Super upset about them moving beacuse we thought we had found our place. I do not have a referral or information needed for my dogs procedure and I feel like I was left hanging.

Still can't believe I waited two hours to have my dog examined for 12 minutes get charged over 100 dollars and then my dog gets sicker and take him to a good veterinarian and pay over 260 dollars for a 35 minute exam, but anyway my dog is feeling better now. Stay away from this chop shop

They were so great They spayed and neutered 18 stray cats and kittens for me they did a great job on a day that was absolutely busy

Love. They are so sweet to my babies, will go back. 4 cats I have had fixed here, such great staff, my cats never had any issues. All 4 were taken at different times. Was treated wonderful, gave a good donation, as they so deserve it!

No buddy answers the phone and not everyone has internet at home.

Made an appointment 1 week in advance for my new puppy. We show up 20 minutes early to do paperwork that maybe took 3 minutes to fill out. I proceeded to HAVE to wait outside for over 2 hours at 2pm in FLORIDA with my baby dog. Every dog that came after us, be seen before us! All of the employees are running in and out of the business like chickens with their heads cut off. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had a "vets office". I will never be returning and I will surely warn everyone to stay away from this facility if they actually care about their pets well being✌

Prices are great, they are a little disorganized but I'm happy to have vetcare that's affordable

All the workers here we're so wonderful to me and my sweet Coco Chanel. I have never been treated with so much love and understanding in my life. These sweet ladies are sent from God for sure. They knew just how to help my CoCo and help me deal with what was going on with her with so much kindness and understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a honest and good hearted doctor's and staff. God Bless these wonderful people.

My Aunt faithful takes all of her dog's here for everything that needs to be done. The only thing that they don't do is X-rays. They are very reasonable on with their prices.

Started calling at 8AM to get an appt. Recording stated to go to website to request appt. I did just that. Called and left 2 messages as I have a few questions that I’d like to get answers to prior to the appt. No call backs. Waiting all day for a confirmation email regarding the appt. After waiting all day; recved an email at 9:32PM stating my appt request was denied. Denied? Reason: Please go to a full service veterinary clinic. Funny thing is, I was given a service schedule for vet services by the Marion County Animal Shelter and they had wonderful things to say about this facility. So is this truly a full service facility as we were told by the Animal Shelter? Guessing at this point it’s not. So sad that we waste an entire day waiting, and hoping we’d get at least a call back. Our adopted Fur Baby needs assistance and time is of the essence in getting her medical attention that she desperately needs. Would I recommend this facility? Probably not, as they stated it’s not a full service veterinary clinic.

Don't waste your time here. Had my original appointment cancelled, drove from Gainesville to the rescheduled appointment just to be told they were two hours behind when I got there. The front desk lady told me to come to the vaccine clinic on Saturday to save on exam fees, and then I saw on their Facebook the day before that it was cancelled. Rescheduled my appointment again, for the first in the morning, 3 dogs were taken before mine. I ended up leaving when it was 30 minutes after my first dog's appointment because I have 3 dogs and did not have the time to sit around any longer. I am gonna take my business elsewhere, and I'd advise everyone else to do the same.
