I had a coupon for the Kirkman location, but since they’re the same hospital but different locations, they told me to go to the 24/7 location and it would be valid there. When the 24/7 location said no, the employee at the Kirkman location lied and said he never said anything like that. the 24/7 location was very rude and short with me. When I was checking out, the employee at the front desk said that he needed to check with the doctor about the coupon and left me for 10 minutes, and I saw him heating up food in the microwave. It was not just very disappointing that this staff was unable to work something out, but rather their unprofessional and their lack of empathy in this visit. The doctor was very abrupt with his visit. He was arrogant and examined our newly adopted cat very quickly. We had radiographs from the shelter of our cat’s injury and he didn’t even consider it important to look at it. He did his job very quickly and cursorily. When this entire debacle with his staff happened, the doctor, Mohammad Hassan, refused to come out and talk to me personally. He left his staff to talk with me rather than talking to me face to face. 0/5 STARS IF POSSIBLE

The doctor and the people that work there are so good with my dog. Been going there since she was eight weeks old and alway have a great experience with them. So knowledgeable and professional. I treat my puppy as family and they treat her like family as well. Can’t ask for anything more. Keep up the good job.

Made an appointment 2 weeks before hand, when I got there for the appointment at 10am as scheduled the lady on the front desk said that I should have been at 9/9:30 even tough when the appointment was made there was no specific instructions. She wasn’t very polite when saying that I should have been there earlier and that it wasn’t her who made the appointment so she did not know, I have waited 2 weeks to have my cat cleaned for Christmas Eve and due to lack of information and organization of the staff my cat is going to stay dirty. Rescheduling was offered for after News Year, not an option that works for me.

My 2 year old husky had some issues yesterday and I called this place and Taylor was very helpfully helpful on the phone. Upon arriving I was greeted and I met Taylor whom I spoke to. She got us all set up and Dr. Dickinson and Ana came in and took care of my pup. Found out she had a UTI, but they got her all taken care of and today she’s already doing better!!! Thank you thank you thank you for being so amazing and so professional. This is my first dog and I was so worried that it was something worse but the team at the Kirkman Animal Hospital are so good at what they do and I’ll be sure to bring my dog back again!!! I’d recommend this place to anyone! Taylor, Ana, Dr. Dickinson from the bottom of my heart thank you! ???????????????? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our appointment was at 9:15 am, We arrived at 8:50am and the doctor came to check us at 10am after my husband went to the front desk and ask for him!!! For me that's no a good attention in our first appointment. And We left from there with a lot of doubts because the doctor was rushed. I only give 2 stars and them for the staff. Both ladies were kind.

I found a hard bump on my dogs shoulder, and had a friend of mine who’s gone to Kirkman recommend I take him there to get examined. My dog is almost 10 years old so I was immediately panicked the bump was going to be bad news. I called the office and it was hard to talk due to being upset but the employee named Taylor quickly calmed me down and reassured me while she understands my fears, the bump could be plenty of innocent things as well. I made my appointment and was able to stay with my dog the entire time. Taylor and the other staff was very caring and went above and beyond with effort to keep me calm. The vet was amazing and told me my dogs bump was a simple scar. I cried because of how reassuring it was and Taylor stayed with me until I was able to collect myself. I will always recommend this place to friends, family, and strangers.

Love this place! Great with people and animals. Taylor was extremely helpful with my 65 pound pup and was polite with answering all of my questions! Definitely won’t go anywhere else after coming here.

Unprofessional staff. Taylor is extremely rude over the phone, which makes it easy for her to hang up on you when she feels like. I brought in my two miniature schnauzer puppies for shots. Upon entering the facility I could feel an extreme cold very icy environment, and I knew my puppies didn't like the cold because according to experts, puppies only a couple of months old cannot regulate their body temperatures like we human can. One of my puppies stiffened up immediately due to the cold atmosphere, as he stood on the scale to be weighed. When brought into the examining room, about 4 ladies walked into the room including the vet. Why I don't know. As I sat outside the door I can hear them running their voices about my cold puppy. About two minutes later, the vet comes out to say "I think Freddie is having a stroke or a seizure; look how stiff he is, he's harding moving". This ignorant vet put me into a panic. Then the staff started telling me about the 24/7 Animal Hospital, and that I should take Freddie there for immediate examination. Meanwhile, I reminded them that their office is cold, and we live in hot a$$ Florida; so to come in from 85 degrees weather into an extremely icy environment would freeze anyone up. The vet said "no, I think he's having a seizure, so take him to get some X-rays, examination. We'll call the 24/7 office so that they will expect you". I just wanted to leave and not argue. I took my puppies back to my car, and into a warm environment and they were fine again. I called another vet over at Companion pet hospital, and explained what happened, and we both agree that Taylor and her team do NOT know what the heck they are doing over there. Next day, I called Kirman Animal Hospital to explain what Companion said, and Taylor lost her manners and hung up on me. I called back, and spoke with Brittney (who was very nice) and started to explain. Taylor walked over and hung up on us. I called a third time and got Taylor, who about this time sounded like a frustrated beast. I asked to speak to a manager, and Taylor kept asking me "what do you want?", very rudely. Again, I asked to speak to a manager. This went on for about a good minute, and Taylor FINALLY said she is the manager. I told her that she should have identified herself as such and that I needed to speak to her; she hung up on me again. I called 24/7 to get her superior because I was not going to take her BS attitude. They "girls" working out of that office in Kirkman do not deserve jobs there. They are very unprofessional in every sense, and have no clue how to work with animals. I will have this looked into.

It is funny to read all of these bad reviews when I only had good experiences at this place. I believe they are under new manegment. Stephanie always is very sweet and treats my yorkie nice. I've already took my yorkie two times there for vaccine. No grooming experience there so far.

Disgusting attitude from the staff members. I just asked one question and they treated me like an idiot and had a disgusting attitude I will never take my puppy there, if I am paying for the service I don't see why I should have to get treated that way.

Prompt service. Grooming is available by appointment only. Could have had more time with vet for advice with new puppy. Did not have business cards or samples available. Cheaper than Banfield. Advise to use promotional coupon found in weekly neighborhood ads for first visit or annual package for dog or cat.

WORST vet experience EVER. I took my dog here with my in laws dog as a joint appointment. My in laws dog did very well and was in and out. My dog on the other hand is a very nervous and scared 10lb dog. The vet couldn't get a muzzle on him …
