I have not been but I have a dog that has been shot went but don't know what happened to my dog if he still alive or not

Had to rush my cat this morning they we fast in exams and giving us options for his care thank you to all staff

Dr. Bruce is a very talented vet. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We trust the team at Animal Veterinary Hospital of Orlando to care for the best friends and have for many years.

I always felt like Dr. Bruce was pretty condescending and rushed when doing basic vet services, but I kept going because he was nearby and it's hard to mess up giving shots. When one of my dogs started crying wherever picked up, though, he said she had hurt her leg and prescribed pain killers. The medicine made her nearly completely unresponsive and she stopped eating and drinking. After two tense days of no improvement, I finally took her to another clinic. They correctly diagnosed that she had sprained her neck. They prescribed steroids and she almost immediately improved. I will not be taking my dogs there anymore. When I decided to post this review, I read through others and noticed that he responds to any negative feedback on here by either saying the review is fake or that there is a problem with the reviewer. The fact that he does this should tell you everything you need up know about what kind of personality he has.

Dr. Bruce, I cannot thank you enough for being so kind and caring to myself and my pets. I've been a customer for many years now and I am pleased with the care Dr.Bruce and his team provides.

I called to schedule an appointment for a check up and they said tuesday would be fine then I called a few minutes later asking how much blood work would be with the checkup and she asked for my number and then she said I wasn't in the system, but I had just scheduled it 5 minutes ago. Very disappointed not sure if she was just rude or the lady didn't confirm my appointment.

I’ve been going to Dr.Bruce for about 5 years now. He sees all of my exotic pets and he has been nothing less than amazing. He’s very thorough, caring and takes the time to explain what things to me. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my babies. Thank you dr bruce and the entire office.

They used to be very good like 2 years ago I don’t know something changed after COVID they either have too many patients plus staff is rude be ready to deal with them I switch to a better vet clinic

The vet and the staff are awesome. My puppy had problems breathing and I called the Animal Veterinary Hospital for help. They rushed the puppy into emergency did test to find out what the problem was. The staff is professional caring and awesome. Thank you for saving my puppies life.????

Had my bulldog girl spayed here. Everything went smoothly and prices were pretty reasonable. I would recommend them.

I had an emergency with my dog, and I was turned away. After being a client for so many years. Very disappointing!!!!.

They did a great job with surgery for both of my animals. One of my dogs has allergic reactions but they did a great job with his neutering. They are very busy but they really have it together ! I highly recommend them.

Helped with deworming our pet, but was overall rude. Our pet still has fleas and now is developing some sort of mouth pain. Going to a different vet.

I had an Emergency with my Dog ( Yorkshire ) he had an Infection in the his mouth ( Gum Area ) loosing some teeth, I went to the place TODAY 04/17/21 because he has the primary doctor there, and they did not want to attend him , explaining and showing them on Front Desk the infection with my dog in my hands , and that is an negligence, ????DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE !!!! ????the treatment is terrible since you enter through the Main Door

I really like this vet office. They work as a unit....and the vet is straightforward and very experienced.

I have been taking both of my animals here with Dr Bruce for almost 9 years. I have had nothing but great experiences with his technicians and himself. Dr Bruce is a no nonsense person. He will tell you how it is. That said, my pets love him, and I have recommended this office to multiple family and friends. Several have had just as good of an experience.

Took our Panther Chameleon to Dr. Bruce. He was knowledgeable and provided excellent information for husbandry and treatment plans.

Diagnosed my cat on the first visit and have been very helpful with her treatment. This hospital is definitely one of the fastest and most cost friendly places I've been to. I've barely had to wait for my animal to be seen every time I go there. God bless Dr. Bruce and his staff.

Dr. B has always delivered quality care and advice for my furry and scaley (he has treated my reptiles as well) critters.

Fantastic place. My dog is old and was very sick. This was the third Veterinarian I took my dog; as none of the other doctors could figure out why my dog was so extremely ill. I spent so much money at all the other doctor offices and none of the medication helped. This vet took his time listened to all of the symptoms my dog had and answered all my questions. The medication prescribed completely solved all the issues my dog was having. Its been a month since we visited and my dogs health has returned and has not had a single relapse. I am so thankful for this place, I was at my wits end and thought I might just have to put my dog down. All the staff here are terrific and stayed so calm when my dog freaked out and was able to still service a scared dog well. I give this place a million stars!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
