They groomed/shaved 2 of my cats due to matted tummy area. Very patient and professional and on time. Great communication! Very happy and I continue to refer them.

They only cut half of my cat. They refuse to come back and finish it. Completely unprofessional and wrong. They still charged me for it as well.

Made an appointment for 12:30, as I had other obligations later in the day. Was given a phone call at 11:45 that my groomer would be 20 minutes late. I called and confirmed that would be alright. The 20 minutes came and went no call and no show of groomer. I called at 11:47 and was told they would find out where the groomer was and would call me back. I called at 1:04, 1:16, and 1:21 in which I had to leave a message, still no show from the groomer. I received a call 1:26 stating the groomer gps wasn’t working and they could not find my location. Was told the groomer was 10 more minutes away (this would be 1hr 36 min past the appointment time). Advised I had another obligation which is why I made the appointment and they offered to reschedule - however I would have to wait another week. Didn’t seem like they were too concerned regarding my time or obtaining my business. Was just told they “can’t control what happens on the road”. Sad because I would have been a frequent and loyal customer

Both of my dogs were groomed by Tara. This was our first time. The girls came back not only beautiful but happy and calm. They immediately took to her right from the start! Tara is a gem! She was so friendly and kind! I plan on requesting her from now on. If you’re looking for grooming services..look no further. You’ll be very happy you did!

The lady from Tennessee did a fantastic job on my cat Simba. I honestly wasn't sure they'd be able to give her a hair cut let alone a lions cut but she did it! My cat can be mean but the lady was able to give her a haircut, shampoo her and cut her nails. I was very impressed. My first time using them and I will continue to do so. Thank you!

I was worried for Jessie that groomed my 5yr old Russian Blue female Midnight. Midnight is very difficult with somethings and she never had been groomed but Jessie did an AMAZING JOB!!! Thank you so much! I will definitely be calling for her to get groomed again! Before and after photos below.

We had this company for years. We have a dog and a cat and it worked great. The last time they came, the employees seem to be in a hurry. They did the cat in under 10 minutes and quickly came back for the dog. They left pretty quickly, so we did not even have time to see how HORRIBLE of a job they did. What is worse is that I let the company know about it afterwards and NO ONE called or seemed to care at all about how bad of an experience and service we had. Definitely will NOT be calling them again. I do not recommend a place that does not care about loyal costumers at all.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received! Melissa was my groomer and she was very punctual, professional and efficient. She did an awesome job grooming my 2 cats just the way I wanted. The company even reached out to me prior to my appointment date to update me on a minor schedule change which meant a lot to me so I could plan ahead. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Cassidy did a fantastic job with my wooly malamute, Reese. She had quite a few tangles and difficult mats that I had already given them permission to shave her. My mommy guilt was ready for a bald baby. She came out looking and feeling like a million bucks.

Mary was amazing with my cat and friendly with me. My cat's personality has really changed now that he feels "handsome." He almost struts, lol.

Allow me to begin by saying that the groomer was friendly and professional. Unfortunately that was all. We brush our Hope, our Yorkie, quite often so she wasn't matted. I had high expectations of how our 5 month old Yorkie's first grooming was going to be because of the picture the groomer "painted". I don't remember the entire description but one of the things was that Hope was going to have a cut around the face like a "teddy bear". We agreed that the hair would be staying long but that it needed a trim. I was going to see the first cut and let the groomer know whether I wanted it shorter. To my surprise that first "cut" was done with a barber looking trimmer and the setting was for "long hair". For obvious reasons I made sure the groomer understood I didn't want to go any shorter but it had to be evened out. I'm trying hard to keep this brief and not give unnecessary details but my family and I were very disappointed and won't be using nor recommending this company. If the issue was that the cut was too short that would be one thing but that wasn't the case. The cut doesn't look even either. Funny thing is that I saw pictures of Yorkies that had been groomed beautifully by this company so maybe the groomer we had made a mistake. I don't know. What I keep reminding myself and my family is "it's only hair, it'll grow back". The first picture is before and the rest after.

We have two old cats. The girl is a longhair with major skin and shedding issues. We have wanted her clipped for a longtime, but our vet wanted to sedate for that. We were hesitant because of her age. The groomer did it with care and expertise and with no drugs! The other cat, a male, can be very irritable and cranky when bathed. Again, he was handled perfectly and when my husband and I were talking to Melissa after the grooming, the “old man” came up to Melissa to get a quick cuddle. No foul, no harm. Melissa is a busy lady, so we already booked our next appointment for the old beasts- and that should say it all.

I had the same groomer for many years take care of my yorkie but I relocated and needed to find an Orlando mobile dog grooming service to come to my home and groom my little Dexter. Well I found Aussie Pet Mobile dog grooming and I could not be happier! My yorkie is under 10 lbs and I'm always worried about his safety so this was a blessing that they sent a mobile grooming van to my house. My groomer was Jessie and she was wonderful and very caring with my dog. Highly recommended and though I paid more for a mobile groomer than a shop, it was well worth it for the convenience and service!

Can’t beat the convenience of having a truck pull up to your house to clean up your pets while you are busy doing other things. They were fast and our Kitty looked and smelled wonderful.

I can't begin to say how Jonathan was so awesome with my boy Teddie!!! My dog was verrry matted and Jonathan was absolutely fabulous with him and did a fantastic job on making my boy brand new. This has been our first experience with a groomer, I believe Parker came to service us and she treated Chance with such care! I was worried at first being that Chance has separation anxiety but she did so well with him & he came back home happy as ever! Definitely worth the price. Will be continuing service!

I have used Aussie several times and have always been very pleased with their work. My Beau is now almost 19 years old and needs some special attention so as not to experience any stress. Parker was absolutely amazing and did such a great job grooming our Toy Pom. He can be quite fussy but Parker handled him so well and he came back happy looking great! Would 100% recommend Aussie Pet Mobile! And Parker specifically!
