Inconsistent information over the past year has caused me to look elsewhere….. the last straw was when I made an appointment online on a Wednesday for a Saturday morning appointment and was called on Friday that they didn’t have availability for the time I picked. Which I found odd given the fact that I chose from the options that were provided online. She said availability changes but instead of calling me Thursday to tell me that they tell me the day before the appointment. So the lady I spoke with gave me 3 options of times to pick from. I picked and she said it would be a walk in. I didn’t pay any mind to The walk in part because I figured if you are offering me 3 different times to choose one , they were going to make it work. Anyhow I go at the time she confirmed only to Be told it might be hoursssss before I am Seen because I am walk in. I was livid because why on earth would someone give me times to choose from if they weren’t going to Squeeze me in since it was THEIR MISTAKE the online availability was not accurate at the time of the original booking. And the lady I spoke to who offered Me the new time should have said they didn’t have any availability on Saturday and that I would be a walk in and subject to Wait possibly many hours, had I known that I could have been a walk in from the hour they opened doors or not waste my Saturday going on. So instead of arguing about it in the lobby I went to my car did my research and found a new vet. More professional and punctual. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They have wronged me one too many times.

We board my dog here when we vacation, he’s high anxiety and they always make sure he’s well taken care of. Would recommend to anyone that has a high anxiety pet and is looking for high quality care!

I dropped off my cat to be neutered, a vet took my cat, told me the details and walk away leaving me to believe he’d be back. I was in that small waiting room for an hour. I walked to front desk just to be told I just had to walk to the front desk… but no one told me I was done… I explained what happened to the lady at front desk… no apology, they actually looked like they couldn’t care at all…not impressed by the service to customers

I have 3 dogs and Dr. Vergel has been their Vet for most of their lives-my oldest is almost 17. Dr. Vergel is an excellent Vet. He is proficient in diagnosis, I am confident that he has my pets' best interest at heart and I never feel like he is "in it for the money." He explains what issues might need addressing and offers alternatives that are less expensive and less invasive, if possible. We recommend him without reservation.

Still waiting for lab results for my pet after a week front desk doesnt know anything and doctor will not speak to me.

Hands down, the best Vet in the area. Have had nothing but positive experiences here and everyone is super friendly. The facility itself is super clean, too! Sure they can get busy at times, but there’s a reason for it and that’s because a lot of people trust their pet with them.

Unfortunately your appointment time means nothing, you will be here for 2 hours at least every time.

Absolutely loved this vet! I have been looking forever to find one in Orlando. I did a walk in visit and only had an hour wait. They don’t nag you to get extra unnecessary test done and are very reasonably priced! Overall very happy

Good people that care about animals

Got a progesterone test done on Friday. Female was at a 3. Went back on Monday to get another progesterone and they told me my female has been bleeding too long and we might have missed her! It doesn’t matter how long she has been bleeding if her numbers wasn’t at a 10 or higher she couldn’t be ready so and the bet should know that the staff is completely inexperienced when it comes to breeding

Great experience the first time I took my two cats there. Easy to find, free parking. Great staff and fast service. The Nurse and the Dr explained everything so well that I had no questions at all after. Easy check out. I am bringing my pets there from now on and I leave 42 minutes from there. Also I have other Animal Hosp withing 5-6 minutes from me...

A vet clinic that respect responsible breeders and understands some of us are actually professional about what we do and we are responsible and love our dogs!

friendly staff but i had an appointment scheduled and had to wait 3 hours anyways.

Took my mom's cat here. They are very efficient and the Vet is knowledgeable and does surgeries that only specialist would do. I got a quote that was less than half another place was charging for the same surgery my mom's kitty needed.

We pay $38 monthly for care package for our cat for healthcare needs to this place... Tonight we needed them. Tonight we had an emergency and called to bring her in. We told them large amounts of blood were found in her litter and she was vomiting. We waited over 2 hours and still hadn’t been seen by the vet. They should have been honest and told us that they were so far behind and given us the option to take our sick baby to another facility instead of making us wait. That is over 2 hours wasted while my cat has been suffering. We are now on our way to Veterinary Emergency Clinic. So disappointed in Crystal Creek.

Worst pet hospital in Florida they just care about money not about your pet..They get advantage of your pain for your pet ????..It's not money your pet die sorry nothing we can do they words.
