Dog’s Secret owned by Patricia is the absolute best place to take your fur baby for all his/her grooming needs! I have taken my little fur baby to Patricia for over 4 years and each and every visit my baby looks beautiful and happy! My dog is very particular and I am extremely particular who grooms and takes care of my dog when I moved to the area I was on a mission to find a wonderful groomer for my fur baby and I found Dog’s Secret! I have been beyond happy to have found Patricia! She is a very professional, warm and kind groomer that shows when I pick up my fur baby she is always happy and content. Each and every visit she comes out of her “spa day” looking fabulous! The shop is meticulously clean and organized and Patricia goes above and beyond to make sure your fur baby is well taken care of with love, attention and affection. I can’t say enough good things about Dog’s Secret!

She does an amazing job with my Maltese's long hair without having to completely shave her to get rid of her knots.

Grooming was done in 1 hour and 30 minutes done by owner.

I found this spot by googling Pet Cleaning. I read the reviews and saw nothing but happy clients. We made an appointment for our almost 11 year old nervous chihuahua to bathe,trim his nails and cut his hair. I must say we were absolutely satisfied and happy with her patience, customer service and cleanliness of the venue. I will highly recommend everyone to come visit Patricia and trust her with your furry kids with no issues ????

Let me briefly tell you about Dog’s Secret. There are plenty of dog grooming facilities in the Ocoee/Windermere/ Winter Garden area. I’ve tried a lot of them. Without any doubt, Dog’s Secret is second to none! My dogs get excited when I tell them they’re going to Miss Patricia’s, and that’s all an owner can wish for. Owner Patricia Mendes and her staff truly Love their doggy clients, and they show it in the flawless work they do. Cooper, Oliver and I are Forever Fans!

We have taken our little guys to Dog's Secret for over 3 years and have never had any regrets. Patricia is delightful, experienced, and efficient and always has a smile for everyone. Moki and Medo come out looking like they're ready to compete in a dog show! We just ask the guys if they want to go see Patricia and they are ready to go!

Salon is cute but Patricia is rude. She dragged (LITERALLY DRAGGED) my puppy out to us and seemed irritated - told us our dog needs to be socialized and DRAGGED her (a puppy) across the floor. My dog absolutely loves people, including strangers, in fact, we always joke that she's an attention hog because she loves all our new neighbors and any random people that come to our house. But she left absolutely terrified. Will never take my pup back there again. It was her first time getting groomed. Of course she was a little apprehensive. If you've got a big pup, BEWARE.

Patricia is the doggie whisperer! Not only does our maltese look handsome when he is done, her setting is a calm and soothing environment for him. Patricia was recommended by our vet and we couldn’t be happier! And she is super accommodating and easy to work with.

My dog's haircut came out flawless, he went in scruffy and was so handsome afterwards! They gave me an appointment the same day, which I appreciated. Quoted me an hour and it was exactly that. They were so friendly and very professional. Great experience! Thank you so much.

Great groomer! Owner very pleasant and does a great job, and I no longer have to waste a whole day waiting for my Labradoodle to get done! She’s quick and good!! Highly recommend!

The store is super cute and she is very good about getting you in quickly. However, my husband dropped off our dog and asked her to call me for instructions and she never called. In addition to the cut not coming out how I wanted her belly was shaved WAY more than other groomers shave, ears were not cleaned out and her fur was not fully dry when I picked her up. I also paid extra for nail grinding and don't feel like it was done correctly. Overall, I will not be returning to this shop for a groom but will probably return for purchasing items or for a quick bath.

I just love this groomer! She is so good with dogs and does a great job with my baby! I am so happy I found her through my Vet recommendation. Another plus is Dog Secret is close to home. It is a cute shop and the groomer is very professional, kind and friendly.

I was very disappointed with my expirance here. I showed the groomer a picture of what I wanted for my dog and she shaved my dogs hair all off unevenly and his face was long one side short on the other. You could see all of the machine marks all over his face. My dog looks aweful. I don't understand how the groomer thinks what she did was ok to do to my dog. It didn't even look like the picture I showed her nor did she have any type of style for the dog. Worst hair cut I have ever seen. I would never go back.

I have four shih-tzu's that are like my children, so trusting them to anyone is an issue for me! When my groomer want available I took then to Patricia with some skepticism, and she erased all that when I picked my babies up, and saw how beautiful and happy they looked! Thank you Patricia!
