We have been coming to Dr Porter for 9 years now and even though we moved and live further away we still make the drive to have our dog and 4 cats seen by him. The staff and Dr Porter are very knowledgeable and answer all our questions. We will continue to be clients for years to come

The prices may not be the best but the service is so good and the treatment with my pet was so good that I will definitely return to this place whenever my pet needs it.

The staff is all wonderful and you can tell they truly do care about all of their clients! They always take the time to make sure our pets feel comfortable and they answer all of our questions. Honestly the best vet's office we have ever been to!

Check the hours. They can be closed at times during the day. The staff and Doctor Bob are great.

Dr Bob and his team truly make you feel like family from the initial telephone call, in office visit to check out. Their passion and dedication truly make them one of the best veterinary clinics in the Orlando area!!!

This vet wasn’t horrible but the reason I give it one star is because I brought my dog in with a horrible bacteria ear infection. They charged me a vet visit fee and that’s fine. They gave him a dose of antibiotics that didn’t do absolutely anything, they kept calling me for a recheck visit which they CHARGE that same fee AGAIN except about $5 less than the original visit. So now here I am 2 weeks later with the exact same issue with my dog. I have never heard of being charged for a recheck visit. They did nothing except want me to come back in with my dog because the first dose did nothing, just for them to make more money off me for them to give him another dose of whatever. Vet seems money hungry. Not impressed. Time to find another place.

Could not say enough great things about these guys. They TRULY care about your pets and don't make you feel like another number or customer. They will give you the truth but also be respectful to your budget. I bring all of my cats here and will continue to do so. Amazing doctors and staff all around. <3

I have been coming to see Dr. Porter and his staff for the last few years. I originally had one very spoiled dog, but that expanded to a second pup, who is a rescue from a very bad home. Because of his past experience he is aggressive with other dogs. Everyone at this location is extremely helpful when it comes to Arlo and the staff go above and beyond to help him have the best experience when he visits. The techs and doctors are all knowledgeable and friendly. We are so happy they are apart of our community!

Excellent practice. Front office, vet techs and Dr. Porter are amazing and kind. I am so impressed with the care and attention our pup receives each visit. Most recently, our pup had a terrible ear infection. Despite a very busy office calendar, Dr. Porter brought her in and took care of her. He has such a wealth of knowledge and incredible compassion. Thankful for this office!

Always the best service for our five pets. Dr. Porter is by far the best veterinarian out there. I trust him with my fur babies’ healthcare needs more than any other vet in Orlando. He only hires the best staff and people who know what they are doing and also true animal lovers. Trustworthy, dedicated, and knowledgeable. He works from 7am-6pm M-F and even works on Saturdays. I don’t think you will find a more dedicated veterinary professional. You and your pets will always be treated like family here. I would not want anyone else to care for my fur kids. We don’t know what we would do without him and his staff!

Conway Veterinary Hospital was awesome! Everything from the ease to set an appointment to the great staff, and wonderful appointment, we enjoyed it and Felix, our cat, was the calmest he had ever been and did so well. We will continue to come here and highly recommend this place.

Dr. Sarah takes the time to really elaborate on your pet's health and all of the staff truly seem to care about you and your pet's experience in their office. Highly recommended.

We have received prompt and caring service from both Dr. Robert (Dr. Bob) Porter and his staff for the past 6 years! They have seen us through the good times and the bad, and Dr. Porter always provides expert advice no matter what we are going through. We’ve doubted a few troubling diagnoses, but after following up with vet specialists, Dr. Porter is always right! We would not trust our pets with anyone else. Dr. Bob and Dr. Sarah Povilauskas (Dr. Sarah) have even helped us with a few of our animals we’ve fostered through the Orange County Animal Services (OCAS) shelter. They are truly the best of the best!

Dr. Porter and his wonderful staff took care of our four guide dogs for 15 years. They were always competent, compassionate, and willing to go above and beyond. They not only provided the best care for our dogs, but treated them and us with respect and kindness, always keeping in mind the unique circumstances of a guide dog team. My wife and I went on several international cruises with our guide dogs. Dr. Porter and Donna were amazing with all the paperwork required for the cruise line and the various ports we visited. International pet travel is such a tricky maze to navigate. We so appreciated their guidance, research, and efficient handling of everything. Our family has since relocated to Colorado Springs, and we miss Dr. Porter and his staff so much! IN fact, I'm considering bringing my dog to them for his yearly physical and shots when I visit Orlando. We are so thankful for their care and support over the last 15 years!

Hard to tell everything when we still have to wait in the car with animals.

Great staff, great doctors, doing contactless work so you stay in the car and they take your pet. Bringing my 3 dogs here.

I take all of my pets here, the staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Porter is an excellent diagnostician and he and Dr Sarah are excellent Dr's and treat my furbabies perfectly
