Silver Springs Shores Animal Hospital Ocala, Florida

Brought my two dogs here after moving back to the area per the advice of my neighbor. They were right. Caring techs, vets, and good prices. Thanks Christen and Dr McCall, my pups loved you! Use these folks for your furbabys!

The Dr. and staff are very professional and caring of our pet.

Dr. McCall is a wonderful vet. She is caring and knowledgeable. The practice also tries to keep costs down.

This is the only place that we rely on to care for Cocoa . This hospital saved our dogs life and we are forever grateful to all of the staff as well as Dr. Johnson , they've become family to us . We drive from Bronson to Ocala every month to get Cocoa's injection and you wouldn't believe how excited she gets when she knows that's where we're going , they spoil her every visit and that's priceless ! If they give this type of care to our dog , I can guarantee that you will get the same care . Thank you from me , Patti , and Cocoa for the love and compassion you've given her these past 8 years . We never thought that she would recover to be healthy and to live to be 8 .

Absolutely love this office and Dr Johnson they truly care for our pets and not just the $$$$. Dr Johnson worked at another clinic where I took my last dog and I can't say enough about his care so happy to have found him again. One of my dogs now has osteosarcoma and Dr Johnson and his staff have been fabulous! I can't rave about them enough.

I have a 15 yr old dog that is struggling with her health. I called and was disconnected, after they had enough information to return my call. Which they did not do. Then I left several messages with no response. We I finally reached someone, a week later, they wanted me to wait another week to get help. They are always super busy but when you have a pet, at what could be her final days you don't want to be ingnore or told to wait another week-2 weeks. If business is going well for them they need to expand so that suffer pets don't have to wait any longer. I will move my pet to a more caring environment.

Staff have a sincere care for pets. I scheduled appointment and didn't have to wait.

We just made an appointment for an initial visit, so I can't give 5 stars yet. The employee at the counter was nice and very helpful. We have an appointment for next week and I expect it will be a 5 star encounter at that time.

Silver Springs Shores animal hospital is always so kind. They fit us in quickly if we have an urgent situation. What I like most is how they make the experience great for our dog, Drax; giving him treats and everyone loving on him makes him feel like it’s a fun trip. I have already recommended this vet and I will continue to do so. Thanks!

I made an appt on a Friday to take my kitten who most likely has a respiratory infection to see this vet on Monday. I arrived promptly at my given appt time and was told the person did not put my appt in the system. The receptionist went to the back to see if they could fit me in and whoever the lady in the back was, kept rudely telling her no. I could hear every word. They would not fit me in on Tuesday or accommodate by waving an emergency fee. They told me I booked the wrong vet when I clearly showed them the number I called to book this appointment. They also did not have the appt I booked for her shots in October either. I was very disappointed there was not better service as this vet came highly recommended. I will be taking all my animals elsewhere to someone more reliable.

I absolutely love the staff at Silver Springs Shores Animal Hospital. They've taken care of both of our boys since they were kittens. Without them, I would have lost my cat Percival last year due to a bladder infection. I honestly wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. They make you feel like part of the family and even if you haven't been there in years, they still remember you and your pets like you were there yesterday.

It was a horrible day our kitten was hurt by our dog and they were straight forward even though it was such a hard situation to deal with they helped us better than any vet I have ever been too and is the only vet I will ever take my pets to

bill collector sucks. and they threw my dogs ashes away, do not recommend:)

Great and caring staff. Our 13 yr old labrador was at the end of her days and the doctor was caring and honest on her diagnosis. I felt they truly cared for our pet.
