Good vet and we drove 800 miles to have our dog procedure done there. They took good care of him. Special thanks to the young lady at the desk for making our tea cup chihuahua comfortable after the procedure.

Prime Vet, along with all the staff has taken great care of our fur babies and all their needs. We were new to the area and had to make a last minute appointment due to sickness and we were able to get in to Prime. They did such an amazing job we have stayed with them and are very happy with our choice.

Can't say enough about this veterinary office. The staff are caring, emphathetic, compassionate and truly care about the needs/emotions of your pet. I have a special needs boxer, and from Amy at the reception, to Andrew the vet tech and then Dr. Mallet, they have all been giving of their time and concern for Jake. Well, I would love to give this place 5 stars because the vet was very nice and the vet assistant in the intake was very nice. The room was clean and the appt was quick. They seemed very through and very knowledgeable. However, I was promised a discount I did not get. Which I feel is very very bad for business. We were budgeting for the price that we were told on the phone and in the intake room. Because I’m a state employee Melissa said I would get 25% off every visit. When I went back in the room and they told me the total I mentioned that Melissa also said I get the 25% off the visit. And they said yes you do. After the vet visit when I went to the front to check out and schedule for the next appt, the woman with curly blonde hair said that I did not get the 25% off this visit because I didn’t write it on the form I filled out when I came in. I said well Melissa said I do, I am state employee, but she said nope, not this visit because you didn’t tell us. But I’ll put it down for the next visit. However this first visit will be the most expensive. It was $229, that promised 25% off discount really would’ve helped this single mom on a state salary. I’m very disappointed that they did not keep their word. I hope Prime Vet will rectify this before our next appt.

I cannot thank Dr Gilbert and the office staff enough for providing the best care and compassion, while examining Lulu and Gracie. They made sure that all ailments and problems were addressed and brought to my attention. The office staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and made my first visit easy. To those who know me well know how much I loved this dog. She was my adorable spoiled little princess. I can't stop crying. I'm going to miss her so much. I'm sure going to miss my pal. No more snuggling together, going for walks, meeting me at the door when I come home from somewhere.I loved that dog so much.8-13-2018????
