My friend wanted me to take her dog to this new place to get groomed, had never heard of them even though they’ve been in business for 15 years! That’s longevity and you don’t stay in business for 15 years not knowing what to do. I asked a couple of questions and found out there family operated, and for first time customers they give you a couple of bags of there own specially made breed specific dog food. I feel like Blaze (the dog) was treated like a VID and that we’ve found a new groomer for him. Petco is the thing of the past after they cut all the hair off of him and had him looking like a rat. But I tried to take some before and after pictures but he’s not camera friendly…

le Pup was recommended to me a few months ago and I try them and loved them! The pups look great after every groom. They also sell healthy dog food and provided me knowledge on a good diet for my fur babies!

First time having my Casper groomed there and the service was fast, friendly, and efficient! I love my dog cut and look forward to taking him back.

These people cut my dogs chest open and refused to take responsibility for it. Haven't used them in months due to it. Thought with time the owner would accept responsibility for his staff, but he supported them in the face of my dog needing stitches. Completely unnecessary considering I wasn't/am not looking for anything other that acceptance of responsibility. I was a long time customer, but in the last six months we have moved onto better services.

Brought my Australian Shepherd for bath and deshed. He was so fresh, clean and soft. The shedding was gone and he looked so good! They quoted me 2 hours and he was done by the quoted time.

I love Le Pup! They take care of all my Dogs needs and they know us by name when we come in. I have had my pup groomed at other places and he comes back anxious and unhappy. At LePup this never happens. He comes out beautifully groomed , wagging his tail, with a bounce in his step.

Called and scheduled a grooming for our recently adopted poodle mix. Told the associate on the phone our dog was recently adopted and was spayed so we waited a bit over 14 days to get her groomed( as recommended by the vet). During her initial vet examination, the vet noticed her ears needed to be plucked. We scheduled for a mini groom with an add-on to brush her teeth and I mentioned her ears needed to be plucked. I mentioned her ears needing to be plucked again today when we dropped her off. The associate that picked up the phone stated that it was added to the list. Our dog was ready within an hour, we paid, tipped, and picked her up. While in the car, my husband noticed her ears were still full of hair. We went back and pointed it out. The cashier didn't say much, just took her to the back. Within less than 10 minutes our dog was brought back by the manager, which quickly stated " let me tell you something, her ears have to be plucked every few weeks because this came out of her ears and it is very painful for her". I immediately informed him the dog was just adopted and it is her first groom with us. We are well aware that she needed to be groomed and have her ears plucked. That is why we scheduled her appointment as soon as her spay incision healed. This was communicated to the person that picked up the phone when we made the appointment and again when she was dropped off. The scolding was unnecessary, especially since we just adopted the dog and are taking care of all her needs as soon as she has healed. In regards to the reply: this definitely happened today at this specific location. All I'm saying is don't be so quick to judge or scold. All information was given prior to appointment, during appointment and asked about when we picked up the dog.

The staff is so friendly and the store is really homey and well put together. They do an amazing job grooming our dog, we’re always so happy with how she looks after!

I've been taking my huskies to Le Pup for over a year now. They always take great care of them and are really friendly and helpful. The store is neat and clean and has lots of great treats to choose from. My pups need a little extra attention when it comes to shedding and I am always pleased with how they turn out. I highly recommend Le Pup!

I have been taking my dog here for the past 2 years now and I love everyone there! The owner is extremely knowledgeable and his staff are so sweet. I am so happy to have a groomer who is patient with my mini aussie mix and works hard to make sure he looks amazing. If you are looking to support a small business and get away from the usual petsmart/ petco grooming this is the place for you!

My first time at Le Pup won’t be my last! The staff is so friendly and listened to my concerns with my puppy's matted fur. They did a great job explaining what all will need to be done and did a fantastic job with the grooming! They took their time, which was appreciated since it was my pups first grooming. She smells great and has no more mats, plus it was great to hear how she did during the process! We will be back!

The best dog food/treats, excellent grooming and great toys. Rogers is a fantastic owner who genuinely cares about you and your pup! Salina groomed our dog and she did fantastic! Highly recommend!

I went to visit the store after my visit to Publix. It was a Sunday (open on Sundays!) and I was looking for a specific prescription dry food for dogs. They do not carry the one I needed, but they have a lot of variety of products and grooming services. I got some dog food samples. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Will definitely take my dog Penelope there for grooming.

The best grooming place by far and at a fair price. It did take longer than expected but the result was worth the time, especially because my Shih Tzu had such a long hair already but he came out looking and smelling great!!
