Very nice and explained everything very well. Took great care of my big boy and would recommend their services.

Well I do agree that the veterinarians are amazing. Their front desk help has went downhill majorly. While I hope you never had a major issue with your pet but if you do the front desk will not help you. They will tell you even though it's emergency if you do not have an appointment to go find another vet because they only work on appointment only and they're not for emergencies.

Absolutely wonderful animal hospital. They've seen our pup twice and the second time squeezed him in on a day notice after he had a minor injury to his paw. Always take great care of him, great price as well for extremely quality care. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I had always hard time to trust animal hospital. But this hospital is awesome and very professional. Our Dr. Jeannine safe my dog life and give us more many years with our girl. Dr. Jeannine amazing and only her I will trust with my ferry girls.

Love The staff and Doctor Gonzalez she took her time on my concerns regarding the care of my dog. I know my dog will be on good hand on his upcoming surgery

A week or so after my puppy’s visit, they sent a sweet little card. They also were great on the day of the visit!

I have been bringing my pets here for the past 5-6 years and the service was good… but now this place has been so bad recently. Once the pandemic hit, the service just has not been it. I understand that it makes thing harder but they are not professional anymore. DON’T RECOMMEND!

Great staff. Very friendly and vets seem to really care about their patients.

We have had nothing but amazing visits with the team here. Always super kind and professional! We took our first puppy here after we rescued him and I swear they ended up loving him just as much as we do. They are doing what’s best to protect themselves and clients during COVID with curb side service, but I still feel like I always walk away with all my questions answered and a giant smile on my pups face. Seriously we can’t recommend or thank this hospital or its team enough!!

5 stars doesn't begin to describe how incredible this place is. First, they are always willing and able to help in any situation. Second, they have always been super helpful and nice when taking care of our rescue lab who had some previous ailments/injuries from his previous owners. Recently, we had an incident where he became sick to the point of no drinking/eating concerning us greatly. The next day he threw up bile with specks of blood so naturally we took him to the closest vet/ER but no one would take us in to get him help in the area. One call to Animal Hospital at Vista Lakes and they said they could take him immediately. Once my wife got there, they were ready to take him in compared to the 3.5 hours we waited for the other vet/ER (who in fact took others who arrived later than us, completely ignoring our concerns). These people are amazing here and have been the best vet anyone could ask for, even when driving an hour from our home. If you need a place to take your pet, this is the place to go to get the best care and best people. Keep up the amazing work!

I brought my new puppy to this vet because they are right by my house and I thought it would be so convenient. Unfortunately when scheduling my appointment they failed to mention the new procedure of pulling up and having to call them so they can come out and take my dog while I wait in the car. I'm not sure why that is necessary. If the hospitals are allowing 1 to 2 guests per patient in the room why wouldn't I be able to go in to comfort my puppy while he's in a strange new place or getting a shot? At the end of the visit the vet came out to bring my puppy back and gave me a quick run summary about how he looks healthy and that was about it. She asked if I had any questions for her and I explained it was our first puppy so I was just needing the basic info like feeding amounts and how many times a day. She would answer that and then ask if I had any other questions. If I'm expressing to you that this is my first puppy then I would think they would give me the basics on care and do's and don'ts instead of just asking me over and over if I have any more questions. A new owner doesn't know all the questions to ask so offer them some guidance on what they need to know. I switched vets to Pershing and received much better treatment.

Made a appointment to have my pet seen by the vet a week ahead of time. I also received a confirmation email that I was scheduled on the books. I arrived at my scheduled time and I was NOT on the books. I had to push/press the staff to see my animal and had to wait 2 hours. Please respect your patient’s time, have transparent, and be courteous.

My first visit here with my 2 sick French Bulldogs. Brandon treated my girls as if they were his own. Super friendly, easygoing and a great listener. Dr. Adams explained everything to me very clearly and was also warm and friendly. Get service, great value! Thank you for all you do.

They took care of our problem right away. We were very please how they took good care of our Jackrusell Chloe. We took her here cause it was right across the street and we had to take care of our dog that just finish eating two avil pills. They save our baby!!! Our Chloe was sweet on the young gentleman that took her in. He was so good to her and she felt his kindness. He knows her breed. I'm going here from now on. Thanks to my daughter for telling us of this place. She brings her dog here from time to time. Thanks to everyone thank helped.

We have been with vista lakes with our last 6 large breed dogs. They have been helpful. Caring. Have worked with us in our appointments and our shepherds were always in good hands up until the rainbow Bridge. Love the staff!

Outstanding service. Took our new puppy in for an exam and I'm so happy with how their office is handling everything during the pandemic. It was actually a lot easier on our rescue pup to wait in the car with us instead of an office waiting area with other animals stressing him out. They even called a few days later to check on our puppy. You can tell they truly care for animals here and dont mind spending as much time as you need answering questions. Thank you!

We've been clients at AHVL for several years. They always provide good service and a friendly environment. Our favorite doctor left 5+ years back and they've had a few different doctors move through since but it's still in good hands. Their client base has really grown so it can be challenging getting an appointment and drop-ins moreso. Good location with plenty of parking.

The techs are so caring! The techs truly care about the dogs. But! It may have been my mistake not to ask the cost of a nail trim ($17.25). Worst part was they cut my dogs nails and made her bleed and then I still paid the full amount. I have had to go in 3 times just to cure my dogs ear infection, because their meds didn’t work.

Since Day one i love this Animal Hospital from cleanest,professional and the way they care and treated our Babys. If i move and i have to drive 45 min. Just started going to the Animal Hospital at Vista lakes...pretty happy with the service and care.

I have been coming here for quite some time now and the service USED to be good, but for the past few years this place has honestly sucked a little bit. My doggies used to love coming here but they haven't been as excited lately and ever since the new group of staff has come in this place has just gotten worse. Will probably be taking my service some where else.

Kind staff, I have a large breed dog and they had a strong young man that could pick up my dog with ease. Bless these kind folks

Everyone in this place was very kind and compassionate when I brought my dog in, who I knew was at the end of his life. The phenomenal doctor made his transition so peaceful and calm. They even did the process outside because I was nervous about coming in during the pandemic. I really feel like during his final moments he was in the best hands. I really appreciate all they did for us. Thank you doctor and staff.
