My lab came in with vomiting and diarrhea. We were assessed quickly and throughly. My lab has slight anxiety and they accommodated her so nicely. Dr Mango actually listens to the owners and cares for the patients.

Even though it was 4 pm they worked my Jacob in because they truly cared. They thought he might have his urinary blocked and didn't want to waste time. Thank you very much for caring !

I can not say enough about this vet. The staff, and Dr. Mango was kind, caring and knowledgeable. They took care of my Sphynx kitten and helped me with her issues. The cost was very affordable. I will definitely use again if needed. Great people again.

Going to the emergency vet is never fun and always stressful. The team here were amazing. Helpful, informative and gentle with my pet. I recommend them highly. They will lay out all your options for treatment, costs and what follow up care you need.

This is not the place to go if you need urgent care. The lady at the door didn’t even know they were open at 10:15… told us to make an appointment. Not sure what the point of calling yourself “urgent” care is if you can’t see patients when they come in with urgent needs.

This is my 1st time taking my dog to Urgent Vet on SR54 Odessa. I was nervous going in not knowing the staff and expecting a hospital wait and a huge vet bill. I was pleasantly surprised at how warm and caring the staff was. I hardly had to wait even though the website had an alert saying it would be 85-95 minute wait without an appointment. Their check in process is seamless, the facility is spotless/clean and reasonably priced. Special kudos to Kiara & Dr.Meadows for making our experience such a great one. Thank you for your attention & helping my furry best friend feel better. He loves the tennis ball you gave him! ????

Very busy night after the holidays… 2.5 hours after checking in line at 630pm. My allergies were OFF the charts… not their fault U I worked all day I was tired and worried about my boy. Great value for the money… awesome DVM they don’t go overboard just to charge you more money… all and all I would return just not in such a busy time…

Called around looking for a vet to take my puppy in as an emergency basis and they told us to come in ASAP. Explained what was going on and they immediately took our puppy back and had her examined. The staff was very considerate, knowledgeable and very friendly!!! I recommend this place to everyone that has a pet.

We needed some urgent end of life care for our dog who had declined rapidly from a tumor. Our regular vet could not get us in for several days and we did not want our dog to suffer. The staff was able to accommodate us same day. They were very professional and compassionate. We are so grateful for their service and help today.

Very satisfied with the care we received at UrgentVet. Both the doctor and assistant where very nice and compassionate. The prices where compatible with our primary vet. Will go back if ever needed.

First time at UrgentVet. No appointments required, however you can make an appointment online. Even though I had no appointment, the wait time was very minimal/acceptable. Friendly staff, very clean facility. Very affordable. I will most definitely return if the need is warranted for my Sam!

Our dog was bitten by the neighbors dog later during the day, I called the vet and since they were about to close they recommend this place , we came for an emergency visit and they extra helpful and informative also very patient with me and this unfortunate situation, they truly did their very best I felt like we were working as a team for our dogs best interest and that made me feel a bit more relaxed about this whole situation. Brought our cat here today for a UTI. They ran tests and treated him. Overall good place. Wish they would've done more for his anxiety, but would recommend them.

Awesome people work there! They really are good with the animals and spend time explaining your options for treatments. My baby was very difficult and very scared and they still were so sweet and caring to him.

Dr. Mango, Barbara & Ashley did a great Job treating our 16 yr old cat Rudy. We drove from Spring Hill to be seen at the Odessa office because our cat had lost weight & had been drinking lots of water. Even after Rudy was a little stubborn giving up some blood, Dr. Mango & Barbara remained cool & finally got what they needed. We discovered Rudy had hyperthyroidism & was going to need some medication. We were relieved! Thank you to everyone at UrgentCare for taking such good care of all of us.

I had to take my 17 year old cat, Macy, in to UrgentVet in Odessa to be put to sleep recently, because she deteriorated quickly over the weekend and my regular vet was not open on Sunday. Dr Mango and tech (Kyra I think?) could not have been more compassionate and kind and were extremely professional. The office even sent me a signed condolence card later that week with Macy's paw prints inside on colored paper. I highly recommend this vet in any emergency and will forever appreciate their assistance making a very sad time much easier!

Very kind and caring staff and vet.

Everyone was so calm, kind and courteous to me and my extremely anxious dog. He was a bucking bronco when they had to get close, but they stayed patient and took their time with him. Luckily what I thought was a prolonged anxiety attack or something neurological turned out to be a common ear infection. They had all the meds I needed to treat it appropriately. We were in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
