I've taken my babies here for the past 15 years. Everyone is so helpful and you can tell they really love their job. Christine is the receptionist and is always very helpful in the care of my babies.

They do a good job.

Small personable office. Very friendly staff and they take their time, answer questions and don't try to guilt you into products not needed or upsell services.

Woman in the front was extremely rude. I came 10 min. Before there actual opening time and told her i dont have an appointment i understand waiting but she keep cutting me off saying "I cant help you" would not even let me explain my reason for coming in.

I went here based on their Google reviews. I was very happy with their customer service and care. Prices were great. The Doctor was great. I will be taking my pets here from now on. Thank you so much for a great experience.

They are the nicest and very professional. They really care for you and the pets that you bring in. The receptionist knows a lot of pets by name as soon as you walk in. I couldn't ask for better people.

I love this place...they treated chickie very nice.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. We've been there many times with our dog Zola and we will never go anywhere else. We had a visit today and I had to take my toddlers with me. Everyone was very patient with me having 2 kids and a big dog. The clerk at the front desk was really helpful as well. I was having payment issues and she helped me so that I could afford the visit and still get what my pup needed. The vet and his assistant also listened to all of my concerns and took great care of my girl. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a furry friend.

I am truly grateful for Poinciana Pet Clinic kuddos to this office great team!???? I had called today to see if there were any cancellations from other patients. And.. No lie within like 5 mins I was called back, that there was 1 cancellation and I was able to bring in my sick puppy. They were all perfect and loveable with my puppy. They were attentive of everthing we were talking about they answered all my questions. They are the best! Thanks a bunch! I truly recommend this office!

They didn't have any openings but squeezed us in because of an unresolved problem. Very helpful. I would recommend. Just started going there.

Excellent customer service. Very compassionate loving and kind. We had to put our kitty Boo down. He was 15 and just not doing very well. It was very emotional and the staff really showed genuine compassion for us and our sweet Boo.

I have a 6 month old 70lds pitbull puppy and they did I great job and I'll be going back
