Dr Hanna and his staff are very knowledgeable and wonderful with our dog. The facility is very clean and easily accessible.

The staff and doctors and amazing! They are professional, knowledge, listen, and provide excellent recommendations. My dog loves it there and is treated so well! They are great at communicating and even call after appts to check up on them to make sure they are doing well! Excellent customer service and truly caring and compassionate people! Highly recommend!

I want to give a shout-out to Skyline and Dr. Hanna for going above and beyond to save our cat's life. Milo was very lethargic for 2 days while we were on a trip. Unfortunately, our neighbor wasn’t triggered by his lack of appetite. He wasn’t eating or urinating. When we arrived, we noticed a few drops of blood in his litter box. We reached out to Skyline, but their office was closed. We tried calling around and most of the places we called were either closed or recommended taking Milo to Blue Pearl knowing that they are very expensive and this might cost us a fortune. Surprisingly, Dr. Hanna returned our after-hours voicemail 20 minutes later and after discussing Milo’s symptoms, he requested that we drop him off the next day at 8 am for x-rays and a possible perineal urethrostomy surgery. When we checked in the morning, the nurse made sure we understood everything they were going to do and kept us in the loop the whole time Milo was there. Thanks to Dr. Hanna and Skyline, Milo is now fully recovered and back to his normal playful activities chasing bell balls all over the place.

Love the staff and Doctor Hannah. They take very good care of my baby girl. Anytime I need anything they are there to help. If I leave a message I get a response within minutes. Clean hospital clean exam rooms. They send reminders. They are just a great and very professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Used to take my dogs to another vet office for over 3 years and recently switched to Skyline. I usually don’t leave reviews to businesses, but I’m very impressed with Dr. Hanna and his team. We have been with them for almost 5 months now and so far we are very pleased with their services. They do care and are very compassionate about my pets. Making an appointment takes a few minutes and the reception people are very helpful and understanding. They usually accommodate us the same day or the next if possible, or refer us to another affordable after hours facility if my senior dogs can’t wait to be seen. I felt comfortable and safe when they asked me use a face mask while in the hospital, even though I received my covid vaccination 4 months ago. The exam rooms are always clean and sanitized, and everyone in the office is using their face mask as well. Their pet hotel looks very nice and clean, which is a plus because I want my pets to be boarded where there’s a vet on-site. We already made our first reservation for November. Highly recommended vet office ????????????

Thank you for being willing to work with Oliver. He can be difficult to manage when he is scared. You seem to have the touch to calm him down. I appreciate your gentle and kind way with him as he responds well and is able to get his annual shots. I would definitely recommend skyline animal hospital and Dr. Hanna to anyone who's looking for genuine care for their pets.

They are stupid, nobody picks up the phone... I’m trying to talking to someone, just recording messages... ridiculous

We have been taking our dogs to Skyline for 4 years now, and we love them. They are always so compassionate towards our dogs and us. When I call and leave a message they usually call back the same day or the next day. Dr. Hanna is so kind and gentle with our dogs and so honest. Ramy is such s great manager and so caring and helpful. I always feel as if he puts himself in our shoes. The vet techs are always so sweet and friendly. Skyline also does not try and soak you and empty your bank account.

I took my dog Snowball yesterday for the first time to skyline animal hospital and I was happy with the results. the staff that I came in contact with treated me with respect kindness for me and my dog. the price was reasonable for all the stuff they did for him. and I would recommend them. I moved from up north to Florida 3 years ago and I was struggling to find a reliable vet for my babies and i was lucky to finally find skyline animal hospital Devoted staff and Dr Hanna is the most caring vet I've seen The way he treats my boy and taking as much time to listen to my worries about Rick means a lot Skyline animal hospital isn't just a vet place to me they are friends and family as well

A very friendly and professional staff that are passionate and genuinely care about your pet. My dog was very sick and they quickly diagnosed and provided proper medication to remedy.

JUST an Update 4 years later...still going to Skyline and we have DR Hanna now who is amazing with Willy Elmer and was with Scrappy before he passed last Dec. Still providing great service even with the COVID 19 pandemic! …

My dog always comes happy and he’s usually very scared but he comes and he’s very friendly with the people there and he’s always giving them kisses! Great quality of work and very professional help!

Best customer service ever. They always accommodated us at short notice and have been taking excellent care of our Junior for a couple years now. Highly recommend Dr. Hanna and his amazing staff at Skyline.

Called Skyline for an emergency for my cat who was suddenly acting lethargic and having issues. They gave me a quick appointment and cared for her with love and intelligence. The entire office was caring and efficient. My cat was given medication and Skyline followed up the next day to check on her. The office was very clean and did not smell. My cat recovered!

I have been going to skyline animal hospital for two years now. I moved to Florida five years ago and was in search of a vet that was as wonderful as mine was in New York. Unfortunately I had to go through four different vets to find Doctor Hannah and I'm so glad that I did. Not only do they give wonderful care but they are compassionate.. if there is a problem they will see me the same day I have 2 cavalier King Charles spaniels with serious heart issues and they are like my children. They will see me whenever I need as long as it's possible. As an animal lover myself I can get the feeling when somebody cares or if they are just going through the motions for the money and these people at skyline animal hospital really do care. if you need a place to go don't hesitate, come here and let them care for your furry loved ones!

When making the decision to adopt our puppy Blizzard one of our concerns and research was towards veterinary services. We not only found the BEST vets but an amazing staff that have become part of our Blizzard Family! We are beyond happy with the services and amazing care Skyline has provided for us and Blizzard and very grateful to partnership in this journey.

*edit to add I was contacted by the manager who did apologize for the incidents and tried to make it right by offering a free visit, however we won’t be returning due to the experiences listed below. In regards to your response below: “free” visit is something you offer all new clients on the 1st visit & was taken off the bill automatically. Most vets do this :) You fail to mention between the 4-5 visits we paid $800. Our appt was actually a 4:30 appt. I left work early to be there. I arrived at 4:20- which is normal since it was our first visit with you. 5:19 was when the vet tech came back to the room to check on us since we had been in there for So long. Dr.H came in at 5:45 & we left by 5:55- you closed at 6. We did not stay until 6:15. Dr. Hanna took FOREVER to come in and actually see the dogs. A regular appoint should never take that long. As far as Louise, you can listen to ALL the phone calls. I spoke with her numerous times (not just the once listed), as well as another staff member- and was told something different each time. She never cited any laws, just saying it was Dr.Hanna’s policy to not take outside heartworm reports with no actual explanation behind it. During our phone call she DID tell me my options were to 1-Redo the heartworm test through skyline or 2-continue to purchase the heartworm medicine through skyline (which is marked up to double the cost of the chewy pharmacy). When the manager called me after the incident, She was the FIRST person to explain that it was FL law. Even the manager apologized for her rude behavior towards me and the chewy pharmacy. As far as allowing chewy to fill prescriptions- This wasn’t even Dr.Hanna (it was the fill in vets or the vet techs). Chewy filled trifexis for Ellie once (you didn’t have a heartworm test on her- so YOU BROKE THE LAW) and Bravecto for Loki (both of which your office doesn’t carry- so we ordered on chewy per your recommendation). Not numerous pharmacies. Unfortunately we did not have a great experience at Skyline. We moved to the area in July with our two dogs and got a third dog in September. Between the 3 dogs we have visited Skyline a total of 4-5 times in 6 months. Our first visit was a 4:30pm appointment with Dr. Hanna- we were brought to a waiting room and were left in there until 5:45. They said he was checking on surgeries. Even though we had an appointment and were forced to wait, we let it go because the location was convenient for us. The next two times we were seen by "fill in" vets, who were absolutely amazing. This last visit we were again seen by Dr. Hanna for the required yearly heart worm test to renew a prescription. He came in for a total of 20 seconds before leaving. While there we discussed with Louise moving our other dog to a trifexis as he was on iverheart currently. We were given the okay by Louise, so we put in for an order on chewy. The next day chewy called me saying that Skyline declined the order. When I talked with Louise she said we had to get an updated heart worm test, through them, even though our dog had one done at another clinic 5 months prior. She stated they dont take outside reports & to order iverheart. We then placed an order on chewy for iverheart (the one he has been on through Skyline since Sept), because skyline doubles the price. Again, chewy called me to say they deny it & they had an attitude about it because this was the 2nd time in a day they had to deal with this issue. When I called Skyline and talked to Louise she had an attitude and said they will not allow me to get the medicine from anyone else, unless I get an "updated heart worm test through them". I'm either forced to pay $85 for a visit/test (even though he isn't due for 7 months) OR I can continue to pay 2x the price for heartworm medicine through them until Aug. When I asked why I couldn't order the exact same medication through chewy Louise stated there was no reason behind it other than "policy". Between not running on time and the rudeness we experienced from front office staff, we will not be returning.

We have never had a problem with Skyline Animal Hospital. We can rest assured knowing that when we bring our Boys there for check ups or anything that may come in between, they will be safe and well cared for. The wellness plan they offer is well worth the price. The discounts for things like his Trifexis and the fact that they get regular check ups every six months helps make it worth the price. The staff are well trained and highly professional and Dr Hanna isn't just an amazing vet but we consider him a family member

We have been taking our dog since we brought him home at 10 weeks. He is 13 months now. Wonderful staff and Dr. Hanna is awesome with our dog.

Once again they were there for my Buddy. My Aussi was very bad off with vertigo and nausea. He was a rescue dog and was very abused. We thought it was his last day with us today. Robert (your a sweetheart,) came out and carried him in for us. Dr. Hanna did his magic again and it's a beautiful site to have Buddy back with us tonight. They are practicing Covid 19 precautions which I truly appreciate. We appreciate you ALL! Dr Hanna. You have called us after hours and gave us alot of your time. You are truly devoted and I feel so comfortable talking to you. I highly recommend Skyline. Don't shop around for pricing. You get what you pay for. They are very reasonable, but most of all on top of it. Remember, our fur baby's are PRICELESS! God bless and keep you and your staff. ????

Amazing hospital! Their very compassionate with my animals. My sweet girl tore her nail and they took such good care of her and she loved everyone there. I’ll be looking forward to bringing the rest of my pets here!

We love Dr. Hanna and the rest of the staff at Skyline! Everyone is friendly and helpful. They fit us in 15mins before closing on a Friday night when my dog had an emergency. They even called next day to check on us!

The Skyline people are wonderful I went to pick up my food for my cat and the staff was closed for lunch. But they open the door since I was also on lunch and let me purchase my food for Penelope. I did not have to make another trip for this food. They are very polite and always feel welcome. LB
