet boy LOVES going here. He would run through the door if it were possible. Everytime he sees my husband going to get his keys in the morning, he goes crazy! They spoil him and give him so much love and attention and his favorite thing to do is go swimming with all his friends. We love watching him swim and play. We know he is in the best possible place for love and affection :)
