Doctor is amazing. He did a blood test on my cat and almost immediately came back with the results and explained everything to me in detail I could understand. My cat gadget was anemic and losing red blood cells fast. The doctor got me the correct medication and instructions on what to do and I'm happy to say my 7 year old cat is still ok today. Thank you all. From the bottom of my heart. I'll only bring my animals to here from now on.

Today was my second visit, and I plan to continue taking my dogs here. I was impressed by my first visit, even though I didn't have a chance to meet Dr. Susla in person due to Covid restrictions (we spoke by phone). Some veterinary clinics/hospitals make you feel like they're trying to make your bill as large as possible with an upsell at every turn, offering "recommended" but unnecessary treatments/procedures/supplements/etc. That hasn't been my experience at John Young Pkwy Animal Hospital. The other big positive is that the cost of my visit was approximately 30% less than other vets in my area (Winter Park), and the care my dog has received has been excellent. I would recommend giving them a try!

All of my pets have been patients of this office for 14 years and I can not recommend them enough. The staff are all so awesome (Hi Boni!) and the Vets themselves are friendly and compassionate, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to answer all of your questions and take great care of your fur babies. Over the years I've dealt with all kinds of medical issues and they're always patient with all of my questions/phone calls/emails, recommend several options for treatment, and are open to new ideas. From wellness exams to chronic disease management, they're the place to go. You will not regret bringing your pets here.

My little weirdos receive excellent care at JYPAH. The continuity of care for them at JYPAH is better than I'm able maintain for myself, tbh. I also glad for their outdoor exchange system during COVID-19, which is smooth and sensible.

Dr. Day takes amazing care of my little pups Toffee and Ranger. She is extremely attentive and detail oriented and she explains everything clearly so you understand exactly what's going on if your pet is having any issues. So glad she was recommended to me when I got my dogs!

Kudos to this ver for holding his ground and remaining professional when a loud mouth client comes into his clinic. Although I agree, masks should be worn. His reason was valid and didn’t deserve the way she spoke to him so irate. If I lived in the area, I’d def bring my dogs!

This place is amazing, they have squeezed our family pets in more than once in an emergency situation. They are honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable! They're not pushy with unnecessary tests and such. Worth every dime!

Stay Away! This Vet almost killed my dog. We ended up in an emergency veterinarian situation due to their negligence. Even after the office Manager admitted the negligence I personally visited them to help resolve the problem and it became clear they DO NOT CARE, nor were willing to rectify the issue. No need to bring your pet, just leave your money.
