They did such a good job on my dog Biggie! This was his first professional grooming so I was kind of worried about how well he’d do. He’s a yorkie so his hair was pretty long, I asked them to only cut 2 inches or so off and they did exactly that! He looks and smells amazing at a reasonable price.

I have been to the Waterford lakes location several times to get my dogs nails trimmed and have always gotten great service. Very friendly people and very professional. Would definatly recommend this location for what ever you need.

Great place to spoil my daughters dogs. They loved all the treats and the women who helped was wonderful I filled 6 bags and the price was very reasonable.

I’ve tried multiple groomers in east orlando and Woof Gang is the best for my doodle, Scout. Love the service and the cut for my pup. I’ve been going for 5 years love them! Highly recommended.

I'm extremely pleased with the groomers at Woof Gang Bakery. The groomers are very caring and very good with my Shih-tzu, Gizmo. He's been there twice for a mini groom and he has done quite well for being 5 months old. They also have a lot of awesome treats, leashes, collars etc. I highly recommend Woof Gang Bakery for getting your pet groomed.

Pros: All staff in store was nice. The grooming of our puppy looked good. Cons: Grooming took about 4 hours. Our puppy came home with an eye infection from them, and ended up at the vet for an added $185 charge. Service is on the pricy side from what we were used to. We paid $85 for a simple "nothing fancy" grooming, and an expected additional tip.

All natural treats and sweets for our sweet border collie, Sara. They also offer a day spa with reasonable prices. Staff is very knowledgeable about all products and gave great advice for other products.

This place is fantastic! I was in need of a last second bath and deshedding for my 80lb German Shepherd, and they accommodated me right away. He came out smelling wonderful and his coat is so shiny and soft. I personally think the price is great considering all the care that went into making my big hairy dog look and feel his best. Spencer and I can’t wait to come back for goodies and grooming in the future! Thank you!

Is it me ? Am I missing something here ?.... This happened to me this morning: Woof Gang Bakery and dog grooming Waterford Lakes: I think they have lost sight of who the customer is. I have 2 dogs, a Maltese and a Shih Tzu I have been bringing in for grooming for a number of years. Today the dog groomer in charge (the owner wasn`t in) wants to charge me $20 extra, on top of the minimum $50 per dog grooming charge, for "de-matting", but they had already told me they have to shave both dogs anyway !!! So I have to pay to de-matte their hair before they cut it all off !!!! That doesn`t doesn`t make any sense to me, sorta like a barber telling me he has charge me extra to de-tangle my hair before he can shave my head !! Then when I request they do not shave my Maltese`s tail, they refuse to agree, saying they will only do what they think is right ! They`re not performing surgery here, just dog grooming.....if I don`t want my dog`s tail shaved, that is MY decision to make, not theirs !!! Needless to say, I won`t be going back & I`ll be talking with the owner when she returns in a couple of days.

3rd visit for my 6 month Havanese, Ryley loves her groomer Jaime & she does a great job with her. It get's a little easier leaving her behind, knowing she is being taken care of.

I will not be returning. First took my 45lb Goldendoodle (Nala) here for a grooming, yes she was matted (i had left her boarding for a month somewhere else) and I was fine paying whatever i needed to pay because of mats and due to her being a large dog even though she is a Medium Goldendoodle and i paid $110. But today i take my 6.6lb poodle mix puppy (who has flat hair not even tight curls) to get groomed and I had to pay $60!!! When asked why the response was “because he is a poddle/doodle mix” they’re lucky my husband was the one picking him up and added a tip out of courtesy because I would have left no tip. I will be going back to the other Woofgang location which seems to be more reasonable with pricing.

Bad groomers !!! Rude people and they cut my dogs ties and bleed more than one visit and blamed everything on dogies owner I have groomed my dogs 17 plus years and my dogs from age 3-14 years I am scared they may hurt them ! I questioned them and they said not to bring my dogs back

Pricey and prices are not very visible. Good selection on pet birthday treats. Wish they had alot of dog clothing.

I payed just $5 more than I did at PetSmart and Woof Gang’s “mini spa treatment” is definitely superior than PetSmart’s grooming package. They removed all of his knots and matted fur and trimmed him to look like a gentlepup!

We have 3 pups that we bring here and the service is excellent every time. Staff is always friendly when I come and Mallory is amazing! We’ve delt with her since our first experience and haven’t stopped.

I am a foster/adoptive mom for the Florida Cocker Spaniel Rescue so I always have plenty of dogs that need grooming. The Woof Gang Bakery Team always do a fantastic job! They really care about the dogs and they always work with me to make sure that they understand what my expectation is, and they always deliver to the T! I would recommend their grooming services whole-heartedly.

I’ve been bringing my little guy here for a while now. He can get a little snippy sometimes, but his groomer, Mallory, is kind, professional and patient and has really earned his trust and affection. Mallory is extremely knowledgeable and her passion is evident in the work that she does. The retail section of the store is a real wonderland for fur babies and their people. Not only do they carry every imaginable (fresh baked and handmade) treat, but they carry natural supplements to help with your loved one’s coat, joints, etc. Just today I noticed a pet safe yard spray to help keep the bugs away which I’ll have to go back for. Everything there is excellent quality and always presentable and well organized. The staff is friendly, helpful and always professional. Always a friendly phone call to let you know when you’re loved one is almost ready and always a reminder before your appointment. They’re all animals lovers too! Thanks Woofgang!
