Do not go here. Rude unprofessional. The office manager is on a power trip lmao it’s pathetic. My frenchie was prescribed food for her skin disorder. When the pet store ran out of the food. I asked them if they could recommend a substitute they said the doctor I was assigned to was not available and having lunch that they could not help me.

So I had to make a sick visit appointment for my dog Conan this is a stressful time when our fur babies are sick so I was very anxious as was Conan ! He does not like going to the vet at all! When I arrived Conan had to step on the scale and he refused but the receptionist tried her best to help me coax his 126 pounds up on the scale ! We were then taken to a room where I was waiting for our turn. When the tech Jackie came in she was so sweet professional and patient with all my questions and with Conan. She asked me what was going on with Conan and told me in detail what was going to be done. She said due to Conans size (126lbs) they may have to sedate him, I was uneasy with that and I know she felt my nervousness but she said we will try our best to not have to. She came back in about 15 min smiling and Conan right by her side telling me what a good boy he was no abs no sedation was needed! It took all 3 staff members to maneuver him on the table for the tests and I thank you ladies so much for taking such good care of Conan. Dr Cruz came into the room to consult with me on the results of the tests I love how she showed me the X-ray and explained everything she saw and patiently answered all my questions all while Conan whined in the background she just spoke louder and it did not phase her one bit! I would definitely recommend Thrive at the Loop only because Jackie and Dr. Cruz are an asset to the company and you can tell they have you and your pets best interest at heart! Thank you so much Jackie for the follow up call after I got home after you consulted with Dr Cruz on Conans medicine you ladies are the best !! We will be back to see you ????

They care more about making money than doing obvious things to help your pet. Also, the receptionist on 12/31/21 was insanely rude. While we were describing what was wrong with my dog, after repeating a symptom, unintentionally while sidetracked with worry about my pet, she responded “I already heard you the first time”. Give me a break.

We took our ten year old Shih Tzu, Robin, after witnessing him dramatically lose weight and appetite. When the diagnosis of his diabetes came in, it is an understatement to say we were frantic. All through this uncertainty and new information, and list of tests, the friendlyness, kindness and reliability of The Loop Thrive professionals held us together. I am particularly thankful for the help and guidance of technicians Jacky and Abby, as well as the thorough explanations from Dr. Lucas and Dr. Cruz. They were attentive to detail, patient with all of our questions - and they were many - and responsible with the processing of exam records and appointment scheduling. Thank you so much for taking good care of our Robin and for making us feel we are in good hands. I'll always appreciate the help and guidance.

Thrive has always been very helpful. Recently my dog crossed the Rainbow bridge and everyone at thrive was there to give my boy some final loving and telling him what a good boy he was.

Jackie and Dr. Cruz care so much for my dog! They are always friendly and you can tell they love animals! My dog, Nashla, is always nervous coming to the vet…Jackie notices so when I bring her in to have her routine blood pressure taken she always carries her and snuggles with her so she’s not so nervous and that’s how they can get accurate reading. Dr. Cruz is very through! She explains all procedures and any concerns or recommendations she has about my dog. I always feel reassured bringing Nashla here because I know they will take good care of her!

They have a sign announcing walk ins welcome. I saw this place last Saturday and asked at the front desk person who confirmed. I went back today at 11 am with high hopes because it looked like a good place but we were rejected stating that they did not accept walk ins. After I made reference to the sign and my previous conversation, the clerk asked who told you that? The clerk won’t mind that I told her that my dog appeared to be in pain and just gave me an appointment for 9 days ahead. That says a lot of them!

Over charge for unnecessary checkups when my appointments were only for booster shots, my yearly exam for my animals have already been done this year and I gave them proof. Yet they will still try to take your money for extra things you never asked or said yes for. they claim to be affordable but they literally try every way to take your money without you noticing. On top of that when you confront them about the problem they give you attitude for catching up to their scheme??? I should also include that they made me restrain my dog while they gave him vaccines which I know is not the right thing to do as I’m studying the same area. They did not clean my dogs blood off of his back at all…DO NOT COME HERE.

First time ever coming here and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They treated my dog with care. I will definitely be coming back for my dog’s medical needs.

I had to go to the vet care on 3201 Vineland because the north John young didn't put in my appointments correctly. Thunder has heartworms and was due for two shots at the end of his treatment 24 hrs apart. I only received one appointment! I'm not to mad because I was able to go to Petco thrive on 535 vineland and let me tell you those people are amazing! I want to give a shout out to Hope the vet technician for carefully explaining the medication to me in the room where I was feeling nervous because thunder was being prescribed a lot of pills to help him with his pain. They really helped because he only really had affects for one day. She even stayed with him during her lunch which was so sweet because he was shaking like a leaf at the vet! I also want to shout out Dr. Ruben! He really made sure my mother and I were understanding of all of his medication and took care of slowly explaining the medication. He gave us his email in case we had further questions which I didn't expect because no one has done that before. It really helped my mother and I leave with confidence. There was another doctor whom I can't remember her name (sorry) but she was very relaxed and explained the process thunder is going though with his heartworms. She helped thunder and I feel comfortable during the whole process and to be honest I liked the more relaxed approach of a vet office. The receptionist was also amazing! Each one of them was bubbly or just willing to help with anything we might still have needed for thunder. One of them also chatted with my mom for help with his diahrea at the time and it really helped us along with the process. Overall if you didn't guess this yet I won't be going to John young parkway thrive vet clinic anymore. I love 3201 Vineland Rd thrive pet clinic and will be using them as my primary vet clinic. Thank you again team and I know when Thunder needs help everyone of you will deliver! Happy holidays!!

This was my first time at Thrive and it’s definitely not going to be my last! Amazing service and they cared for my animal so nicely. If Jackie ever recommends Thrive plus definitely take it! The most affordable prices for a vet that i’ve ever seen!

Ms.Jackie and Dr.Lucas were amazing! They answered all of our question with out any issue which made us feel super comfortable. Most places talk too as if you are dumb for not knowing the answer but at petco of Kissimmee they make you feel welcome thank you again!

This is my third visit to this vet and I’ve been nothing but impressed at how quickly and professionally I have been attended to. Jackie was my technician and she was super sweet. My dog had no problem going to the back with her. And Dr Lucas is also so kind and very straight forward with what my dog needs. This will be my forever vet for sure!!

Loved this clinic!! I came initially to evaluate if I wanted to transfer my pets care here to save money from my current vet. I was pleasantly surprised! They are efficient, informative, and don’t try to sell you a bill of goods for services you don’t really need. Everything they recommend is essential to what you need at that moment. Jackie, the tech, was wonderful and talked to me for a long time addressing my concerns and questions about the clinic. Dr Lucas was fantastic as she came in and we went over every single thing to ensure I knew what was going on before they proceeded treating my girls. And most importantly, my two girls (doxie and lab) were calm and happy the entire time! Thank you for such a great experience! Looking forward to seeing you all at our next appointment!

Staff could be nicer & more helpful at check in with your pets — I understand that there has to be a mobile check in but at least offer to hold my pet or offer a more comfortable way— having a pit and and schnauzer you know they need active attention in public settings. Having to do a mobile check-in while holding two dogs and a stressful environment, Our appointment it was at 11:30 AM my husband went to ask when they were going to see us at 12pm; the staff literally said when they get to us, no professionalism or courtesy at all. We take time out of our day and bring them here which is not as affordable neither so it’s not like I’m taking them to a place that’s cheap so I should get bad treatment from the staff; I’m taking to taking them to a place where I expect the high level of the name to live up to it. There should be a more efficient way to work.

Today’s visit was wonderful!! We were in and out working 30 minutes. Luis, the vet technician, was fabulous! Very tentative, organized, kind, and made the process seamless and comfortable for myself and my fur baby, Zara! The vet, Dr. Adriana, was helpful and informative as well! I will be coming back to this location for Zara!

I went to Petco to get a second opinion on a heartworm test because the other veterinarian company I went to could not give me a straight answer she was positive, negative, positive, after that I went to Petco they did the testing gave me the answer I needed and we devised the plan on how to get rid of her heartworms I enjoyed this place the staff was on the ball very knowledgeable and the veterinarian is extremely knowledgeable and nice we have a set plan now for grace to get her heartworm shots and how we're going to take care of her and I couldn't be happier
