Had to call several times then got a call back saying they no longer have self serve dog washes due to.... you guessed it. Covid.

Recently moved to the area and my baby was in need of a good grooming. SO glad I came across this gem. Feels family owned and the customer service was great from start to finish. Had to return a day later just to give the groomer a bigger tip for how great she did. I think her name was Maria! You've got a returning customer!

I bring my Rottweiler here often to get his ears cleaned and his nails clipped. They've always been able to get me in last minute and they love seeing him. I was on my way to somewhere once and my dog needed the ear cleaning and nail clipping so I pulled in the parking lot, called them to see if there was anyway they could fit me in, and they told me to come on in. Talk about last minute but they still got me in and took care of my dog anyway. My visits have always been pleasant.

They accidentally cut my dog and instead of telling me they tried to glue it back together and pass it off. This is the "proper" procedure the owner has.

Bought food from them for years, today I bring them pictures of rotten food 1 time in all that time as customer and the attendant tells me come back tomorrow,, like I have the time.. they are cheap and questioned loyalty knowing you been buying for a long time, I'm not going back there again and don't recommend this place to anyone anymore, I'll be buying online from now on.

Caring, fast, efficient and friendly. Always available to service my pup, fantastic brands of food and treats, informative staff, never a wait, and appropriately priced! This local place has my vote!!!

My woolly Siberian husky was in dire need of some serious grooming. The Happy Dog Wash team took the time to explain the complexities of what she needed and offer advice. They did an amazing job! My pup looks like a million bucks! I don’t live in the area, but it was well worth the trip for a very satisfying grooming experience.

Been going there for years & they always do such an amazing job with my toy ???? Maddie (who is not only a complicated breed to groom but has restless temperament). Eventually we moved from the immediate area but I still drive out of my way due to their continuous good service.

Have been here a few times already & each time I am impressed when getting my dogs back! Great service. Cute cuts on the pups. Never had any issues. Would recommend.

Brought my teacup pup in a while back, I finally got time to say how disappointed I was, charged me 50$ for nothing, basically telling me to trim my own dogs fur before bringing my pup over, why would I cut my dogs hair if I am paying you to do it! Rude groomers, WILL never be back
