my boyfriend took our cat here for a nail trim today for the first time. instantly it was very loud from dog barking, which is understandable, but in case that’s a concern for the comfort of your animal, not recommended. they instantly grabbed our cat out of the carrier from his neck, while still at the front of the store and just carried him back, by the neck, to the nail trimmer. they showed no care in the comfort of our cat at all and it is highly unnecessary to grab a cat like that unless it is a last resort. will not come here again. i should’ve read the reviews first. nail trims should not be an awful experience for the animals.

This is what they did to our baby , and their excuse was “they were using new scissors”. We didn’t even get an apology!

Small, but lots of choices of pet food, and grooming services

I brought my shih tzu puppy for a mini grooming… the groomer didnt even cut his hair in his face, chin, neck and just cut the top of his head not uniform and looked so bad. I paid $40 and was not worth it. Bad thing was.. i asked my son to pick him up after grooming and was too late for me to see him. I dont recommend this groomer ever. This photo is AFTER GROOMING

Just had my large dog groomed at All 4 Pets Avalon and I can’t say enough about the service I received there from Courtney and Cassie. The groomer Courtney just listened to me and seemed to know exactly what I wanted; we had had some bad cuts in the past with other grooming businesses so this was a refreshing experience and my dog will be back. Courtney got the length perfect, he was so well trimmed up, smelled great, and even had a bandana for the finishing touch. Cassie gave my dog lots and lots of love; which he and I both love. I highly recommend his All 4 Pets for grooming, their dog food knowledge; and their customer service.

I took both of my pets to this groomer for an appointment and the groomer failed to contact me for six hours and my pure breed Akita was covered in urine and his own feces. My other dog was just the same.... they apologized for their poor service as they admitted that the groomer forgot to call us to pick up my dogs and offered a 50% discount on the next groom. When my husband went to this place they told me that the appointment was not for that day and it was absolutely the correct time and day. During my first visit I was told that my dog I needed to eat a grain free diet and I bought a very expensive bag of dog food from these people. I later found out that this food caused Cadirrac arrest for my particular breed. I feel that this establishment should get a health code violation for how they negligently treat the animals. Do you yourself and your pets a favor and do not go here.

Wasn't aware of the new customer upcharge?? Website says 60-65 for goldendoodle no where did it say 65 - 100 as the girl told me after the fact. Charged me extra for dematting and upcharge for new customer AND they shaved him so why charged for dematting???

Great service. Clerk was very knowledgeable about my dog's grooming. recommended some great products and my dogs love the treats oh my gosh I'm the best dog parent in the world because of those treats.

Been going here since I moved to Avalon Park about 4 years ago. Love the grooming services I received and my pup also loves the treats, especially the pig ears. 1 star knocked off because recently the customer service has left something to be desired. Some of the newer employees are not very personable. Additionally, you call the store repeatedly to schedule an appointment and no one answers the phone. Such as the case, today. I should not have to go in to schedule an appointment... Update: 17 calls later, I still haven’t had anyone answer the phone. It seems clear that they are not interested in having any business.

I have been going to All 4 Pets for over 3 years and the service and selection of quality food and treats for my pup Braxton are always spot on! I recently tried the online order and delivery service which worked seamlessly and same day delivery to boot! Will not shop anywhere else!

Just found this place and very excited that I did. Was looking to change the dog food and treats that I have been feeding my dog and got several great suggestions from Matthew who was working the store. He was awesome and gave me some great info and I bought a few different bags of treats for Finn to try and got a few FREE SAMPLES of dog food for him to try before I spring for the big bag! What store does this? Well they do so you know if your dog likes it or not. This place rocks!
