I’m a currently enrolled technician student and make no sense put the dog under anesthesia twice just because they would no do a dental cleaning at the same time????????‍♀️ But definitely a way to make more money and no care about putting a dog under anesthesia twice ????

Had both of my 2 year old babies neutered yesterday and wanted to clarify previous scary reviews I read! This is a low cost clinic for people who can’t afford other clinics. This is the reason they will not do blood test prior to neutering unless your animal is 8+ years or asked ($70). I told the workers I was worried for my cats who are highly dependent on each others company and they told me they would update me immediately if there were any issues. They did not disappoint! They called you 3 times, letting me know how my cats were doing, what issues my they were having (they aren’t people friendly!) and lastly, calling me to let me know my cats were out of surgery, and doing great. I’m sure they would have called me even if I didn’t ask. You can tell how much they care about animals by how they greet the animals like they are their own! I cannot thank the workers their enough! They are extremely busy but make sure to give you their undivided attention when it’s your turn. To the workers! You’ve made me so freaking happy! Thank you for everything you do! You are appreciated!!!!

They're a little disorganized, but overall our cat survived, so that's worth 3 stars alone.

This should have been a glowing review. I brought my dog here for surgery. Unbeknownst to me, as it was never discussed or disclosed in any paperwork or at drop off, they do not do bloodwork prior to anesthesia unless the animal is over 8 years old or it is requested by the owner. I was never told this. My dog has now died due to kidney failure from the anesthesia. I brought her back as things were not right. She was deteriorating quickly. They gave a small amount of fluids. No pain meds. Asked if I wanted blood work but informed me that the vet did not feel it was necessary. Told me her incision was fine. I was at the Urgent care with her 4 hours later. She did have an infection. She did need blood work. I took her to a second vet in the morning where they informed me, after hours of therapy, that she was dying. I held my pup for her final moments. Instead of her riding shotgun on the way home she was in a box. My children lost their best friend. Our family has lost the love of an amazing soul. We are heartbroken This didn't have to happen.

1. My vet wanted an outrageous amount of money to spay my dog. 2. Snip It not only spayed my dog, but microchipped her as well. 3. Lots of communication explaining where to get in line, what time to be there, etc. Very thorough. 4. All you have to do is get an appointment and follow their rules. You will save an incredible amount of money over your regular vet. 5. Every single person I encountered was beyond nice. The girl working at the gate, the 2 women working at the check in table, the gal who gave me my dog. That's at least 5 people, plus the women I spoke to on the phone. Every person - beyond sweet and nice. 6. Place is VERY organized. 7. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. 8. I will donate to their cause, and see if once Covid calms down, I can volunteer there as well. 9. Do not hesitate for one second. Best decision ever.

They are responsible for my friend family cat passing away !! They didn’t inform her that her cat was having complications during surgery. Gave the cat back to her in a coma and didn’t have an urgency to tell her her cat is in a coma. Didn’t try to take her to the E.R. She dropped her cat off early in the morning and got the cat back in the evening. My friend had to bring her cat to the ER where unfortunately Ming Ming passed away. Yes there are complications in surgery whether animal or human but why wasn’t she called when it happened why wasn’t the cat already at the ER. Horrible place!!! Don’t come here if you want your pets(family) to survive

Very well organized. Excellent price. Excellent service. We felt good trusting them our 3lb Yorkie. It has been about 4 days after the surgery, and no infections or complication so far. So far so good. :)

I give this 4 stars only because the drop off and pick up process was horrible, otherwise I would give a 5. The staff was super nice and seemed to really care about your pet. Not that it matters, but I would change the drop off process. I waited in line for an hour to drop off my cat, and it’s something that really should be a quick process.I would say that they need to make it mandatory to register online, and once you register you get a QR code. That QR code would then be scanned to check your pet in. Don’t take questions while others are waiting in line, have them pull off to the side and have a separate person answering questions. For pick up they freed to have walkie talkies and when they read the paper in the windshield they call in the pets name and they have a runner from inside to run the pet out. An hour to prop off and 45 min to pick up is a lot.

I took our cat Ming Ming to SNiP-it to get fixed. Dropped her off at 8 am and came back at 5 pm to pick her up. When I got there, I waited in line for 30 minutes to pick up our baby. When it was my turn, the vet tech informed me that the vet wanted to speak to me. I walked inside and saw my cat laying with her eyes wide open, tongue out and unresponsive. At this very moment, someone else's cat got on the loose and started screaming and storming through the facility (post surgery!) I was in shock! As the vet techs were trying to catch this poor cat, the vet told me that Ming didn't do well during or post surgery and she advised that I take her to the ER ASAP. I rushed Ming to the ER and she went into cardiac arrest within 4 minutes of being in the ER. They tried to resuscitate her, but, our poor baby Ming Ming did not make it :( I understand that there are great risks during surgery weather an animal is healthy or not... I just don't understand why SNiP-it didn't inform me that my baby wasn't doing well. Also, the fact that I was in line for 30 minutes and they didn't even have the decency inform me about what was going on before they took care of anyone else. How long was Ming Ming laying there unresponsive? They completely kept me out of the loop until it was too late. Didn't give me an opportunity to have a say-so in my cat's care. Who knows, Ming would probably still be here if I got her to the ER earlier. I called the vet and asked why she didn't let me know about Ming's situation, she told me that they don't typically call the parent's after surgery. Which is understandable in a situation where things went completely perfect, but, Ming's situation wasn't a normal situation, therefore, a call was very necessary. My family is devastated and this has cause us so much emotional distress. I don't recommend this facility at all! They are very careless and unprofessional. RIP Ming Ming

Do not like the hassle of driving there to pay deposit and make appointment. It's a long drive for me. Wish I could do it by card. Love everything else. Great place. Affordable.

If I can help someone out now is the time I am reaching out to that someone. I would never wish this experience on another cat or dog owner. My cousin came in to bring her baby MingMing to this clinic called Snip It to get spayed at 8:30 am , and was told to be back for her by 5pm. Mind you she never not once gotten an phone call to inform her about her baby to see we’re things going good or bad. She arrived back at clinic approximately at 5:30 pm and waited in line for 30 mins while the vet tech took care of everyone around her but her. Finally a vet tech came to assist her and informed her the vet wanted to speak to her. She then walked inside and saw her baby laying in a cage with her eyes wide open , tongue hanging out, and unresponsive. The vet told her that MingMing didn't do well during or post surgery and she advised that she take her to the Emergency Room. She then rushed MingMing to the Emergency Room and MingMing went into cardiac arrest within 4 minutes of being in the ER. They tried to resuscitate her, but my cousin poor baby Ming Ming did not make it. My whole family is devastated and is emotionally distressed. Never once was my cousin called or informed that something was wrong nor did anyone cared to let her know as an emergency while she was in line waiting that baby MingMing was inside unresponsive. Those 30 minutes she waited in line to be assisted with, could have been used on MingMing to save her life. R.I.P MingMing we love you ❤️
