Every interaction we have with all the members of the staff is wonderful! From opening the door you feel welcomed and like they have known your pet forever.

Words cannot describe how wonderful my recent experience was at Good Shepherd. Our elderly dog had an acute medical crisis. When I called, they said I could come right in. They met me at the door to help get her inside (she’s was a big dog). It was a very emotional choice, but we decided to end her suffering that day. Dr. Beshir and Bryce were so kind, compassionate, and thorough. I even had my 3 young children with me, and the hospitality was unsurpassed. They held our hands through every decision, and we could not have dreamed of a better experience. Our last memories of our sweet girl were wonderful, and she crossed the rainbow bridge surrounded by love. We are forever grateful to everyone at Good Shepherd.

This is the best vets office I’ve ever gone to. Drs Deeb and Beshir are fantastic. The thing that really stands out about my experience as a customer is how easy it is to get ahold of them- they are open outside of “banker hours” so it’s really easy to call and schedule appointments before my work day gets busy and they’re open after I end my day. They always can fit me in, they are so flexible and I am really appreciative of the drop off option. I always get a “doggy bag” to go home with (pun 100% intended). It’s just always EASY to make sure my animals are taken care of. I really appreciate all of the staff. They know my dogs names and personalities and are always out to educate me on what’s best for my dogs!

This office is really great. The staff is friendly, the Doctor is friendly, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. My dog suffered an injury and they were quick to bring me in & provide excellent care and advice. I’ve had to call a few times in between appointments and they always take the time to discuss with me on the phone without feeling rushed. I’m very happy to have found this group.

Easy and quick appointment, I love how much the Dr. Deeb cares for my pet and that they're always checking up. They go over the medicine multiple times, are very knowledgeable and are organized. All of the techs are great with any question I have and everyone here really cares for the well fair of my pet. The location being so close to Starkey Ranch is super great too!

The staff here are amazing and I'm so glad to have found such an awesome vet for my dog. The doctor always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and has a genuine care and passion for animals. If you're a local looking for a vet that will put your fur baby first, look no further than Good Shepard.

dental surgery was messed up by another vet. Good Shepherd quickly diagnosed the problem, treated it correctly and got my cat back to good health. They were wonderful and I am very grateful for the service they provided. I would HIGHLY recommend to everyone.

Way to EXPENSIVE!! Went in for a 80$ urine test was told other test needed to see if it's something else... Spent about 300$ on tests then another 100$ on medicine. Next day was told he needed another test to confirm what they THINK it is, that 280$ I didn't have the money at the time becauseI had already spent 400$ ... Called back about 3days later to do the test and the test went up to 380$ needless to say I can't afford that... Besides that the place was very clean and the staff were polite...

Great place did a c section on our dog ???? and she is home now with the 4 puppies doing amazing this place is awesome would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for an amazing place that will care greatly for your animal

My Papillion ran into my sliding glass door and knocked herself out. I freaked out and immediately put her in the car and started to drive to bandfield/trinity (who I am a current customer and pay monthly), they told me it was 5pm and they close at 6pm and I should take her to the ER.... I took her to pasco ER and they were closed??? So I was driving around not knowing what to do and I happened to find The Good Shepherd Pet Hospital. The Dr was leaving for the day but when he heard about what happened to my dog, he said yes bring her in immediately. So he stayed just to see my dog and make sure she was ok. He was kind, and gentle and informative and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg since it was an emergency. Highly recommend and I am going to switch from Bandfield to them!!! Hope this helps anyone else looking to make a switch. VERY CLEAN as well... And all the girls there were incredibly nice.

I am a new puppy mom and I was looking for a veterinarian. I called several different facilities and I just want to say, Good Shepherd Pet Hospital was the only one who took the time to talked to me and answer all my questions. They were professional and kind. I am not even a client yet and they treated me like I was important. Thank you. You just gained a new client.

Made an appointment to drop off my German shepherd puppy . Was told to come in and also bring in a poop sample. Office is temporarily closed due to covid (completely understandable) so no one was behind the desk . Realized the sign on the door said to call. I got ahold of the receptionist she politely said “we’ll be right out” 10 mins go by 20....30... i left after 35 minutes of waiting . I rated them 2 stars strictly based on my experience. Not on a face to face experience. I’m sure the office and vet/an staff are great based on the previous comments and other reviews . I just didn’t happen to get the far .

Absolutely love the doctor and staff! Dr. Deeb took the time to get to know us and our pet. Cheyenne is so good with the animals and is very kind and helpful! So happy to have finally found a veterinarian I can trust and feel comfortable with.

Dr. Deeb and his staff are amazing. We had two different emergencies with our animals and we couldn't get them into our current vet. Good Shepherd was able to help us immediately. We were treated so well that we are giving them 100% of our business from here on out. I feel incredibly comfortable taking my senior dogs to them and we couldn't be happier.

The good shepherd pet hospital is a great place to take your fur babies. The doctor and staff are truly amazing they not only make sure your pet is taken care of but they make you feel at ease when your stressing over your pet. The doctor spends time with you to answer all your questions you don’t feel rushed. I love this place and the staff.I found my new veterinarian who has compassion and empathy.

I had a bit of a wait, but that is because I requested to watch my cat’s nail trim. They are using social distancing guidelines and waited until I was the only one in the waiting room. The two sweet technicians showed me their technique and my usually squirmy kitty was all done with all four paws in less than 10 minutes with no complaints. I highly recommend this office. Thank you!

My little 'old Man' was acting very strange very suddenly. Spent 15 minutes calling around until I found this 1. They got him in, checked him out and was very relieved that he's treatable! Excellent care given. We have 2 other fur babies that will be going here as well!

Had a wonderful first time patient experience for my chocolate lab. Dr Deeb was very kind and informative and answered every question I had so gracefully. I’m happy to have found a place I can take my pup that will listen to my concerns and help me along the way!
