This is my go-to for grooming! They are very accommodating and the price is fair. It is hard to find a place that correctly grooms bigger dogs and this place really delivers. I Would 100% recommend their services!

I took my Westie for the first time, and the owner Winnie was so loving and understood what cut I was looking for. When I picked up my dog up, she had a great cut and was happy. I am very pleased and plan to keep her as my dog's groomer. Great place and dogs if they behave can walk around freely instead of being caged up. I really recommend this place. I used to go to Petsmart and favorite groomers left and very disappointed with groomers that cut my dogs hair. So I plan to stay with this established business and groomer. ????????

Love this place, they are attentive and you can tell you pet will like to go there to be groom. My dog does not get freak out like in other places. He happily likes to go inside. He went there looking like Chewbacca.

The owner is very personable! Our dog seemed to like it there as she wanted to stay and play with the other dogs.

OMG!!! Hands down absolutely the best grooming salon I have ever been too. I love the way Winni takes the time to get to know your dog and makes him feel as comfortable as possible. I love the way she runs her salon she is very thorough on making sure that animals are current on their rabies which means a great deal to me because I have been to salons where they don't even care but anyways back to the way she runs her salon I just love how she lets the puppies play with each other as long as they all get along my puppy had a blast I honestly don't think he wanted to leave he usually stays by either my side or my fiance but when he went to pick him up he came up and said hi Daddy and went back to play with the puppies it was a great experience all around I will never take my dog anywhere else I found out by word of mouth and that is definitely the best way. Also I don't know exactly what products she uses they are not real overpowering or anything like that I don't know what shampoo she uses but my dog was there three days ago and he still smells so fresh and clean it's amazing I highly recommend this salon and Winni if anyone is looking for a place to get their dog groomed and or a number of other things she does and the prices you cannot believe she did more for my dog than PetSmart and was cheaper and did a way better job I was scared to take my dog anywhere after the last few places I have been. Thank God I don't have to look anymore. Seriously if you're looking for an excellent groomer and place Big Paws grooming is where it's at.

I am thrilled to have found this groomer!! My golden retriever is finally done RIGHT! Love the atmosphere and how my girl reacted to being there. I HIGHLY recommend Big Paws as they will take care of your dog like he/she was their own! A+++

We have taken our dogs there pretty much since they opened and absolutely love it. If it's just getting their nails cut or full grooming, big paws does a great job at a fair price.

Been going here for so many years. Winnie is always incredible and gets the job done right. If you’re in East Orlando, don’t go anywhere else but here!

Place is dirty, extremely unprofessional! Owner lady has a major attitude. Books many appointments and let’s you know she has too much work. Talks to clients with an attitude and disrespect, can’t imagine what the poor puppies probably go through. And now during the pandemic, they aren’t wearing masks. If you care about your dog; this is not the place to take them. Experience was so horrible that I am taking a step further and reporting to BBB!

The owner takes care of my dogs for years. She received each dogs with love, she kiss them, and hug them.

This place is absolutely horrendous. Terrible customer service from the second you walk in. The ladies that work at Big Paws have a nasty attitude with clients. They try to rip you off, I took my Dog to get a haircut and the ladies denied my dog because I would not purchase the option where they would bathe him then cut his hair. After denying the option they began to argue with me and went on by saying "Next time do research before buying a Dog you can't afford". Please don't take your dog here. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF WALKING IN! You have better luck going elsewhere.

I couldn't get in touch with our former groomer, and this grooming place was down the street so I decided to give them a try. I was really nervous about changing groomers because my dogs had been with our former groomer since they were puppies, however I had no choice. Big Paws was stellar. The owner was there and the dogs loved her immediately. The place was clean and she was grooming a dog when we came in. I loved the cut she gave to my Shorkie dog. He looked absolutely adorable. Even after the grooming, his coat is silky and he is just so darned cute. My Chipoo was adorable and his coat is very shiny as well. I definitely recommend this grooming place, the price is good, and the service is excellent!

Brought in my big pit mix for a nail trim and they were great with her. Very calm environment when I was there which is exactly what she needed!
